[music] [music] [music] Heat. Hey, heat. Hey, heat. Heat. Heat. [music] >> [music] [music] >> Hello. Happy Monday, everybody. Uh, it looks like Mark sent everyone over to the vertical stream. So, if you don't want to be there, you'll have to find your way to the channel homepage and find the regular stream. I should stop calling it the regular stream. They're both regular. It's one's horizontal, one's vertical. Uh, let's see. Right when we get started, Fargan Bastage, thank you very much for being a member for one month. Hola. All right, Alana, how you doing? Brandy, good to see you. Yes, I'm uh some of you who didn't see my post earlier probably wondering what the hell is he doing uh streaming on a Monday? I'm changing my schedule. Um, I've been fiddling around with the schedule, trying to find good times that work for me and don't overlap with other people, and I gave up. I just need a consistent schedule. So, from now on, I'll be doing Thursday to Monday, 2 o'clock Eastern every sing five days straight. That'll just make it easy for me. Hopefully, it makes it easy for you guys. Uh, members, there is a poll up on my channel uh for the members only. I'm going to reschedule that as well. The choices are between Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. or Friday at 6 p.m. Right now it's tied. I think 24 people have voted and it's tied 50/50. So go and vote in that. And uh whatever that is, we'll either do a members only this Friday or next Tuesday. I won't be able to do one tomorrow obviously because it's too soon. I want to give people a chance to to answer the poll. Wixom, thank you very much for $2. I appreciate it. Let the ground wars begin again. All right, let's see here. Yes, I had uh physical therapy this morning. Um, actually this afternoon, I just got back like 20 minutes ago, so I knew I wasn't going to make it back by 2, but I scheduled my physical therapy for next week, and I'll be able to do 2:00. So, I know it's confusing. I promise I'll make it simple at some point. Anyway, I've got a couple DUIs. I got some punk on a dirt bike who uh threatens an officer with a thumbtack. I don't know, a judge. Uh she gets a DUI and she was trying to fight the uh apparently trying to fight the release of the body cam footage and she fought and lost cuz it's out. Uh then I got a lady who uh the lady from the thumbnail who stiffed a taxi driver for 28 bucks and puts on this whole act. Oh, I'm looking for the money. I'm looking for I could have sworn I paid him. I know I paid him. Yeah. Okay. It doesn't work out. Yes, Dr. Frankenstein is still working on things. [laughter] Always experimenting, never succeeding. Well, he did he did succeed that one time. But first, we're going to start out with uh believe this one's from Body Cam Zero. This is a lady who got a DUI. She keeps arguing that the officer wasn't clear enough, and he wasn't. when he asked her if she wanted to do the FSTs as far as what would happen one way or the other. In my mind, it doesn't really matter because all those do is just allow them to gather more evidence. So, he actually did a favor by not explaining it. But, let's see what she does. >> Fondo me. I promise I'm not trying to fondle you. >> It's okay. I wouldn't blame you. Listen. >> Nice. >> How did you get parked like this? >> Parked like this? >> Yes. >> I just I just got bad death procession myself. >> When did you get here? How How long have you been here? >> I literally just got here. >> You just pulled in here? >> Okay. Where you coming from? >> Literally. >> Um [music] >> I was Oh, yeah. from um >> she sounds great. >> After that, we were heading [music] to our friend's house to to go crash tonight. >> Okay. And you just >> But then I seen my buddy here, so I stopped. Oh, >> okay. Well, my sergeant was down here at that intersection up there. He said when you turned, you struck the curb. What's up with that? [music] >> I You know why? >> Yeah. >> My power steering is [ __ ] Okay. >> Oh, yeah. Power steering. She just >> I mean I mean I would like you can get in and check it. Like my power steering is messed up. >> Sure. >> Okay. So you just had trouble getting the car to turn around. >> Yeah, I did. >> Okay. All right. Well, here I got something for you. Okay. So >> an alcoholic beverage from you. How many drinks have you had tonight? >> Um how many drinks have I had tonight? