[music] [music] down. Hey, hey, hey. [music] >> [music] >> Hey everybody. How are you all doing? I got a new background. Got a new logo. Trying to I'm trying to shorten up the name. Uh just trying something different. All right. Happy Sunday to everyone. Hope the weekend's going well. We're supposed to get some rain today, which we need desperately. I haven't had a chance to uh cuz I've been busy streaming. Haven't had a chance to go out in the yard and look around to see if the butterflies are showing up, but hopefully they'll be here soon. I don't know why they're coming so late this year, but anyway. All right. I got a bunch of videos today. Um Shane said he is not streaming. He's getting ready to go out of town, so I decided I'll go a little bit longer. I think I've got about two and a half, three hours worth of videos. Uh depending on how much I talk. Might go to three hours. I don't know. or if my back starts to hurt, which it shouldn't. I'll be fine. Um, yeah, I got an airport video. Uh, couple of DUIs. I got a guy, uh, a really whiny guy who has warrants and violated a restraining order. Uh, what else do I have? Oh, I got a Walmart guy, uh, got caught stealing. And of course, he got caught stealing and since they're not allowing him to steal things from Walmart, it's racist. And then I got the ladies from the thumbnail, but you you might have seen that one. There was a longer version that came out uh last week, I think it was. It was like 45 minutes long. Another channel a couple days ago posted a much shorter version about 15 16 minutes long. That's the one I'm going to play. And if you want the longer version, uh it's from Body Cam Network USA. They did the the full version. It's just the whole thing is her screaming in the back of the seat in the backseat of the car with her sister. Uh but the 15 minutes, you get a you get a good flavor for it. So, uh, let's jump right into the first video. It is a, uh, it was labeled Gen Z. I don't know. I think they use that as clickbait. It was a young lady drunk at the airport, denied boarding, and she was denying reality. She wasn't actually >> a chorus of airport clients to break out into applause upon the arrival of the airport police. Hey, Crystal. >> And why is this woman so upset at the airport? So, you have you have two warrants for possession of drugs. I've dealt with you, my man. Come on. Like, I'm not trying to give you hard time, but you've had those warrants for a little while. >> I'd like to know when I got these because I've been I told you like a month ago. I got to make sure they're still valid. >> You just want to keep your other hand where I can see it. Make sure there's two valid and call in there and ask my aunt to come out here cuz I got my dog in here and I don't >> Hold up. Did it really do that? I wasn't asking a uh if I set it up wrong. I'll have to fix it after this. Did it set it Did it seriously set it up as a right wrong answer? Let me go check that. Hold on. >> Want to just leave the car? I'm un I'm up and locked and >> we'll we'll figure that out. Okay. And I'm not going to go in there and then until if the warrants are confirmed till you're detained. Okay. >> I just don't want any issues. >> Whoa. >> Whoa. >> Man, >> we're on a different call and you were just walking in the parking lot. I knew you had warrants. >> Well, I walk in the parking lot cuz lady that was in that car just hit my aunt's in the aunt's car. >> Oh, how come you didn't tell us? Wave us down. No, you have these warrants for a little bit, man. That's And I just recognize you saw you. Are you still dealing drugs? Are you sure about that? >> Okay. Yeah, apparently I did set it up to where there's There was no right answer. Uh I deleted it. I'll uh I'll put another one up after this and then uh it I I don't need to know until probably like Wednesday and then I can start scheduling it. I'm pretty open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. So, oops, my bad. Cuz you're every time we've contacted you in the past, you have more dealers. Remember, have arrested you. The same thing >> on a motorcycle. Remember that? Same thing. And then you had drugs in your thing and some other stuff. >> Yeah. >> So, we're going to take you on. Okay. So, you're Yeah. So, you're officially under arrest. Why don't you step out and just cooperate with us, right? >> We'll figure out the car. >> We'll figure out the car. >> I'm I'm on my head out here first. >> No, it's not. It's going to work. >> Not the way it works, man. Well, I got I got this car is unlocked and I don't want to stay unlocked and I don't want