Oh, [music] [music] hey [music] baby. [music] >> [music] >> Stewart's body [music] cam reaction. Take a seat and enjoy the show. [music] Why you drinking? Why you yelling? Why you screaming? Enjoy the show. Stop [music] drinking. Stop yelling. Stop screaming. [music] Just enjoy the day. >> Hey everybody, how's everyone doing on this Thursday? Uh, I saw a couple comments. I You might have noticed I turned on the slow mode. Last night we had I think that was the biggest crowd I've had and I was having trouble keeping up with the chat. So, it's just 15 seconds. So, it's not a big deal. If you're like me, it takes me about 15 seconds just to type out one chat. So, it's if it's a huge problem or if we don't get a big crowd today, maybe I'll turn it off. But, uh, I'll leave it on at least for now. Uh, let's see here. Uh, oh, is somebody sent me a PayPal yesterday? I believe it was Trish. I don't know if she's here. Uh, well, I was last night. I think it's because uh Biggan wasn't on, so people needed something to watch and he wasn't on. So, a few people came over here. But that and I'm still getting used to this. I've only been I haven't even been doing this two months, so I'm still getting used to the chat. And the font [snorts] is a lot bigger on my screen, so it only shows like maybe 10 or 12 chats at a time before it just keeps scrolling and scrolling. So, it'll just take me time. 15 seconds is not that bad. It's not that big a deal. 15 seconds will be over before you know it. All right, what do I have today? I've got a guy who tried to grab an officer's weapon. Uh, that's always fun. Uh, I've got a lady who kicks a cop, got a car chase, and I didn't watch that one. So, I I watched like the first couple of minutes and then I went through the comment section. It sounded from the comments like a good video. So, I thought I'll do an actual reaction. We'll all be watching it for the first time, unless some of you have seen it before. Then I've got a guy at a gas station. Another one I didn't watch, so I don't know what his deal is. I saw the first like 30 seconds and it looked fun. I got a lady who keyed somebody's car. Uh turned out it was the wrong car. I think it was the wrong car. Might have. I don't know. She thought it was the right car. What? Whatever. We'll figure it all out. Then I've got a kid. And then I've got the lady from the uh a kid who just has a bad attitude. It's a short one. And then the lady from the thumbnail in the bikini, which a lot of you have probably seen is a few days old, but I haven't done it yet. I was going to do it a couple days ago, but I just ran out of time. Anyway, let us get started here with the uh this one's it's about 28 29 minutes, I think. He is talking so much trash. Oh, he's exhausting. And then when they go to arrest him, he starts getting violent. That's always fun. in pain. Am I in pain? M. Stop going for the gun. Oh my god. You're going to kill me. Oh [ __ ] If I ever give up and see you, >> you're going to die. I'm going murder you. >> He swore to [music] the deputy he wouldn't move a single step. 20 minutes later, it took six of them to pin him down. And he was [music] still promising to every last one. >> Nice. >> Hey, can you stop real quick? Wow. Wow. >> Hey, >> am I Am I detained? >> Am I detained, ma'am? >> I'm trying to figure out. >> Am I detained, man? If I'm detained, I'll talk right. >> I I won't take no step. Am I detained? >> Tell him he's detained. >> Am I detained? >> Can I explain something? >> Am I detained? >> Can you just answer him? Yes, >> you are. >> Thank you. >> Cool. Step into the light for me. Okay. >> Am I detained? >> Yes, sir. Way to make things worse. >> You want to stand in the light for me? All she asked was for him to step into [music] the light. He turned that one sentence into a 14minut stand. >> I won't move. No step because I'm detained right here. >> Hey, >> I'm giving you a lawful order to come stand for me. >> Hey, cuz I'm I'm going just talk to you later. Okay, cool. But I'm going to talk to you later cuz she feel like I'm detained to her spot, but I'm walking towards whatever. >> I'm trying to figure out what's going on somebody else. Okay. >> I ain't bothered you. I ain't bothering them. If I'm detained, I ain't going to move. Another step. It's okay. So, I'm going to tell him. >> He wants to know if he's detained. I told him yes, he is. >> Hey, cut. Hey, cut. I'm going to talk to you later. >> Absolutely. >> Hey, cut. I'm ready to talk to you later. >> I asked him to step into the light for me before you pulled up. He said he's not taking another step because he's detained. >> Hey, Lyn. >> I mean, if you really