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Maybe like one. >> One. What was it? >> Oh, it's always two. Um, I think it was um some beer. >> Beer? What kind of beer? >> Yeah. >> Like, do you know which one it was? >> PVR. >> Okay. How big was the can >> or was it a bottle? >> Um, it was probably like 8 oz. >> 8 o. >> Okay. >> That was an 8 oz can. >> Here's what I want to do. >> Cuz you went and left the roadway and hit the curb and then came down here and now you're parked in this spot crooked and everything that I have. I want to run you through some standardized foot soariety just to make sure you're safe to drive. Is that something that you're cool with? >> I mean, I guess I got to be, right? >> No, no, it's up to you. It's optional. I'm just asking if you're cool with it. Like, if you're fine with doing it. >> Am I allowed to say no? >> You can if you want to. >> Okay. No. >> Okay. All right. Hey, do me a favor. Turn around. >> Yeah. >> There you go. >> Now, here's the part where she starts to complain because he didn't explain what happens when you say no. She's too drunk to realize it doesn't matter whether she said yes or no. She was going to jail. Put those hands behind your back for me, please. >> What? >> There you go. Just like that. All right. >> No, the thing I didn't have an option. >> No, no, no, no. It's It's voluntary. So, I don't want you to do it just because I'm putting you in handcuffs. >> No, I want to do it. >> You want to do it? >> Yes. >> Okay. I'm I'm letting you know that you don't have to do it. It's not It's not like something that you have to do. >> I know. You didn't tell me that was the other option. So, you do want to do the old sarati? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> And you're not wanting to do it just because I'm putting handcuffs on you. >> No, it's just like you were like, "Do you want to do it?" And I was like, >> "Preferably not." >> Okay. All right. We'll just We'll just leave it like this. Okay. >> Yep. >> I don't need you to mess it up by doing it just because you're in handcuffs. >> So, I'm going to jail. >> Yes, ma'am. You under arrest for DUI. Okay. >> Here. Turn around. That way this officer can search you. Okay. >> You spread your legs for me, please. didn't let me do the field sobriety. >> You said you didn't want to do it. Spread your legs because you didn't tell me that was the other option. >> Do me a favor. Spread your legs. >> Yes or no? >> I'm I'm confused because >> No, you're not. >> Told you to spread your legs. Okay. Let this officer say >> relax. Relax. >> No. Hold up. >> Relax. >> You ain't got to touch me like that. >> Relax. >> Relax. She's trying to search. But I I I don't need somebody touching me like that. >> Well, I asked you to spread your legs, ma'am. You didn't >> because I told you I would do the other thing that you that I could do. >> Stop moving. Okay. Stop it, >> ma'am. Please do. >> Stop it. What are you doing? >> Yeah, that's what she doesn't understand is if she had done the FSTs, all they would do, all that would do is just give them more evidence against her. So, it he did her a favor. >> I got [ __ ] issues, man. >> Hey, Charlene. See, you need to relax though. Okay. >> No, I got people me and issues. Can you please let go of me? >> Just let this officer search you. Okay. >> Really triggering the [ __ ] out of me, man. >> Just let this officer search. Okay, relax. >> No, this shit's really triggering the [ __ ] money. Can't like if anything, she checked me because >> she is searching usually say spread your feet still holding on to me >> cuz you keep moving >> because you you didn't make me me the options. >> You got that up. >> Yes or no? >> Just stand still. Okay, let her search you. >> God damn, dude. >> Like, why are you Why would it need to be this many people? >> You can you can barely hear them in the background, but there's some clown in the background. Why do they need so many officers? She wasn't even doing anything. >> Soriety test >> and shut up. >> Not for me. That'll be talking. >> Thank you, man. I can We can take her. >> Oh, well, let me read her unplug first. >> All righty, man. I got something to read for you. Okay. >> You know what I'm saying? >> I know you said I >> shut up. Stop talking. >> You stop talking. >> Now, that's good advice. The person in the background, whoever it is, is telling her, "Stop talking." Perfect advice. All right, we're going to walk back this way cuz your friends are getting here. We're going to walk back this way. Okay, >> stop talking. >> Walk back this way. Just walk. >> Stop talking. >> No, because you ain't just walk. What are you