my bet here without nothing to grab onto. >> Hear me out. Okay. We will make sure this car is secured. Okay. >> Okay. Well, I don't care at this point. You don't have a choice. You are under arrest. And if you don't cooperate with us, then you could get new charges if you're going to basically resist it. Okay. Right. >> I'm trying I'm trying to be reason here. Okay. Do you have your aunt's phone number? >> Yes, I am, too. Once >> you're in handcuffs, I can call your aunt. >> That's the normal procedure of things. This is >> Go in the car. >> Shut the door. >> No, we're not. >> Shut the door. >> Let's go. >> Yeah. >> You will. >> Okay. >> You have another. At >> least you shut it. They covered the crack. This hold right there. All right, man. >> Show me that. >> What's the Yeah. Can you get the number for her? >> While the suspect has active warrants, the car actually belongs to his aunt. Officers reach out to inform her that she needs to collect the vehicle or it's heading to the impound lot. >> Hello. >> Yeah. Hey, it's officer Long Beach Police Department. Um I'm Are you aunt of Jeffrey? >> We're a new guy. >> Yes. >> Okay. Um so he has uh multiple >> technically we're all on a diet. Whatever we eat, that's your diet. >> Yeah. So he's under arrest. Why why why haven't they uh picked him up? >> Uh when he goes to court. >> Well, they don't always if just cuz you go to court, it doesn't mean that like the jail and the >> uh staff there can pick them up or arrest him on those warrants. >> What are you saying? >> What do you mean? What am I saying? He's going to jail. >> He's going to jail on his warrants >> right now. >> How did you know where he was? >> Wait till they see the I saw him. Oh jeez. I'm I'm going to come out there. >> Okay. Yeah, please. If I could talk to you out here, that would be >> That show reminds me a lot. And I I don't know why it wasn't treated like that. I'll be right out. >> All right. What was your first name, ma'am? >> Vicki. >> Vicki. All right, Vicki. I'll see you in a second. All right. Yeah. Thank you. Bye. >> So, he's going to get mad once he knows what's going on. He's been through the process a bunch. If she's unwilling to let me take his property, which is that backpack and that coat, >> I put it in the description in the channel description and it'll pop up. >> Are you Vicki? >> Yeah. >> Or one of my mom real quick. >> Thank you, Leslie. >> So, is this your car? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, how well do you know Jeffrey working as a >> He's my nephew. >> He's your nephew. Okay. >> Known him since before birth. >> Yeah. Okay. So Jeffrey, we've had history. >> Oh, wait. His dog's in the jungle. >> We got it. Thank you though. >> So, um, hey, >> shut the door. That'd be great. I'm not going to shut the door. Thank you, though. >> But once you get to 3 400 lb, you're in the danger zone. >> So, I'm trying to get to that point. Okay. So, Jeffrey has a history dealing drugs. I've arrested him multiple times for the same thing. Okay. >> He has warrants. So, he's going to jail. Well, he threw a sweatshirt in the back seat before he went into handcuffs. I believe there's drugs in his sweatshirt based on his past history. And I have a hard time. Okay. Well, That's my observation. That's what I'm observing. And the backpack on the front seat's probably his. >> Yeah. >> Uh >> like right there, that black backpack. Okay. So, >> you guys don't have no stuff here. You're picking him up on a warrant. Yep. >> I don't know what's in there, but it's not drugs. >> Okay. Then I'll tow it. We're good. We're good. I'm going to tow it. Thank you. >> No, you are not towing my car. I am going to my car and I haven't done anything wrong. >> So, my car is going nowhere. So, you're not going to touch me. My sergeant right here. >> They gave her two options. They said, "We're either going to take his stuff out of the car. No, you can't do that." Or we're going to tow it. No, you can't do that. Well, it's one or the other. You said, "No, they can't take the stuff out of the car." Fine. They're towing the car. >> The options. >> Let's go. No, we're going to talk right here. Get out of my way. >> You either stop or arrest you, too. Let's go over. >> Let's go over here conversation. >> You don't move away and I will cut you. >> Here we go. Turn around. You're under. >> I remember Mrs. Williams. >> Oh, look at that. Like a baby. >> For what? >> I am not instructing anybody. I said okay. >> You were told multiple times to move away. You wouldn't do it. >> Get out your >> Vicki. I want you know you're being audio visually recorded. Okay. >> Okay. Good. You are too. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Yeah. You're not listening to us. >> [ __ ] >> He at least calmed down if you had listened. I don't have to listen to you. >> We would be there. That's very true. >> And you're getting your ass in trouble, buddy. >> An average size person to get in trouble. Guys will take your ass to court and you will lose. >> I'm not doing anything wrong. >> I see. >> Do not touch my car. >> Vicki, do you have anything on you? It's going to poke me. >> My car. >> Yes, we are. >> Vicky, >> that's the conversation we were going to have. >> No. >> You have no reason to get Do not gave you the reason. This officer explained it to me. Oh man, you're in trouble. Get out of my [ __ ] Vicki. I'm >> And it's going to go with you to the jail. >> Oh my god. You guys are [ __ ] ridiculous. >> No, they're not. You are >> up. Not yet. >> Not quite yet, hun. >> You're the one that threw yourself on the ground. >> I did. I thought we >> Yes, you did. >> No, I did not. >> Yes, you did. I fell backwards onto your butt like a 10-year-old. where we >> uh she might not be around anymore. I don't know. I I don't know. But if he if his uh body size was anything related to genetics, uh that might be why she's not around anymore. >> Yes. >> Good. >> And the camera has you throwing stuff on your body. >> Excuse me. What? >> I said I hope you're not lying. >> Oh, I'm not full of [ __ ] If >> somebody catches at you, you know what? You're in trouble. >> They gave her a chance to keep the car. >> Keep back my pocket. >> You're under arrest. >> You are stealing from me. >> No. >> She came out of the store and they said, "Uh, some of his stuff is in the car. We need to take that or we're going to have to impound the car." And he said, "No, you can't take his stuff." He said, "All right, cool. We'll just tow the car." And then she starts marching up and bumped into one of the officers. So >> now she's going to try to explain. Stop. >> Stop kicking. You're going to add to our kick. Okay. >> I'm trying to turn over so my hands won't hurt. Get off. >> That's not genetic. Learn behavior. Stop kicking the other side. >> I'm not kicking. >> We're going to roll you on to your other side. >> You're a [ __ ] >> Get out of my stuff. I'm a straight up A1 citizen. >> You made a bad decision. You're probably a good person. Somebody made a bad decision. >> You're in trouble. >> You are in trouble. A picture of all of your badges. >> You are in trouble. Don't look at me like that. Don't touch me. >> She's going to touch you and you're getting hurting my >> Then stop. I'm not kidding. >> Yes, you are. >> I am trying on my legs. >> You really are [ __ ] >> Imagine the holidays. Get my phone. I call my husband. >> She'll go on your property. No. No. No. She drove and he was in the passenger seat. Go on your property. Sitting there. >> I hope you get what you deserve. Take a seat. Please >> get what you deserve. Piece of >> [ __ ] >> Paycheck. >> Take these off me. Please. They're hurting me. >> That's not a bad place to put. I've >> never been in trouble in my life. I've never had any of these on me. Please take them off. >> I hate them, man. >> Shruging and resisting. >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> Anything else? All right, Jeffrey. Uh, do you think I can fit the seat belt over you? >> I've got it. >> Well, if you do a long >> No. >> Okay. Can I >> That happens when you do long streams, like 2, three hour streams like today. Not everyone is going to stay for the entire thing. So, people come and go, and they'll pop in for a little bit, leave a like, and then take off. So, the numbers don't always match up. >> Try. >> No. >> No. All right. We're heading to jail. I've been before because he hurt me. >> We get to meet him >> and I'm going to steal the hell out of you guys and I want my stuff back and I need my car locked up. >> Nope. The car is going to go to Long View Police Department. It's going to be searched. >> I just I don't care. I want my husband to come. >> Can you see another Waffle House? Make sure it's not there. >> Long view police department for evidence. You can call your husband when we get there. Ma'am, >> will they take these things off too? >> When we get there? Yes, we will take them off. >> You're all liars. Liars and [ __ ] >> Liars and [ __ ] Okay, that's very nice, man. >> They get my They get my nephew wasn't he wasn't doing anything. >> Nice. >> These aren't hurting me. As Vicki protests that the handcuffs are causing her pain, the officer requests supervisor support, asking