Switch over to comments there. My [snorts] usual routine. I always forget to do that. I hope everyone's having a good weekend so far. We're a little over halfway done. Well, if you're on the West Coast and we're still a little over halfway done because it's Sunday morning or Sunday afternoon, wherever you are. Uh anyway, I have got uh about 3 hours worth of videos today. I'll do some talking in between as I usually do. I'll try not to talk over the videos. I know I did that uh during one of them yesterday where the the cop was kind of a soft talker and I was talking over him. There were no closed captionings and I think some of you guys might have missed out on what was going on in the video. Sorry about that. I'll try not to do that. Uh I'm still working out, you know, my style. Do I want to talk over the videos or do I want to pause it a whole lot or just pause it a few times? But I'll work it out. I'll get it figured out. It's only been a month. So, we're going to start off with uh some this lady. Uh you'll probably recognize the first one. Um, and I when I it came across my feed again, it's from Code Blue Cam. It was a lady who got pulled over for uh driving on a suspended license. They know who she is because she's been pulled over dozens of times for the exact same thing. And she gives the cop a hard time. And I've actually got three videos of her and I put them in chronological order. They're all from Code Blue Cam. And this is a lady named Nicole who loves driving on a suspended license. For whatever reason, doesn't want to get her license in order. So, let's jump right into it. On January 1st, 2023, a Portage County Sheriff's deputy was on patrol when he ran the plates of a vehicle in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. It came back showing the registered owner had a suspended license. So, the deputy decided to conduct a traffic stop. >> Thank you very much. >> On approach, the female driver, 33-year-old Nicole Golamsky, immediately began yelling and cursing. You guys trip while waiting for me to leave my gas pump. Look around, douche. >> Well, the reason why >> I don't have anything better to do on New Year's Eve, >> New Year's night, New Year's Day when there's all these mother. Get that out my eyes. >> It's not even >> I didn't do anything illegal. Do you know I know your pull me over? I saw you sitting at Hardies. Hardies. Yes, >> cuz you're lazy and you don't want to pull over somebody with actually where you have to do paper >> who has a suspended driver's license. >> I got a suspended driver's license, but you can pull somebody over drinking and driving, right? >> Okay. Can I have your ID? >> No, I don't have it with me. My name is Nicole Glanskkey. You know who the I am >> cuz you just said I have a suspended license. >> Do what you got to do with >> I have to verify who you are. >> I'm not finding anything. I don't give a And your buddy back there can bring his dog. You guys do this to me anytime. >> I've never met you before. I don't know what you're talking about. >> Why did you creep at Quick Trip until I left? Answer that. >> Creep. Creep. >> Cuz I saw you at a suspended driver's license. >> How did you see that? If you're on the other side of the parking lot and then drove around my vehicle, then drove around again. >> Okay. You know what? I don't even You don't have to answer. I don't have to answer. >> What's your name, sir? >> He doesn't have to answer you, does he? >> Get it out of his eyes. >> You're not wearing a seat belt. >> Who? And neither the am I. >> Neither am I. >> I don't know that. >> Oh, well, quit talking to him. >> What's your name? God, he does not need to tell you his name legally. You're not going to try to >> Well, she has so much experience with this. She knows she's not going to get arrested. It's more just give me the ticket and why are you giving me a ticket? >> Make somebody >> same type of passenger. >> Did I do anything? >> You are being This is enttrapment. Do you know that you're going to get in trouble? Yes, it is. >> You think I'm going to get in trouble? My sergeant right here. >> What is that called? Harassment. >> Have you been drinking tonight? >> No. Breathalyze this. >> What do you get it? Get it. >> How do I know? Your eyes are glossy. Glossy. >> Yeah, I smoke a lot of weed. >> You've been smoking tonight? >> Nope. >> When's the last time you smoked? >> None of your business. You smell weed? Nope. Are you going to find weed? Nope. >> Oh, yeah. >> Sorry. You're You wasted your time. >> I know. Actually, I think I do smell weed. >> You do? >> Search it by now. Get your dog. >> I don't need a dog. >> Do you got weed on you that you would put in my car? >> Why would I have weed on? >> You seem like a dirty, lazy cop. >> Oh, that's >> So, when you dig in my car >> and you're digging through nothing, >> don't be upset. and then have to give me a