doing? >> No, because >> No, man. >> Just go. Come on. What are you doing, >> bro? >> Because you ain't make it clear to me what was going on. >> Have a seat. Have a seat. >> Have a seat. >> No, [screaming] >> ma'am. If you fight with obstruction, okay? I'm trying to give you a break cuz I see that you're drunk. >> But I need you to sit down in the car. >> Anybody can do this. >> Sit down in the car. Please sit down in the car. >> I can't do this, man. I >> Or he's going to pull you in. >> Sit back. I'm sorry to hear that. >> He's going to pull you in. >> Please help me out. [screaming] >> Slide backwards. Slide backwards. >> Slide backwards. >> No. No. >> Okay. No, >> I gave you the chance to do it yourself. You didn't. >> I tried to. I didn't understand that. You didn't explain to me. >> All right, man. Filtered already. Okay. >> No, you you didn't explain it to me. >> Sir, he didn't explain it to me. >> He said, "Do you want to do this?" And I was like, "Well, if I don't have to, I don't have to." He said, "Okay, I'm arresting you." I didn't understand. And that's what that meant. He did not implicate that to me. >> It was all right. >> He did not make that clear to me. >> He did not make that clear. >> I need to get the door shut. >> He did not make that clear to me. >> Just yank those legs. These legs. >> No, her legs. Her legs. >> Yank them legs. >> Thank you. >> No. >> There we go. >> Calm down. >> Hey, come down here. Exactly. You're >> not going to explain everything to me. >> I'm trying to. I need you to listen. Okay. >> No, it's not. You're not trying to. >> You haven't been cooperative. I need you to listen. >> Yes, I have. >> Okay. Listen to what I'm telling you. >> And I told you. >> Did you just slip your cuffs off? >> And I told you like if if you had told me what was going on, then I would have known. >> All right. You didn't say, "Hey, if you like >> if you if you don't want to do this, then I'm arresting you." That's ma'am. >> That's not right. >> Okay, ma'am. >> Excuse me. >> I'm trying to read this. >> The state of Georgia's conditions are privileged to drive upon the highways of this state upon your submission to state administered chemical test of your blood, breath, urine, or other bodily substances for the purpose of determining if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you refuse this testing, your Georgia's driver's license or privilege to drive on the highways of this state will be suspended for a minimum period of one year. >> Your refusal to submit to testing may be offered in evidence against your trial. >> If you submit to testing and the results indicate an alcohol concentration of 0.08 g or more, your driver's license or privilege to drive on the highways of this state may be suspended for a minimum period of one year. After first submitting to the requested state test, you are entitled to additional chemical test of your blood, breath, urine, or other bodily substances at your own expense and from qualified personnel of your own choosing. Will you submit to the state administered chemical test of your breath? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> He gets tested all the time. Taken care of. Okay. >> We have to >> Yes, sir. money. >> We take DUI very seriously here in Clark County. Uh >> that freaking guy again. >> Was displeased with the Yes, ma'am. >> Um did you take her keys? >> Yeah, it's right here. >> I got it. I locked her car up for her. I didn't want to leave it unsecure here in the parking space. >> She's got no problem getting tested. >> Oh, you're appreciate you, man. Thank you. Uh >> she was uncooperative. >> Explain it to her when she's so hot. >> Started pulling away and all that good stuff. I'm still hot cuz I still got her. Uh, >> we had to drag her to the car and >> y >> push her push her down inside. Waller pulled her from the back and then we pulled her legs in and belted her in. I just wanted to let you know. >> Okay. >> We didn't hit her or strike her. >> She gets worse. >> Soft hands pulled her to the vehicle, pushed her inside, and that was it. >> I just wanted to let you know though, we don't get into trouble. >> We're going to get downtown. >> Unless you know for a fact that you blow zeros. I don't drink, so I do the breath test. I wouldn't do the other test. >> Can you do me a favor? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Yes. Athens, Clark County. >> Like when you ask somebody a question like, can you let them know like what's going on with them and not the answer? >> Yeah. Well, I mean that that's the thing. I can't tell you if you do it or if you don't do it, I'm going to take you to jail. That that just defeats the purpose of the testament voluntary. >> I don't understand that. >> What don't you understand? >> Like if I tell you you're going to go to jail if you don't do it, then the test it sounds like you don't >> tell me that. >> I'm saying if I told you that, >> but you didn't. >> Then it invalidates the test, >> right? But it >> about that >> I think what the officer is trying to say is if he said that that could be her lawyer in court could argue that it was coercion. >> I'm very confused. >> Okay. Thanks man. >> She smoked so >> only here. Come on. >> Come on man. >> Hey Lisa. Can you get out of the car for me please? Yeah, he did mess up. But >> it worked out for her. >> So who? >> All right. Come on, man. >> That's not my name. >> What is your name then? >> Yeah, >> my name is Elizabeth. >> Elizabeth. All right. Here. We got to put these handcuffs back on. Elizabeth you can't slip them off your wrist. >> All right. Here you go. All right. I'm going to put this mouth piece on here. >> Mhm. >> You have to take a deep breath. >> Mhm. And then blow for as long as you can or else the machine's going to time out. Okay. >> All right. Take a deep breath. Let me see. Inhale. >> Way too drunk. >> You're going to open up your mouth and then nail like >> just like that. And then blow. >> Yeah. >> Blow. >> Yeah. Blow up. >> Here. Try again. >> You're only 16 minutes late. It's all right. >> Here. Here. Here. Try again. >> I'm blowing as hard as I can. >> I know. It's not picking up anything. Okay. It's got to be something like this. Look at what I'm gonna do. Okay. And then you need to blow for as long as you can. All right. So hard and as long as you can. It's got to be >> He just woke up. >> I'm trying. >> Oh no. Just try again. Take a deep breath. Take a deep breath. And then blow hard. >> She drove up onto the curb. So >> there you go. You're doing it. Doing it. You're doing it. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. All right. Here. I saw you were trying, but I didn't see. That's just not going to work. So, I'm going to I'm going to read you this again. Okay. Conditioned your privilege to drive upon the homage of this state upon your submission to state administered chemical test >> of your blood. >> Hold on. >> There we go. All right. Here. State of Georgia's condition of this state upon your submission is state administered chemical test of your blood, breath, urine, or other bodily substances for the purpose of determining if you're under the influence of alcohol or drugs. >> [snorts] >> If you refuse this testing, your Georgia's driver's license or pro is to drive on the highways in this state will be suspended for a period of one year. >> Good to see you. >> Your refusal to submit to blood or your intestine may be offered an evidence against you to a trial. After first submitted to the requested state test, you are entitled to additional chemical test of your blood, breath, urine, or other bodily substances at your own expense and from qualified personnel of your own choosing. Will you submit to the state administered chemical test of your blood? >> Can I ask you a favor? >> Well, I got to get an answer and then I can I can ask your I can answer your second question for your favor. Okay. So, will you submit to the to the state minister? >> I don't know. was so dependent on my favor. >> What's the favor? >> Can like next time you let somebody know that's what's happening. That that's what's >> Yes. Next time you get pulled over for a DUI, they'll make sure to tell you all your options >> happening. >> Absolutely. I told you I apologize if I wasn't clear. >> It doesn't matter if you apologize. That's still jeopardizing like my ability to work. My my ability to go see my mama. >> Yeah. I forgot what it was >> that. >> Hey Keith, >> I mean I forgive you because Jesus told me I forgive [laughter] you. >> Wow. He can sleep at night. >> Dude, that wasn't cool. You know that wasn't cool. >> What difference does it make? >> Logan, would you like to consent to the blood draw >> to the blood draw? >> I forgive you, officer. >> I can read it to you again if it wasn't clear. >> All right, Miss Logan, you listening? >> Yeah. >> Miss Logan. Elizabeth, are you listening? I just feel like I'm not being heard. >> Yeah. >> Well, Jesus told her to forgive the officer. >> Oh, slipped the cuffs again. Whoops. All