their sergeant to halt the transport to jail so they can assess the situation. >> Sit here in silence for 5 minutes. >> How you doing, Jaba? >> Tell you what, if you if you don't give us a problem, we'll put a second set on. That way they're a little bit more >> less painful. Can are you able to sit up? >> Okay, we can put on a second set as long as you cooperate. Okay. um chain. >> Yeah. >> This >> Okay. I mean, it's not going to be perfect, but >> Hey, Chris. How you doing? >> Should be better. Okay. Sit back. There you go. >> Will you guys please just go through my car? I don't care. I don't want to go. >> I'm sorry, but we're beyond that. >> We're far from that. >> Nobody wants to go to jail. >> Wish you and I were going to have >> I swear to God. >> I just swear to God. I just figured you guys it's my car that you had no right to get in my car. >> The conversation we were about to have. But when you dang near assaulted this officer by trying to put Listen to me. I did not assault anybody came damn close to it. >> Okay. >> I can't. I've never done that. I'm not going to. >> Okay. When you try to walk through her, unwanted physical contact is an assault. >> Which is why which Yes. Because she wasn't going to let you get in your car. >> I wasn't getting in. I just wanted to lean on my car. >> No, no, no, no. >> Positively, I swear to you. >> The problem is >> you were pretty worked up and not listening to reason. Otherwise, we'd had this conversation off to the side. The result is here we are and we're not going to back down from this. We tried to do it reasonably. We tried to have a conversation. We were going to ask for consent. And you started the conversation by going you. You're not going to get in my car. That's how you started the conversation. >> Well, I'm sorry now. [laughter] >> I've never been. Of >> course. You're sorry now. Everyone's sorry now. >> Sorry, but we're past that. >> Okay, so Officer Walcott will get you to the jail. >> It won't be long. Okay, >> we meet him in a little bit. >> Even after the situation was laid out for her time and time again, Vicki stands her ground, insisting she never resisted. >> What am I going to jail for? >> You're going to jail for resisting arrest and obstruction. >> I did not resist arrest. >> Thinking all I want to do is lean on my car. >> Really? >> You're lying. >> Okay. Will you try >> everything you can >> to walk through me? have someone at Walmart that needs a ride with groceries. >> You guys I did not resist arrest. >> I wanted to lean against my car and you know that I pulled >> Yeah, I'm sorry. Now >> against you guys are >> I didn't mean to do it. I don't want to go to jail. >> This is what you have to do to arrest [snorts] normal people. I normal you throw me in jail. >> Well, you marched into her bull crap. >> It's not bull crap. anything you can to arrest somebody. >> I'm of all you guys who put you on Facebook as a bunch of >> She's in that Egyptian river. >> Avoid them. >> Denial >> because they will do everything. Spit on the sidewalk and they'll stick a gun out your butt. >> Well, that's lying. >> You're liar. You are a liar. >> You're the one that's currently lying, ma'am. >> I'm not lying. I tried to lean against my car and [clears throat] you don't want me to touch my car. What did I do wrong? >> Nothing. >> Vickiy's refusal to cooperate doesn't just affect her >> because the car. >> Yeah, I think the uh somebody comes and gets the puppy >> has to be sealed and towed for a search warrant. Animal control is called in to safely remove a puppy left inside the vehicle. >> Come here. >> Not me. Definitely not me. >> Who are you? Come here. >> Come here. Come here. Hi, babies. Come here. Come on, let's go. Come here. Oh my goodness. You are so cute. Come on, babies. Come on. You're okay. Come here. >> Glad you lost weight. But uh >> And the collateral damage continues. A friend of the family is now left stranded in the parking lot without her personal belongings. All because Vicki chose to fight the police instead of having a rational conversation. >> Have warrants. And then your aunt Vicki made some poor decisions. >> Uh so they're both going to jail. Um I guess if you want to grab the dog, you can do that, but everything else stays. walk home to 46 the house burnt down. We the ones that want to burn down the house. >> Yeah. That's about all I can offer. >> I should go to the baby dog. >> Have my dog. They said I can have my dog. >> My sketchbooks. >> Okay. Hold on. I have to wait. >> Fortunately, somebody comes off. Get the dog. >> Is she allowed to have it? >> So, we'll double check real quick with the arresting officer. We'll go from there. Okay. >> Okay. >> I'll give her a call. >> Yeah. I've been up and down since I lost a bunch of weight. >> Okay. Are you Danielle? >> I fluctuate by like 20 pounds. >> Okay. I'm here with her throughout the year. She's okay taking the dog. >> It takes a while. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Yep. Bye. Okay. You can you can take her. Do you want the leash as well or do you >> She needs the leash. I'm going to the cart for now. >> That's totally fine. You can take the leash if you want to. to 46. I wish you >> Yes, you are. >> If you need to like call a friend >> to get all this stuff >> unless you have express permission from >> uh Walmart >> with all those. >> Yeah. I mean, if they're cool with it, I I don't care. But just make sure that you have that so you don't get in trouble from one of our guys. >> Yeah. >> Come on, baby. It's okay. I know you don't know what Alicia is. She's new. >> Yeah. Don't worry. Does the dog not know what a leash is? I don't >> um you said that you said everything in the backpack is yours. >> Yeah, it's my sketchbooks and my hairbrush. >> Okay. Yeah. Sorry. They have to everything at this point. We were trying to do things more simply, too. I'm like, there you go. >> A lot earlier. However, obviously things didn't go that way. So, now we have to go this route. >> You're getting smart. >> Sorry to deal with that. Take care. >> My car has food in it, too. >> I'm going to put these right here. Okay. So, just one second. >> My car has a lot of It has probably a couple hundred worth of food in the back seat. >> Okay. Thought about that. >> Arrested. >> It'll rock. There's hams back there. Or is that resisted? >> Later that evening, officers executed a search warrant on the impounded vehicle. long. >> Okay, this is old Hunter. I'm uh >> always great. >> I'm gonna do a search war on that car with Aaron from Walmart earlier. >> Whatever you think he sketchbooks, >> go ahead. >> Okay, >> I'll let you search it. I'm going to look through his backpack real quick. Since he's been out of his house, I guarantee there's probably something >> A1 quality hands. >> Oh, whoops. >> What pocket is that? I think Reek's left pocket. >> That's not a That's not a pocket. >> Front pocket. Left front pocket. Uh his wallet was in there. Obviously, it was the one he was wearing. >> And he was also digging in that pocket when we arrested him. >> Yeah, cuz he was trying to empty out stuff. >> Yep. >> Suspicions were correct. >> Vicki adamantly claimed there were no drugs in the car to justify her interference. But as the officer explains the reality of what they found, even her own husband has to agree she was completely out of line. So Jeffrey is a big time drug dealer >> and and he had warrants >> and this is the the lady's husband. Well, I don't need to talk to you. >> Okay, then why don't you exercise your right and be quiet? >> Realizing the cameras were recording, Maisie instantly dropped the allegations of officer misconduct. Instead, she pivoted to a new tactic, attempting to undermine the officer's authority by mocking their educational credentials. >> Of course, tie it up >> because you are Yeah, you are acting erratic right now. >> Oh, okay. Show the video cam. >> You basically threatened me in the car. >> Oh, okay. You were threatening me. >> No, he wasn't threatening me. >> Never happened. >> So, working with kids. >> Uh-huh. It did say [laughter] on >> take my hands off. >> No, not the way you're acting. I only remove handcuffs on people that are somewhat cooperative. >> Now, do you want me to call the person that you recommended? >> A smartass. >> Yeah. >> Do you want me to call >> What's your level of education? >> What's really masters? >> Masters. >> It might surprise. >> Wow. You have a masters. Big deal. You and millions of other people. You want me to call? Good. I noticed you had that on your car. Do you want me to call Laura for you? That's the attorney that he recommends. >> I want you to be >> Do you want me to call her or do you want to call somebody else? >> Yeah. >> I want to get these off. How much school did you have to get a gun? >> He has a PhD. Shut up. >> Tell me. >> You know, I'm not going to play your little game here. We're just going to continue on. Okay. Warning. You're under arrest. >> Yeah. for RCW 4661502 or RCW 4661504 driving >> Yeah, exactly. >> Well, you told me you didn't want a public defender driving or being an act. >> Okay. Well, that's your only >> I'm not calling your mom and mommy >> is a medical doctor. >> You