ticket for suspended license. >> Drive away like a piece of cop. >> Why don't you? >> He wasn't wearing a seat belt and didn't want to ID himself either. >> Dude, this guy waited at Quick Trip for me. >> For no reason. I'm pumping gas and doing my makeup. >> No, not for no reason. >> Ready to actually go to a friend's house >> and have a couple drinks. >> How much have you had to drink already? >> None. Breathalyze me. I'm not talking to you no more. >> All right, I'll be right back. my breath. >> You've got a violation passenger and he's refusing to identify himself. >> I walked up. He wasn't wearing a seat belt. He's claiming he took it off. I don't believe her. [laughter] >> Neither one of them had them on. She's telling me she's the RORO. She gave me your name, but she didn't have a driver's license on her. >> Okay. >> So, I can write her for that. >> Yeah. Check and see if you can find the driver's license picture. >> Well, yeah. I stopped her for uh she's suspended. >> Oh, okay. Let me ask you something, sir. Do you have a valid driver's license? >> No. >> No. So, neither of you are leaving here then until >> you have a valid driver also. >> What? I can walk away, can I? >> You can't leave right now? >> No, not right now. >> If I'm not being detained, yes, I can. >> No, you are detained. >> How? >> You're getting a citation. >> That's not going anywhere. >> That's not being detained. >> Yeah, you're on a traffic stop. Okay. Well, when your is done giving me a ticket [bell] >> alert suspended driver's license, female, white, >> he's not driving out of here without a license. So, >> he says he don't have one either, but he won't identify himself. >> That's perfect. They can sit here until we get someone out here. >> Operator failed to have passenger seat belt. >> Yep. >> She's getting a seat belt and a suspension. Okay. >> How far do you want to push? Because I >> I hope it's your internet, not uh not on my end. >> Failure to >> I don't know how to fix it. >> Driver's license on her person. >> I kind of feel like that's a double-edged sword because of this already being suspended. She doesn't really have a driver's license. Otherwise, I was going to write it. >> I was going to say with him is I mean, if he says he had it on, he took it. Unless you saw that he >> I pulled up behind him. They never took them off. Uh they were in my books, they were never wearing them. Um, there's video from my squad. >> You never see them remove seat belts or anything like that. They were, in my book, they were not wearing them. >> Okay. It's up to you. This is it's your stop. So, if if you feel that he truly wasn't wearing a seat belt and you have a violation, then he's required to identify himself for his citation. If he refuses to identify himself, >> well, I didn't write him a citation. I was going to write it to her instead of >> What I'm saying is he's obstructing an investigation. And if he has got a cightable offense >> that you intend on cighting him for then >> then then but it it's up to you if you want to push it that far. If he says he doesn't have a license, we can sit on him until we get someone out here to pick him. >> Yeah, that happens sometimes even with mine like the chat will freeze sometimes and if you uh if you leave the app and then come back, if you just close the app and then open it back up then everything works. YouTube has some kind of glitch like that sometimes. >> The car up. >> So then we're just going to have uh I don't know. go as far as tell him take him to jail to identify him and he can get it booked in for obstructing >> if if you Yep. If you wanted to go that route at your discretion if you got a citable offense he's refusing to identify himself he's by law is required to identify himself. >> Yeah. This would be a simple ticket or a criminal. >> Well that and just I wouldn't have even cared or wrote him like it's this is unnecessary. Yep. Yo, mama. This is brand new. Well, these videos are uh I think these are a couple years old, but no, I'm live. I'm here in person working hard this weekend. >> Okay. So, are you willing to tell me who you are, what your name is, sir? >> No, he doesn't have to. I'm telling him not to talk to you. >> I'm not talking to you right now. >> I don't want him talking to you something. >> You need to stop talking. Step out of the vehicle. >> Step out. Come here. >> I'm going to talk to you back here. >> No. >> Sir, do I have to listen to him? >> Yes, you do. [laughter] >> Walk to the front of that car, please. >> I just want to know. >> Shake it vigorously. >> From person to person like why? >> Yeah, I would. Why are you guys not There's one, two, three, four, five cops here. >> Look at how you're reacting. >> Because >> I'm not trying to mistreat you. I'm not like trying to make you feel bad. >> Listen to me. Please let me finish. >> Sure. >> There's so many drunk >> crackheads, math