right. So, you see what happens when you do stuff like that. Stand up. >> And uh coming up in just a second, there's a little bit of a headphone warning, so you might want to turn your volume down a little bit. >> Stand up for me. It is very understand that stand up. Christ >> stop. >> Oh, come on, lady. >> Stop. I don't know to this. Stop. >> Yeah. >> Stop. >> I do not consent to this. >> All right. It's probably love. >> Cut it out. Stop. >> Cut it out. And then we're >> Do we need to put her down again? >> No. >> No, >> we're good. >> You just got to free the >> Well, she set their cuffs again. >> I got it. >> You got all these flex >> looking at my shoulders. Stop. [screaming] You're pulling away. That's why. >> STOP. >> If you stand straight up, this won't happen. >> Stop. [screaming] >> Stop yelling. >> She was I was going to say she was calm and reasonable at the first half of this, but she wasn't reasonable. But she was calm. >> Not anymore. >> It's all over. >> It'd be helpful if we just put her finger against the wall. >> STOP IT. >> YOU STOP IT. [laughter] Stop it. [screaming] >> Hey Christy, good to see you. >> And before she screams a anymore, Nancy, thank you very much for being a member for one month. I appreciate it. >> Stop. >> Oh no, they get him nice and tight >> eventually. >> There you go. >> Stop it. Stop it. >> All right. I can't. >> I didn't teach you no better. >> Okay, we're about to go put you in the car. >> I can sign this for my car. >> Ready? >> Let's get her out here. >> One, two, three. UP WE GO. [screaming] >> YEP. OH, here we go. Here we go. >> Stop. put on a big show in front of everyone. >> Stop. You're hurting me. Calm down. >> You're hurting. >> This is the >> There you go. Wake up the whole city. >> To save a little [screaming] bit of dignity on yourself. Okay. [screaming] >> Please help me. Please. Please. Please. Please. >> I'll help you, ma'am. Be quiet. >> So bad. >> Okay. I need you to sit down. >> Sit down. >> Oh, >> we're going to pull you in. I need [clears throat] you to do it by yourself. Listen to me. Sit down. >> I don't know. >> Sit down. >> We don't find that much out of her. >> Just sit down or have to pull you in. >> Listen a little bit. NO. [screaming] STOP. >> Calm down. She's kicking. >> Now she's kicking. Great job. >> This is a little bit busy. You've got to stop. Oh, I have so much pain. >> Well, man, we wouldn't be here right now. If you had just cooperated, >> you probably be fine in the morning. >> I was trying to cooperate. >> Like, >> you slipped your cuff several times. I told you to just sit there while I got a warrant for your blood cuz you didn't want to give blood voluntarily and you just kept slipping cuffs. >> Like, if if you sat there in the handcuffs and not have slipped your cuff so many times, you wouldn't be in >> at home tonight. Can I please >> Can I >> Can I please just do my [ __ ] thing like you told me to do? >> She's still going on about the field sobriety test. She still wants to do the walk and turn and the give me a break. >> You said that you did not want to draw blood. That's why I'm applying the woman. >> I don't think she is. >> No, I didn't. >> You You did not say yes. >> You said that. >> I didn't say no. You said that you only do it under a condition and then you wouldn't reply when I told you and asked you for it again. >> That's why we're here. >> I didn't say what I was down to do that. >> So, you do want to give blood? >> Yes. Please, God. I'm >> She's desperate to do it. >> All right. Come on, man. Let's get you inside. That way we can get this off of you. Okay. Oh, one behind you. >> Well, that's just it. There isn't a charge for that. I mean, you maybe they could get her for obstruction at the most. Resisting another resisting charge, but there's there's not really a charge for slipping your cuff. >> You bet some just a little bit. >> Fondo me. I promise I'm not trying to fondle you. >> It's okay. I wouldn't blame you. It's some nice ass. >> All right, cool. Bam. The next thing you're going to sign for me is going to be her hip or hip and it's a privacy statement. Go ahead and sign. >> Oh, I did not go through. >> Oh, no. Yeah, it wasn't right. You can go now. >> Maybe. I've never seen it though. >> One second. >> And then that one signed. Just one more. >> Really? >> No. I say something. >> There's nothing that you can show me. All right, that's what's up. >> Well, I think it could be. I mean, I'd considered escape, but I've never seen a charge. >> All