want to be detained, we can take this the hard way and we can put you in handcuffs. If you really want to go down that route or we would have missed you. >> I'm going to trust you. I'm going to trust the officer >> that told me that if I'm detained, I'm detained. I don't have no arguments. >> I told him I gave him a lawful order >> and I and I stopped moving and I stopped moving. >> You step into the for me. >> Why are you Why are you making this difficult, man? Why >> he does indeed. >> Do you think I'm going to make you if I heard it? You don't. >> Yeah, I remember that when I was a kid. >> Or do you think I'm going to make >> I don't know because you walk. Do you think from what I heard or what >> it's short for fixing to >> moment? I just hung up. I just hung up. >> Stop. >> No. >> Okay. >> No. No. >> No. >> We're going to give it a minute. We're going to give it a minute. >> Stop. But no, we're just going to have a problem all the way around. It's okay. But I'm I'm asking you. >> Uhhuh. >> If you want me to stop. >> When I when I hung up on the phone with my friend, I didn't I didn't get hit. I didn't get hit understanding. I made sure that you knew that I wasn't a threat. >> And I haven't moved yet. He's not a threat. I need to move the to make y'all feel comfortable. But to you, ma'am, until you feel comfortable, I don't care about >> some generous people yesterday >> at all because I did make you feel uncomfortable. >> You passed the test. >> You hear me on my >> Okay. And when when the orders that my own partner has given, >> you don't have to give a what I'm saying, but I'm I'm talking to you now. >> Big problem about me not complying to you when You're not complying with her either. That's the issue. >> No, no, no. She didn't have She hasn't told me. >> She told you to She told you to step into the light. >> What you talking about? You You haven't even been here that long enough. >> Doesn't matter. >> You haven't even been here. Okay. Doesn't matter then. What am I talking? >> I'm going based off of what my partner is telling me. >> If I give a about what you based off of, >> you're the one that's creating an issue. >> I'm asking you, young lady. Do you want me to move here in this grass, that grass, whatever? >> I hear it in Georgia a lot, too. I was asking you cuz I I saw you that you were right in front of my car when I saw you and I hopped out and you walked all the way over here. >> Where do you want me to move? >> I just wanted you to walk specifically. >> But now that we have my question, I'm asking you specifically. Where do you want? >> But you're not letting me answer you. >> No, you're How about this? How about this? >> You trying to please this? Listen, >> because I I definitely I definitely went out of my way to make sure that I'm a problem child for him specifically. But for you specifically, if you tell me what to what to go, I'm going to go that way. >> He must learn that word today. Specifically, >> but you keep trying to involve him. We're not going to do this. You actually have the power. >> Can I ask you a question? >> No, you can tell me where to go. Wherever y'all go. Listen, I'm going to make life easy for you. >> I would just go. I'll lay on the floor. Face to the bottom. >> Are you capable of listening to me? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. You could stay right there now that I like to say Pacific time or specific time >> instead of Pacific. >> Were you on somebody else's property? >> Why did you say when >> I believe he is in slow you were talking on the phone? You said now the police are here. They're probably going to ask why I did that. What did you do? an answer from me. >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, specifically because I'm >> the whole state of Florida is like >> he's drunk. The filter's gone. >> I can seem like an issue to anybody involved. Period. I can seem like an issue. >> Hey, Bill. >> Party involved. >> So, there wasn't an issue? >> No. No. I'm not saying there wasn't. >> Yeah. I forgot what they got called here in the first place, but it sounds like it wasn't a big deal and he's of course going to make it into a big deal. So, they're being cool with them for now. >> First of all, I can be in trouble tonight and I I'm not trying to exclude myself from that. But if there was a problem, nobody called me out on it. >> Nobody said my name. >> Okay. >> Nobody said, "Okay, no, no, no." But if they did, I won't move either. >> What is your name? >> We going to stick right there. It doesn't matter until it actually applies to you, right? >> No. No. If if I'm if I read the law, >> does it really matter what