heads, alcoholics, people with so much people doing much worse over you would actually I don't know. It would feel like you were doing good because they were drinking and driving or they had drugs. >> You're not supposed to be driving bad. >> But why post? >> Well, you physically told me you're smoking pot weed all the time >> because you're being a thing. My eyes are glassy. You smell weed. I do smell. >> I've been living on YouTube this weekend. >> You don't smell weed. You don't smell alcohol. I haven't been drinking. >> Okay. For one thing, >> lying to me. >> It would be lying if I was lying. I'm not lying. >> She was just hanging out with the crackheads. >> Don't raise your voice, dude. I have daddy issues and I don't like men. I don't trust them. I have PTSD. Do not talk to me like that. >> Do not also the straw man. >> I'm not lying. Everything I say that we're talking about is recorded. >> How scary this is when you see like this happen on the news. >> None of this would even have gone this far or be to where it is right now. >> Being held down by you could at least have the slightest bit. >> She's being held down. Brad, I do not I want to walk the away from me cuz I don't owe you. >> But you know what you would walk to the front of my car. >> You know what you would do? >> Just walk to the front of that car. >> You would physically hurt me. You would hold me. >> I'm not going to. >> But if I >> I'm not even going to touch you. >> You would. You would shoot my >> Just have a seat right there. Relax. >> Calm down, ma'am. Calm down, lady. >> You're not identifying yourself. >> I pulled up behind you. I have a camera that's also my car that I've never observed either one of you removing a seat belt. Therefore, you weren't wearing one. And it's a violation. If you're not going to tell me who you are and give me your identification, that's obstructing and then we're going to handle it differently. >> What are you trying to do? >> I just just tell me who you are. >> What have I done wrong? >> Cuz I saw you driving around >> a quick trip. I ran her plate. I saw that she was suspended as a registered owner of the vehicle. I can legally sit >> at a gas pump and run every license plate around me. I can legally do that. Aaron, >> please don't. I'll get PTSD. Call it right now so I can tell you how it is. >> 62. Could you look up a Irvin Sarra Goza in house? >> Just got that bonus. >> A dirty uh street snowman. >> Yeah. What's the harassment? >> This went to if she would have like started yelling at me and like all this would have this would have never gotten to this point. >> It's just an act. >> I'm scared. I'm confused. >> Not doing anything wrong. literally I took pictures standing there and like >> so I drive around and I like that's my job is to observe traffic and I run license plates. >> Did I put the wrong gas in the car? >> No, I literally look for people with suspended driver's licenses. I people that are revoked >> mentioning that you're out in forest. >> No, this is my normal shift. >> There's quite a few guys a few guys >> right now. Yeah, you got us a shift change. >> She's not even drunk though. She's just driving on a suspended license. They all know who she is because it's a small town and this isn't the first time. >> So, there's a lot of us cuz there's guys coming off and on. Half hour ago, there's like three of us. That's it. >> Trying to mess with us. >> Hey, Dr. JD, how you doing? >> Okay. How much weed is in the car? >> There's no >> Hey, Nebel. >> I can smell it. >> You can smell it. Then you need to get your nose checked. >> No. No. Talking to him. He already got your name. You need to stop asking questions about my >> Jared. You want to walk up here? >> Luckily, >> you might as well just get it done and over with. You want to get in here and check it? Go ahead. >> So, I looked at past contacts too with the car and like it even says that there's been marijuana in this car. So, you going to tell me that I don't smell it been in here? >> Good to see you. >> I don't care to search the whole vehicle. Honestly, I don't want to look in the damn vehicle. >> I don't care. What are you trying to get? >> I'm just being honest. I'm talking to you man. >> He's doing a really good job. I I I believe in what he's saying. >> You're trying to get in here. Get in here. >> Can you Can you step out? >> Can you run it? Can you be quick? >> I don't either. >> Yeah. No, you're not going anywhere. You guys might as well start calling for a ride. >> I don't I don't I'm going to have you step forward and hang out with that officer. >> No, it's really not. >> Go ahead. I have to give you permission, not him. >> No, you I don't need permission cuz the more I talk to him, have my head in the car, I can definitely smell marijuana. >> How do you know what marijuana smells like? >> Get that marijuana back then. >> Everyone