don't have the right to a medical doctor. >> Okay. So, >> I just >> I need you to understand what's going on before you talk to the attorney because we're going to give you an opportunity for breathalyzer. >> I want to talk to my >> I want to talk to an attorney. >> Okay. Well, you know what? I'm going to call an a public defender. I want a private attorney. >> She's better than the public defender's office. Who do you think she is? >> You can't get a hold of the person you want. And I'm not going to just go through the phone book. We're going to >> We're going to call the >> That's awful. >> You were so hard. >> Oo. Okay, lady. >> I will. >> She's getting kinky. >> A little >> Okay. >> You're a jerk. >> Okay. >> So, I'm going to call >> I'm not a people person. If you work with kids, which I do. I work with special needs kids and I could call the on them all the time, but I don't. But somebody like her, she probably thinks, "Oh, no. Those are they're free lawyers." No, they must suck. >> We know from watching court that's not true. >> I'm going to I'm going to call this attorney and uh I'm going to put it on speaker phone because I'm not on hand. >> You can talk to a attorney. An attorney. [laughter] >> After speaking with her lawyer, Maisie finally calmed down. With the suspect no longer combative, the officer agreed to adjust her handcuffs to the front to ease her discomfort. >> Real Okay. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry. What's that? >> Have a seat. >> Oh, okay. All right. This is Deputy Martin back in the room. >> Okay. You wanted me to write a number down for her? >> Um, well, I I'm the public defender number. So, >> yeah. >> And we won't be able to answer the phone till tomorrow. And they don't say it specifically at the end, but we do find out at the end. It's not her first DUI. She's she needs to stop. >> Okay. So, I would publicize number. >> Okay. >> However, also, >> yeah, I think she >> I'm sorry. What's that? Oh, she will. Okay. >> You you Okay. So, I have not read my consent. So, I will be doing that. But >> Okay. I have told her about, you know, complying as well to make probably easier for her. >> Okay. >> So, um, so I believe that hopefully she'll be >> okay. >> Yeah. >> Well, and we all would prefer that. So, okay. Well, I'll finish up and if she has any other questions, I guess we can call you back. >> You take the cuffs off. >> Okay. Are you going to >> Okay. I missed that. >> Be a problem if I put them in front. >> Okay. Okay. I will do that. I'll tell you what. I'll give a little bit. Put them in front. We'll see how it goes. Okay. I don't have that. This deputy's going to help you out with that. >> Or at least swing your legs around to the right so I can get at him with the cuffs >> as well. They should. >> Yeah. She said she just got out of detox. >> Yeah. Yeah, they got the public defenders office on the on the line and I think they cut out whatever conversation they were having and then they they cut back on when the officer was asking, "All right, is she going to do the breath test? You explained everything to her. Are you done?" >> Um, okay. So, um, I need to read you this implied consent warning. Okay. It says, "This is the implied consent warning for breath warning. You're under arrest for RCW 4661. Further, you're now being an asked to submit to a bigger issue than consistent separate samples of your breath. Your driver's license permit or privilege to drive will be suspended or revoked [music] or denied by the Department of Licensing for at least 90 days if you are a age 21 or over and the test indicates alcohol concentration of your breath is 008 or more. >> Attorney questions. No, >> those are not attorney questions. There's no proof that I was driving. All right. Okay. That's off the court, man. >> That's between you and your attorney at this point. Okay. Do you want to sign that? I read that to you. >> Would an attorney say to sign it? >> I I don't know. I can't speak for your attorney. >> These are all attorney questions. >> Well, you you just told >> They're not attorney questions. >> She she told me what >> Well, what did she advise you to do? be a be kind even though you guys are jerks [laughter] >> and stay longer. >> Do you do you want to talk to her again before you make a decision? >> Yeah, probably. I just don't want to admit. >> Okay. Well, okay. All right. >> After a second consultation with her legal counsel, Maisy's strategy changes completely. Realizing she's out of options, she finally agrees to take the breathalyzer. >> So, are you going to want to do the breath test