my name is if I'm not causing no problem between you and him? >> But I I answer if you can't answer to my question. How about this? >> I won't answer your >> Alpha 213. >> You are detained. You are required by law to identify. >> Cool. I won't I won't move. I won't move. One second. Do you have your ID with you? Just ID yourself. >> Do you have your ID with you? >> But you don't even know her real stance. >> Do you have your ID with you? I don't care about what you're saying. Do you have ID? Get your ID for me. ID. Get your ID for me. >> You don't even understand. >> Get your ID for me. Do it now. >> You trying to over talk me instead of being the bigger person. >> Get your ID. >> He's not overtalking him. You're overalking him. The officer. He's trying to tell you what he wants. Just shut up and listen. >> No, you're the bigger person that you are. I'm not going to ask you again. You be the ignorant mother that's saying this [ __ ] and speaking comments. >> Are you refusing to identify yourself? >> Then get your ID for me or give me your information. >> No, because I'm not sucking your dick. >> So you are refusing to identify. >> No, because I'm not sucking your dick. >> You are refusing to identify before you. I will easily answer your question, brother. >> But because you acting like, "Oh, I got to say this shit." No, bro. It's so easy to say, "Hey, no, brother. You I got this job. I knew this." It's so easy for me to respond to that. >> It's not because you continue to talk over us. >> No, no, no, no, no. You keep trying to over talk me and tell me, "No, no, I got I got the overright for you." Why do it then do it? Just do that [ __ ] Handle that [ __ ] however you want to, bro. Go ahead and the the aggressive that I ain't move my feet yet. No, no, no, no. Why are you yelling? >> I'm yelling because you can't even understand me speaking to you regular like a human. You can't understand me speaking to you human. If I spoke to you homie, you'd be like, >> "I'm sorry to hear that, Erica." >> No. No. >> I hope you feel better, too. >> First of all, that was a step. That was a step actually. Unordinance. That was some [ __ ] you could attack me over. >> Unordinance. That That's not a word. >> What's going on right now is me hearing you. >> Okay. I am asking you for your ID. >> No, I'm telling you out loud. You trying to talk over me instead of hearing me. I'm telling you out loud. You Nothing matters besides you identifying yourself. >> Okay. So, I definitely seem belligerent. Now, I definitely do. Oh, I can't be handled unless it's some physical ordinance. What is your trying to figure out? >> My issue is you can't even let me speak. >> You have done nothing but speak since we got here. >> He has done nothing but un understand whatever I say. I haven't talked to you, have I? >> Yes. >> Because you understand me multiple times. >> You know what I did? You know what I did? No. No. You know what I did? Cuz I already understood you. You understood me. >> Yeah, that's a new one for me. >> My speech >> and un understand >> as an important thing. See, he walked away for a reason. >> Not because let's do Can I hear it? So if I have to stop talking, then you won't understand what I'm saying, right? >> So now I sound unintelligent. >> All I'm all I'm asking is to hear what happened today and why we got called over here. >> No, I don't know. >> Yeah, >> he's making up all kinds of words. >> He should write a dictionary. him. >> But I can hear you. I can hear you listen to what I'm saying. >> Okay. >> And it's not an issue. I can just say my issue and whether I'm right or wrong. >> Okay. >> It is kind of funny though. >> Ask you one thing. >> That's when you know it's going to be bad. >> You're willing to identify yourself >> for no reason? No. >> Then backed into a corner by his own refusal, he played the one card he was sure no deputy could argue with. >> Mhm. is there was a black man seen on a surveillance camera. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Down the street >> on someone's porch. >> For sure. Hold on. Who is someone? >> Cuz that's important. >> Uh >> cuz if you talk to my sister >> Well, technically, yeah, that's what that would mean, but I don't think that's what he means. I I don't know. Oh, and while I'm paused, >> C dumps, thank you very much for the $5 super chat. I appreciate it. You've been very kind. And Shane, what's going on? Shane, you enjoying your vacation so far? >> No. No. If you talk to my sister, I talk to my sister's sister. >> Okay. >> Or if you talk to somebody who didn't want to be included in none of this, you talking to their sister, >> you won't even get