knows what it smells like. I smell it in traffic all the time. Do you have your phone with you? >> No. >> Urban, do you want to try to call somebody cuz you guys aren't driving out of here? >> Guess what? >> My uncle lives two houses up. I'm pushing my car in his driveway. >> You're not pushing. >> I'm going to hand you your phone so you can work on a ride. >> I don't need a ride. I'mma push my car. >> Okay. Well, I'm going to knock on that door. I'm going to verify that's your uncle and he says it's okay. You can put your car there. >> Go ahead. Why don't you check the address? Why do you have a hatchet in your door? >> I can have whatever the I want in my door in my door. >> Okay, thanks. That's all I wanted to hear. >> Nope. Thought you didn't have an ID. >> Yeah, even my 85year-old smells like I hear all kinds of things. >> I just don't want to talk to you because I don't want you to keep yelling at me. I don't work for the city. I don't give a >> Nicole was released and cited for failure to wear a seat belt, operating while suspended, and failure to have a passenger wear a seat belt. >> That's what I'm doing. [laughter] >> She got the ticket for him not license when I don't have a front plate. >> Keep it up. >> And I'm going to write you for obstructing for not giving me your ID. >> Please do. >> I don't need to hear it. Not from you and not from nobody. >> Here's a citation proper. suspended. >> There's a court date and time up here at the top. You do not have to appear if we meet deposit of $200.50. >> Oh my good. >> Hatchet woman. >> There's also a citation for you not wearing a seat belt. Same court. >> No, I told you he was going to ride a ticket for everything cuz he's going to feel asked for that he didn't find nothing. >> Also, I'm giving you a citation for not having your passenger or your passenger failing to wear his seat belt. >> Babe, spread them. Thank you. >> Stop it, lady. >> Yeah. You better figure out a way to get your car somewhere cuz you're not driving it. >> I'm going to push you to where it needs to go. >> Okay. >> Nope. We'll be here. >> Fighting. I know you will cuz you don't want to do paperwork. >> You don't want to do your real job and go fight crime. >> They can do that over my objection. >> What are you doing? >> Hey, you want to fight? >> So, make sure she doesn't ride. >> Hey, Jenny. >> The second we leave. So, >> no more dude. >> It's up to you. Nona, >> good to see you. >> Cops watch >> sit out here. >> My vehicle. >> If she wants to push it a couple of blocks, we can follow her and watch her in the snow for two blocks. >> Six miles uphill tow truck. When that tow truck comes, you got to pay for that, right? >> We can't allow her to leave though. >> I'm going to be pissed and I'm going to push my car. >> I totally agree. She's leaving. >> If it is going a couple of blocks up to her uncle, make sure you verify that that person is your uncle and that is allowed to stay there. Head over to codblcam.com and check out our great selection of quality made merch that won't disappoint. [music] >> All right, and let's continue with the next one. This was uh >> on February 10th. >> This is one month later, >> 2023, a deputy observed a driver who was operating a vehicle with a revoked driver's license in Whiting, Wisconsin. traffic. We'll be in the McDell Pond parking lot. Driver will be a Nicole passenger >> launch parking, >> but her accident is annoying. >> Upon approach of the vehicle, the 33-year-old female driver named Nicole immediately acknowledged having a suspended license. It was evident this hadn't been her first encounter with the police. >> Hello. >> Hello. >> Sheriff's office. reason I'm stopping suspended. Nicole, >> thank you. I just ran out of gas, too. Do you want Do you want to >> What's that? You ran out of gas? >> Yeah, I just ran out of gas, literally. >> Okay. All right. Do >> you have your ID on you at all? >> No. You know who I am. >> Okay. What about you? Do you >> I don't know anything. >> Do you see what I mean? Why even ask? >> Okay. Do you have Do you have insurance on the vehicle? >> I don't. >> Okay. Where's the weed at? >> There is no weed in my car. >> Okay. How come it smells like weed in? >> Cuz it always smells like weed. Can you please read the reports? It always smells like weed. I smoke in my garage. My car's in my garage. I have a son this time in the car that I just picked up from school. I'm not doing this with my kid in the car. >> I I know. I know. >> Yeah, that's not a defense, man. >> So, do what you guys got to do, but there's no weed in my car. >> Smoking weed with my kid in the car. >> Okay. So, when was the last time you smoked weed in your car? >> I smoked weed in my garage yesterday, which my car is literally in my tiny garage. >> So, um if it smells like weird, it's cuz I smell good reapfer. And this is the story I tell every single one of you