done. >> Legally, they have to. >> Yeah. Okay, here we go. I have to hold it. So, just take a deep breath. >> Yep. >> And blow steady. Okay, there you go. Keep going. You got about 7 seconds to go, I think. Keep going. Keep going. >> That's nailing the breath test. Um the response came back to 23 >> which is you know close to three times the legal way. >> With two prior DUI convictions, Maisie faces new charges after registering a high blood alcohol concentration. Newly recovered video surveillance footage has provided damning evidence and she is currently being held at the county jail under no bail status. >> This is Maisy. She's being booked on a DUI. After the arrest, Maisie [music] was booked into the Kitap County Jail on a charge of driving under the influence. Due to a previous DUI arrest, she was held without bail. She provided two breath samples at the jail with results of 236 and 237 BAC, nearly three times over the legal limit. >> Jeez. Yep. So, it doesn't say because I guess this just happened. Um, let's go ahead. Hasn't gone to court yet, but third DUI don't know. She needs to do some jail time. Like 6 to 12 months minimum. All right. Next, we got This one's kind of long. It's a little I think it's about 30 minutes. It's a lady who uh I forgot why the cops were called in the first place. They'll tell us in the beginning. I just forget these things. And uh they find out that she has a warrant and she fights and fights and then finally near the end she finally calms down and we get to see her actual personality, not her angry self. >> Office responded to a home after a probation officer called in a domestic disturbance. >> There we go. >> According to the report, she had been on the phone with an individual under her supervision who was allegedly making threats toward her mother. And the officer reported hearing objects being thrown around in the background during the call. >> Yeah. But there was something else deputies knew before they even got there. The woman also had an active felony warrant out for her arrest for violating her community control, which is basically Florida's version of strict house arrest. And that all started from an older case for driving with a suspended license. >> She is loud, but she's not screaming. So, uh, I don't know. I don't I adjusted the volume down, so I don't think we need a headphone. >> So, when deputies pulled up to the house, they weren't just responding to the reported disturbance. They were also getting ready to take her into custody on that outstanding warrant. >> No. No. >> Okay. >> What is he doing with his engine block? I wish I knew how to do that stuff like that. >> Right on with Vicki. >> Hello. >> How you doing? Where's the dog? >> Huh? >> The doggy that was loose. >> Oh, my doggy. >> Yeah. Cuz otherwise she's got literally no future. >> You understand? >> Right. But the problem is and like I said, had nothing to do with this part. But when because when we got the call saying that she was threatening people at the house here, when that happened, they checked her and they found out that she had a warrant. >> And that's that's >> she don't have no warrant cuz she was going to the uh officer yesterday, every Tuesday. She don't know. >> That's in the system. >> Oh, it's in the system, man. There's a warrant. There's a warrant for her in the system. >> And that's who called us. I probably should have said this in the middle of the stream when more people were here, but there's still a lot of people here. Um, I'm this coming week I'm not doing Wednesday or Friday the evening time stream. So, it'll just be Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. Uh, Thursday and Saturday we stay at 2 o'clock and then Sunday will be 1:00 and those are Eastern Eastern times. Um, I'm going to take advantage of the next three days, try and uh figure out some software. I got a monitor uh that I got to put behind this so that I can start editing videos. I'm hoping I don't know, maybe Thursday or Friday I'll get my first video out. It'll just be a standalone video, just one one video, and then I can start being like a regular YouTube channel where I do a mix of streaming and regular videos. Uh, if I get good at it, then I can start putting stuff out more often. But yes, I'll be back here Thursday at uh 2 p.m. Eastern. And thank you very much to everyone who came out. And thank you so much to the mods for helping me out with the chat. I do appreciate it. You guys have a good rest of your Sunday. and I'll see some of you at uh other streams later on tonight or tomorrow. Take care everybody. [music] [music]