to me. >> Go ahead. >> Where would I have to talk to? >> Where is that? >> Talk to my sister. >> I'm not sure where she >> Wherever you hunt. Wherever you thought you play, I'll walk with you. I won't cause no problems. I even walk on my damn hands and knees. I don't give a damn. >> But what the truth? The truth is the truth. >> Walk on your hands and knees. >> I still don't know where to how to talk to your sister. Can you call her for me? >> No. Why? >> Why' they move off the ID? He still hasn't given ID. >> Who told me to talk to her? >> No. >> Thank you, Lynn. Trying to get him to 100,000. >> I don't know how much help I can be, but I'll do what I can. with me reaching into my pocket and me trusting you for me to reach into my pocket and you to feel safe. >> I never do it and I never feel that way. >> You should have seen it last night. Let me ask you that. >> No, no, no. You can you can grab any pocket. You can grab any pocket. You can grab anybody you want. >> Still down >> when it comes to me doing it. >> Hell no. >> Okay. >> Hell no. >> Do you have your wallet on you? I have a couple wallets on me. >> My daddy My daddy just died a day. >> I've been single a long time. >> Your daddy? What? >> My father just died a day and a half ago. >> I'm sorry. >> No, it's You didn't do it. >> She handed him every offramp out of this. He fled it the other way, straight at the two deputies in front of him. >> No, I didn't. >> Like the narration. >> I asked you if you >> Okay. Wait, if you didn't ask that. If you didn't ask that, what did you ask? If you have your wallet on you. >> Okay. So, what did I say? >> You have a couple wallets on you. >> Okay. So, what's >> And so, where's your ID on you? >> Why? >> Because I'm in someone that was up at someone else's house and I'd like to compare. >> Who was who was that someone else? What? >> I'm going to get a photo of them. >> No, no, no. I'm asking who was that someone else cuz if you ask who that someone else is, they probably wouldn't question me. >> Listen, if you're able to identify yourself, >> I'm not No. Yeah. No, you know that. But I am also not to trying to be uncompliant. If you have an issue, please with me said that one earlier didn't issue that you had with somebody that wasn't complying to you. I'm not going to suck your >> I'm not really. I'm just good at faking it. >> After you told me, hey, they're not going to do this. They're not going to do this. They're not going to do this. But you but you have to do this and you're being good. >> I have no idea what you're talking about, man. >> Okay. So, so we don't have a problem. Honestly, if you don't know what I'm talking about, then we don't have a problem >> because I've had to be honest about it. I can easily be in the wrong for a few things. >> Yeah. >> This Are you hearing me out of my mouth? Out of my mouth. >> I can easily be a few noises that you're making out of your mouth >> for a few things. Not for you. >> He can arrest me for two things that I >> She can arrest you for two things. >> I can arrest you for three things. like me being so smart and understanding. >> He can he can arrest me for things. >> Okay. What are those? >> Like I'm going to say that [ __ ] I'm not that. >> Why did you even bring it up? >> Why did I bring it up? Just to let your ass know that I'm not worried about you. I'm not scared about you. I'm not trying to be a threat. >> Nobody wants to arrest you, man. We want to figure out who you are. >> Talking about continuously. >> We want to figure out who you are. Okay, then you are lawful. You are Listen to me. Listen to me. >> You should know. You should know. You should know. >> You're going to talk over me. >> You should know. >> I can't have an opportunity. >> No. You're trying to talk over me. >> You should know. If you want to just arrest me and get me away and make sure everybody I don't want to know my name. Okay. So, if you don't want to arrest me, I can just go about the team until we figure this out. >> And you see I ain't move, right? >> Listen, if I have to arrest you, I will. I don't want to do that. >> Thening do it, bro. >> I don't understand why you're making such a big issue of it. You can do it, bro. >> Okay. Are you refusing to identify yourself? Yes or no? You run about a 3 to 500 calorie deficit a day and you can lose 50 lbs in a year, but I didn't know what I was doing. So, I lost the weight way too fast. I wasn't eating enough and I was exercising way too much. It was exhausting and I couldn't maintain it. >> Let's go. What are y'all talking about? >> Stoping losing. >> Stop. >> Oh, stop. Oh, dude. What do you mean squaring up with her? >> Uh on