right. >> Are you good to go or do you still >> Yeah, Georgia. I don't think there is. >> Yes, your honor. I mean, if we if I can present it real quick, that'd be great. >> Okay. >> That way they can't say she didn't she did it just because we had to zip tie her. >> Well, I don't want to do both. Uh, so if she consented, then uh you probably want to go with that. We don't want to do both. >> Yeah, she uh she what's it called? She uh said it was fine uh that we get the blood screening. >> Yeah, let's do that because you don't want to that, you know, you don't want to do anything that might >> uh suggest that the consent was not uh >> Hey, Karina, thank you very much. Good to see you. Okay, I see what you're saying. You know what I mean? You don't want to like you guessed it. You don't know. >> Lady got a DUI. All right, I see what I'm just took so long. >> We still got a little more action then in this one. >> Oh, no, you're fine. >> A brand new computer and it just took a while. >> All right, Miss Elizabeth. >> Let's cut these zip ties off for you. Okay, >> please. >> Nice. Ryan, thank you very much for the silver star, the two gems. I'm so glad that Streamyard this is I think they must have just updated this. It's finally showing up. Thank you very much. I understand. I'm going to clap down on it. It might get a little tight for a second, but it'll loosen back up. Okay. >> Yeah, pretty much work. >> It's going to be better than what it is. >> God, that hurts like >> Thank you very much. Just dizzy. >> Ow. >> I don't know. >> Hey, John. Good to see you. >> This one's going to hurt the worst cuz I don't have to get >> What the heck? Well, it doesn't get much worse. >> Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, WHOA, >> STOP. RELAX. >> STOP. STOP. STOP. >> And for those of you who weren't here a few minutes ago, a little bit of a headphone warning. She's about to start up again. >> Relax. It's going to pinch me. [laughter] >> I have to get the zip off so they can cut it off. >> I told you that it's going to pinch you. >> Grabbing me. >> Relax. >> Grabbing me. >> Let me get this off. Okay. >> No. Stop. It hurts. Stop pushing me down. >> Ma'am, I need you to stay still. Okay. I'm trying to cut off >> pushing me down. >> Stop trying to get up. [screaming] >> Well, I'm sorry to hear that. >> You hurt. I'm sorry about that. There's [laughter] nothing I can do. >> I don't know how to do a poll. It has a I'll have to figure that out. [screaming] Look at that. Ah, >> comes off very easy. >> The more you know. >> See, man, we wouldn't have had to zip tie you in the first place if you hadn't slipped your cuff so many times. Okay. Why don't you have a seat up there in this chair? Okay. >> Calm and rational. >> Let's get out. Damn. Let's have a seat in the chair. Okay. Here. Come on. Stand up. Really? Elizabeth, >> I need you to stand up. Okay. >> I did not know that. >> It's been a while since I've been arrested. >> I know that the zip. >> No, >> I need you to stand up. Okay. >> Hurt me. >> Elizabeth, stand up. Okay. >> All right. Come on. Usually stand up. >> She said two PBRs, >> ma'am. >> Yeah, of course. Ma'am, >> Miss Elizabeth, these guys are here or my man and >> well, >> at least laying on the floor in the hospital. You know that it's been cleaned recently. >> Is here to draw your blood. Okay, >> you said that that was what you here. We don't want to hold up their Tom. Okay, >> Erica, thank you very much for the $2. All right, hit 900. That's awesome. Thank you very much to the new subscribers. I appreciate it. So, if you're going to give them the blood, let them take the blood and then we can talk about everything else that happened after the fact. >> You can be upset at us and you can be frustrated about what's happened. [singing] >> But you have to get up. We can't be curling up in this position right now >> in a fetal position. Come on. >> I know that your wrist hurt, man. >> Maybe. Maybe. Might do it. I don't know. >> I know that it hurt, man. They're zip ties. They're definitely not comfortable. But you slipped your cuffs five times. >> I slipped five times. >> Okay. Well, I don't want to argue about how many times you slipped your cuffs, man. >> Well, I was a stupid kid, so >> let's get into this chair. Okay. >> One time. >> Wasn't always perfect. >> Okay. All right. Let's get up off the ground. Let's sit in the chair. You know, I think I could do their jobs. Okay. But >> she has a boyfriend, so probably not. >> Come on. You got it. You'll be fine.