every time you guys do this. Yeah, I think she never on. >> Did you have your seat belt on? >> Nope, I did not. Okay. >> Did you have yours on, Irving? >> No, he didn't. >> Didn't. Okay. >> I don't know. >> So, there's nothing in the car. >> Nope. >> We never saw him in the first one. >> Okay. That's your son in the back. You said >> my son? Yes. >> Okay. All right. Just hang back for me. >> She actually, to her credit, I think maybe because she has her kid in the car, she doesn't act up nearly as much in this one. And I think the third one, I think she does act up, but it's kind of in between these two. >> Due to the marijuana emitting from the vehicle, the deputies found it probable to be searched. >> Okay. Sorry, I I just paused it, but marijuana in the car. There's a kid in the car. Come on. >> My come off going out on a search shortly. You see if the city maybe has a female >> responsible Three >> alert. Revoke driver's license. >> Oh, it's revoked. >> Howdy. >> What's a good word? >> Yep. >> Hold up. She parked here or >> uh No, she's coming by uh just sees it at the intersection. I turned around and she pulled in here. She said she just ran out of gas apparently. >> Okay, >> that's what she said. So, >> yeah, >> you got an extra pair of gloves. I >> You can get that without the car. >> Yeah, she said she smoked in it the other day. >> Okay, what she said. >> Hey, Luna Nights. Good to see you. Since 2007, Nicole has been issued 27 citations just for driving a vehicle without a license, totaling over $5,000. >> How's it going, guys? >> 27 citations. And she owes 5,000, meaning she's not paying her fines. Eventually, she's going to get a bench warrant for arrest and she's going to spend time in jail because she just won't get her license fixed. >> You ran out of gas or you're like legitimately. I I'm just asking >> people like cops should be asking if they have any. >> Sure. And that's what I'm doing right now. So >> have gas, but I'm just saying I got my kid in the car. I'm not going to I'm not going to do what everyone thinks. I'm going to do it. >> Be calling tonight. >> Okay. Well, I guess what it looks like to us is that you see a cop, you pull into a driver. So, I mean, that's what it looks like to us. I get it. If you ran out of gas, you ran out of gas. Like a in a gas can. Okay. Good deal. All right. Almost made it. >> Nothing happens. Yes. [laughter] >> Why do you guys bring so many shares? >> We bought it at school. >> Well, >> hey, Sharky. >> From your last traffic stop. That's why. >> You don't have anything better to do on New Year's Eve. I didn't do anything illegal cuz lazy and you don't want to pull over somebody where you have to do paper. >> Who has a suspended driver's license? >> Why was there so many on my last traffic stop? >> Yeah. >> Hopefully not, right, guys? >> Okay. >> No, that's that's really not true. Um disrespectful >> all for the same thing, too. >> Okay. Well, I don't think we're being disrespectful right now. >> Last time that was >> Yeah. >> Okay, fair enough. That's your right to believe that. Um, >> what's it smell like? Just weed. >> Yeah, she kind of does. >> Pretty strong or it's good enough. She smoked in it yesterday. >> Oh, >> but it's uh Yeah, it's definitely there. >> $4.5 some million, >> I guess. $5,000 versus >> $30 for a license. Can I get um the police department in trouble for like to harass me and my child are getting >> it's not harassing. >> I'm being I have threats in my inbox. >> Obviously that's not acceptable, right? >> So like why is >> now she's complaining because the first arrest was posted on code blue cam and it got like two or three million views. [laughter] >> That's up to the the whatever the department. It's not the department that posted. It's >> a little childish, you know. Isn't that >> it? That's what they do. That's they subpoena videos and they they do that. So, >> hey Crystal, >> we're not the ones that posted it. It's not the It's not up to us that they requested to >> It's one of you guys's YouTube channel, huh? >> I'm sorry. It's one of us. >> No, that that's not true either. >> It's one of us. >> We were trying to figure out who it was for a long time. >> We have to come and meet. We'll just pull them all out and then we just won't search here until >> Absolutely. He'll be on right after me. >> Irving. All right. Why don't you hop out? >> Nicole, can you open the door for me? A >> little bit. A little bit. >> All right. So, you step out for me. >> Dude, don't do this [ __ ] with my kid. I want my kid out of the car. >> This is so weird that you guys are doing this. And especially with my kid in the car. You guys got it coming out. >> You'll be on tomorrow at 10 because >> 10 a.m. >> It's uncalled for. >> Why? >> Because we're out of gas. Why not be a cop? Like you guys say you help people and you're not out just to to arrest people for things, but