my uh Discord there's a tab if you need help with something. >> You can join the Discord and uh I think it's I titled it I need help. >> Yeah. But so we we show up and he's collecting the disturbance in public. Right. There's people around. He's grabbing your guys's like sign and stuff and moving it. Now he's blocking a handicap parking spot right as we're trying to come through here. All right. We're telling him to stop multiple times. We told him we're law enforcement. He doesn't listen. So, and when he walked up on you or whatever, he didn't put you like in a fear that he was going to hurt you. Did he say he was going to do anything to you? Did he >> No, he didn't say he was going. He was just like like just talking like jibber like it wasn't even English. >> Yeah. >> Whatever he was saying. And then he just got close twice. And I was like, you know, I'm just going to go in. You want to stand up? >> I'm not blaming you. >> Yeah, we're trying. >> Please let go. >> You need to get up, sir. >> I'll stand up. >> I'm going to help you stand up. >> No, I can stand up without you helping me. >> Then do it. Then do it. >> The problem. >> You have not a problem. Just get up. >> I believe you. If you didn't have cuffs on, you could do it by yourself. >> Why? >> Try to stand up. He said you can >> You can stand up. Okay. Will you ask him to let me go and I'll stand up? >> All right. So, what do we have? >> If I can stand up. >> He battered you? >> Yeah. >> If I can stand up with him, hold me. >> And you're good. >> Yeah. >> Do you got nothing? >> But you ain't choosing to, are you? >> Hey, they're going to have some questions for you. Let's >> No, the question. >> Make sure we get video footage, right? We want to make sure we get that. This is all his property. >> No. No. >> Okay. That bought over there, too. >> Let go my arm and I'll stand. Just stop. Stop. I would to you too. >> I got a warrant there. >> Now you got a warrant out of North Dakota and Georgia. >> Dakota and Georgia. >> You did say Atlanta, Georgia. >> Georgia. >> You're going to get here this car nice and smooth. Okay. Everything's already been done. You calm down, work with me. I work with you. We'll make this work. Okay. >> All right. >> So, just hang out. You're going inside the car. >> Hey, Lisa. >> Good. >> All right. Appreciate it. We got all your stuff. Going to make sure that goes with you. And uh from this point on, we'll be cool with each other. All right. I got enough dope, right? >> Not that I know of. We'll see. Miss Jarhead, how you doing? >> Put your feet on the ground. >> Yeah, it was something like that. Uh, >> I don't know. >> Christopher, put your feet. >> Maybe we need the experts to decipher that. >> Let's go. Let's go. >> We ain't got all day. Come on. >> Wait. Wait. Let go. Everybody let go. Let go. Even my >> I got to check. You stand right here. And I would understand you have your right. >> There you go. Go ahead and stand there. Widen your stance. Widen your stance for me. Widen your stance. >> You got something up in my ass. >> Do you have something up there? >> No. I thought you had something up in there. >> No. If you have if you introduce something to the jail. >> You disrespected me. >> Okay. Face the other way. >> Disrespected me. Your life. >> But it's his first name. Face the other way. Face the other way. >> We're going to put your jacket back on, man. >> Thank you. >> Yeah. No problem. >> All right, cool. >> Hey, Christopher, you're good now. Uh, what we're going to do is we're going to put you in the back seat. Okay. >> Why? >> Because you're going to jail. >> The reason >> this early in talks resisting with violence. >> I thought it was your ins. >> Come on. >> Okay. He is drunk. Okay. I was getting worried. I thought I I thought I screwed up and played a a case. I'm trying or a video I'm trying not to drunk. We can make fun of him. Let's go. >> Come on. Sit inside there. Just be careful with your head. Okay. Remember, this is all can go smooth from this point. All right. I know we had the initial. >> You can always speak freely. >> I need to see parameters. >> Sit down. >> Hey, sit down. >> Is that Is that important? >> Hey, wait a minute. Photo need to be photo. >> Sit down. >> Never had banana bread. >> Here. >> Police brutality. >> Now I'm being police brutality. You're >> That's true. That's true. about him. >> Yep. >> Of course, I don't live in Florida. Why would I remember? >> During medical clearance, the suspect continues rambling and cursing at hospital staff. >> Give me a moment. >> Making hay. >> Yeah, I'm being expedited. >> Been a while since I've made hay. Expedited to another country. No. What country are you from? You say, >> where you from? >> Oh, yeah. >> Old Stewart Little. >> Where are you from? You Scott, you say or something like that? I think I just saw Marathon. So, it's Marathon Florida. >> Just never had it. [laughter] >> He's skipping. Y'all found me. I went closing. Well, I don't know. >> Let's go. >> I don't know why you're making it so hard. Just walk normal. >> Push me. >> Well, I like bananas and >> sometimes I eat bread. >> The suspect now faces multiple serious charges, including battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, and disorderly intoxication. Yeah, that uh it's like some tribal Maybe he's getting ready to do a a fire dance or something. I don't know. All right. [laughter] Yeah, I don't know. Maybe he's uh he's having a party in his mind. All right. Next, we got uh this one's it. There's not a lot of action in this. Well, it's there's not a lot of screaming and shouting. Actually, there's no screaming or shouting. This is a lady who was angry at a co-orker and over a period of time, she kept going out scratching the car. It's a Tesla and if you know anything about Teslas, they've got cameras around them, so they got her on tape. >> Would you be surprised if I told you that they had a camera in the window? >> [music] >> 6 >> 400 p.m. Uh, my truck's been vandalized >> for a while. We just caught her. >> Um, [clears throat] keying my vehicle has been keyed over and over again. I think it's a Tesla. They did say, well, no, it doesn't look like a Tesla because they don't have those little uh foot stools or the little step bar thing. I don't know. Maybe they must have put cameras on it. I just remembered there were cameras and they got it on video all the way down. There's a new one. Here's some more. And another one on the tailgate. Driver's side. Come back over on the passenger side. And here's some more. One, >> two, >> coat >> three. This just happened on Wednesday. So, my wife and I put cameras inside of the vehicle. This just showed up yesterday and we just caught them doing this one today. Waiting for the liquid police to come. I am pressing charges. >> Okay. You want my fully repainted? >> Man, that's going to be expensive. Yep. >> What an idiot. police. >> Yeah, sure. >> Some secret club. >> Let's come talk over here. So, we're not >> vacations are fun. >> I hope you have fun right now. Something must be. >> So, you have no idea why we're here today. >> Yeah, they're really uh weird and you want to have a seat, you're more than welcome to. >> Strange looking car. and expensive, too. Reason we were called here today, >> okay, >> was cuz it looks like somebody's been keying a vehicle, black vehicle in the parking lot down there. >> I'm not a fan of them. >> A black uh what that means? What do you mean key? >> H >> What do you mean key? >> Like key? >> What do you mean? Give me a break. >> Can you swipe a vehicle? >> Everyone knows what that means. >> That's not mine. So, I don't know why. Would you be surprised if I told you that they had a camera >> in the window >> pointed right at the mirror? >> The look on her face. >> Uh, >> see you walking up to the vehicle. >> Mhm. >> With the key >> on video. >> Not uh, >> okay. >> You're saying that wasn't you though? >> Not No, not me. I was literally on my way to the ward. I was literally just on my way to the >> So, this is going to good Wi-Fi. >> Okay, >> you're on video doing it. So, this can kind of go one of two ways. >> If we think you're lying and we're just going to play Stevie games, then we're just going to handle it and we're not We'll still always be respectful. We're just going to go to jail and that's just going to be the end of it. You like to have an open and honest conversation and quit lying. >> Yeah. >> We can ask some questions. We'll figure out why this is occurring. is obviously going to stop occurring [music] >> and then we'll see if we can try to come up with an outcome that's best for everybody. >> Okay. >> Does that make sense? >> Okay. >> A little bit. >> A little bit. Okay. So, let's redo the whole entire conversation. >> Okay. >> What is going on between you and her that we're all pissed off at each other? >> Uh, literally, I don't know. She's been saying some stuff about me. >> Okay. >> I know. >> And I don't know what it is. I don't know if she's getting at me, but for her just to say some things, it's just like wrong. >> She just like talking [ __ ] or just >> like looking at me and stuff like that. >> You can see her face walking up >> like uncomfortable. >> Okay, >> just to clarify, who is she? >> Uh, >> hey Jenny. Good to see you. >> Actually, I think it was you. I I'll have to check my email now. I can't remember. Somebody sent me a PayPal yesterday. Let me see. It was you, Jenny. Thank you very much for the PayPal you sent yesterday. Sorry I didn't get it right away, but uh I have to go through and check my email and I usually don't do that in stream. I forget. >> Yeah, >> thank you very much though. >> Again, I have nothing against her, but if she wants to keep talking like that, then I have no I have I'll just talk to her manually without her complaining even going to you guys about certain things. >> But do you think that would have been a lot better option versus keying her car over the past two weeks? Yeah. Uh, that was I know I if I me if I did if I can't talk >> if I did that >> I mean was me doing that I apologize. I'll go up to her and apologize. But >> sorry to pause it. >> They just said they have you on camera doing it. Well, if it was me doing it at all those times, I just I mean, if I did it, I don't remember. >> It's just little things and whatnot. >> It's not just little dings. And no offense. I'm not with you. It's It's not a ruse or a lie. >> They literally have set up surveillance inside the truck. They have cameras on all the windows. Not like the dash cam in the front and the back. They literally went out, bought cameras, and taped them to all sides of the windows. You're literally on camera walking up, opening the car, and then scratching it and then walking away. Please, >> that's why we're here today. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> And then this has been occurring what he said over about the past two weeks. >> Yeah. Multiple times. >> There's multiple scratches all over the car that have not been there. And every time they come to work throughout these two weeks, there's more and more scratches occurring on this car. >> I saw you when she was walking out at the truck and then running away from the truck back to your car. >> Yeah. Okay. If >> All right. No, perhaps maybe >> I'll apologize to her. >> Vicki, thank you very much for the five gifted memberships. I do appreciate it. You guys are very generous. I appreciate this a lot. >> It's just literally just with her cuz she's been saying stuff about me and my other friend that works here >> and I don't know what this is about. She feels threatened. >> I'll leave you the case, but I don't want to be near her. Thank you. >> You guys have HR and stuff, right? >> Yeah, we do. >> Yeah. Right. Do you think that would have been a way better option if she was talking crap and then that offended you? That probably would have been a lot >> better way instead of just calling you guys and just having >> I'm not saying that you probably did $5,000 worth of damage to their car. >> Yeah. >> To fix it, the whole thing's got to be repainted. >> We're This isn't just words and she's talking smack about me and me and my friend and we're upset. Now you're at the point you're literally committing a felony crime >> of property damage to get back at her all because she's saying words. I'm not saying that she's allowed or should be able to talk crap, but this is something you just bring up to HR. Hey, I'm having these issues with an employee. This is what is going on. I would like this to stop. Then what happens? HR gets involved and HR tells her, "Knock it off." And then guess what? Your problem is solved. >> And nobody committed any crime. >> But now we have the police involved and you're potentially looking to go into jail for this. All because somebody said words. >> Yep. >> Doesn't put you in a very good spot, does it? >> No. >> No. >> And the rental car while it's getting painted. >> Um I'll do whatever it takes to leave her alone or pay or whatever. I just don't want to go her. >> All I'm really doing is just to do my job. Leave her alone. That's it. >> Okay. I know. But we're not doing that. We're out here scratching her vehicle every time she parks it. That's now the conundrum. >> It's not a conundrum. >> Wait here with my partner. I'm going to talk to somebody. >> We're at the felony level. >> Okay. If I arrest her and take her to Pierce County Jail on the felony level, just being honest with you, I don't think Pierce County Jail is going to they're going to what's called NCF. They're not going to my opinion based upon doing this. I can't say this is 100% for sure. I think there's a higher likelihood they won't press charges bec >> or like he said just go to HR. And this was kind of disappointing when he said uh you know if they charge her with a felony that they're probably not going to the prosecutor's probably not going to pursue it. That's kind of disappointing. $5,000 in damage to the car >> because it's I'm not saying it's I'm not saying you being a victim of this crime doesn't mean anything, but I'm saying in the totality of everything going on in Pierce County, >> it's not that easy. >> Keying the car versus everything else, they can only take the more serious ones and then the lower end kind of stuff ends up getting >> honestly I want you to take her just as >> Okay. Because >> cuz the other option is cuz we're writing it. I'm documenting it. I can forward it to the Lakewood Municipal Court and still charge her with vandalism and stuff. It's a lower charge. They I can guarantee will charge it >> with a felony. >> They won't charge it with a felony if they're going to charge it with a misdemeanor. Conundrum with that is I can't take her to jail on that. Now, she would we'd write it up. She'd get charged. She'd get a court date. She shows up to court. We get the evidence. >> You'd have to show up. Do the whole thing. Okay. We get all the evidence. replay and then what if she's found guilty then the judge imposes whatever fines, fees, penalties, jail time and all that and it goes that route. There's a certain law I'm not trying to get too too deep in the weeds. It's called misdemeanor presence for. There's only certain misdemeanor crimes that we can take somebody to jail for that we anything that we see we can take jail for. But there's exceptions for ones where we didn't see it even though it's on video. It's stupid. Um vandalism is not one of the ones. So because we weren't here witnessing it, I can't take her to jail for it. We get all the information, we write it up, she goes to court and then it plays in front of the court and then she it goes that route. So those are kind of the two routes that we go. So if it goes through our court, part of the thing the judge can impose is, hey, you go figure out how much the paint all you bring that right to the court and go, your honor, it's going to cost me this much to get it fixed. >> Well, I think he's trying to make sure that he gets some level of justice and he just knows how the courts and the prosecutor works. that if he charges the felony, they're just going to drop it and then nothing happens and then he's going to have to go through small claims court. But at least if she gets charged with a misdemeanor, there's a pretty good chance they'll pursue it. Even though I mean either way, she I don't think she should go to prison or anything for keying somebody's car, but she the court should order pay whatever $5 $6,000 to repair it. >> That and another. I want all my restitution. The judge is going to order restitution. He likes that word >> to get your car fixed or if you already went paid and fixed it that she's going to have to owe you back >> if she's found guilty of that. >> Um yeah, I mean I whatever you feel >> Yeah, I think that'll happen. >> I would I just want to press charge. >> So taking her to jail today or cutting her loose cuz she's been fired. So >> cutting her loose today and giving a court date is okay. >> Okay. and let's go that route if you're okay with it just because that's going to I I truly think in what's going to best >> benefit you and your wife in the car is going that route because the issue is if it goes through Pierce County they just NCF it >> they just like cause and then they >> it's not even that they go exist we just can't we don't have the manpower the resources to charge us it just goes away they just say it's not big enough of deal for a dealer now you're that's >> ridiculous now >> now you have to sue her and go through three years of a lawsuit civily and hope you win. >> That's the conundrum with it. So, >> yeah, either small claims or >> Okay. All right. We're going to we're going to cut her loose. I'll talk to the boss and let the boss handle it and go from there. And then we'll go that route. Okay. >> All right. And then what? He texts me. I need to make a statement. And >> you don't make a statement. You just upload the photos. Any photos or the videos? >> He's just kind of giving him his options. He's not really giving him legal advice. He's not telling him what to do one way or the other other than, you know, if to get the outcome you want, this would probably be the path to take, but he's still free to do whatever he wants. >> You guys have you just upload it and your statement is going to be attached. >> It's all attached to it. It's all >> Okay. All right. I'm free. >> You're free. All right. >> Were we using a key or a coin or what were we doing to scratch our car? >> I was just really just using this. >> Your car key? >> I was this. I was upset.