why not ask like if what's up with the car problems? And then by the way, you do have a suspended license. Why? >> Actually, it's actually revoked. >> Why do you need Why do you need this many offices like marijuana? >> It smells like marijuana every time. You guys don't half the time. >> Okay. >> Well, I wasn't there for those other times, so I don't know. >> If a car smells like marijuana, we search it. That's just >> Well, there was how many of last time? And he on the video it shows that he says it smelled like alcohol and marijuana >> mosque because people like us >> he did search it I think and so >> barely and then >> I'm not certain what happened in the past is >> what happened there's a female officer coming from the city so we're going to wait till she gets here to search you. Okay. >> Well you got to wait. >> Well these deputy are staying with you. We're going to search >> building for the next one. >> Dude, why don't you guys pull over methheads or crackheads? Like that you actually find something. No, you are so worried about being up my ass. Your mom literally gets harassed like a person. That is literally >> that's easy [ __ ] stuff. You >> said I'm revoked some actually. I don't have a revoked license cuz I don't have an OWI on my record. >> It can be revoked for DOT action or non-compliance as well. >> A department of transportation. >> Yeah, that's who that's who actually stuff. We don't we don't suspend or revoke. >> The car is made of marijuana like in county. >> Yeah, we don't usually take people to jail for operating while revoked. Stop. Does Portage County usually do that then? >> Yeah, >> we usually ticket. >> This is so upsetting. My heart breaks every time this [ __ ] happens. Like I This is why I do not I will never call you guys. I ever >> 27 times your heart's broken. >> Um for them doing this and keep up with the tickets. I was on a payment plan. I was paying $50 every month. >> Oh, this is the >> It was an unpaid. >> I don't think this is the son. >> Your mom didn't have money and I forgot about it. So then it grabbed up and then >> Hey, I'm a Schubert. How you doing? >> While I was driving, I got more tickets. But you can't just stop driving when you have a child or have to go to work or take care of your grandparents. >> Did you try buying for like an occupational or anything? >> That's a good point. >> You can get an occupational even if you have a suspended or like remote places. >> Yeah, I thought I was for sure way over the limit of getting that from all the I literally harass >> the dude getting a free ride. He could walk go get some. >> I don't take the dragon. I don't take drive. >> Originally, it was your mom's fault because I I tried to do right plans, but they keep pulling you over so you can't. >> Maybe there's a bag of marijuana. >> Then they give you another 250. If you look hard enough, you might find some stems on the floor if you look real hard. >> We're not going to charge you for steps. >> You look real hard. >> The only one that needs to be searched. >> That's always good to hear. >> They're cold. >> Yeah, that's cold. >> Is it mostly blunts that you guys smoke or what do you what do you >> I smoke blunts. >> Blunts. Okay. She smokes blunts, pongs, everything. She whatever it is long as she can get it in her. >> I don't like them. >> Is it the same guy? I didn't get a good >> vape at all. >> No, you get water in your lungs. >> Yeah. >> Whose vape is this? >> That is actually a nicotine. >> This nicotine that one. >> Nice try, though. >> Hold up. Did he just say that if you vape the THC oil, you get water in your lungs? That's not true. >> So, when was the last time you smoked? >> I smoked yesterday in my garage. That was your last time? >> Yes. >> How come it smells that bad in my garage? >> Cuz my garage is small and my car is in my garage. It's enclosed. I don't open up my garage. I don't want my neighbors to smell the >> dude. You're going to make me all this entire hold up. Hold up. >> She doesn't want her neighbors to smell the weed, but she doesn't care if the cops smell it while she's out driving on a suspended license with no insurance. >> You want to sit in the car while we talk? >> Well, I think it's all out on the table now. >> Okay. >> That's horrible, dude. You guys already did enough with that video. My kid is getting harassed at school. I'm getting harassed. I will never get a job in this town because of that video, guys. That was dirty. And then literally let me go >> and never found drugs, never found anything. And you guys are doing it again. >> Usually is a small cigar. And then you take the taco out. >> You've been trying to figure out who >> I'm going to literally have you guys running around in circles for people cuz I know so many people. You guys are going to be chasing [ __ ] tails. >> But Nicole, if somebody >> if somebody has an open records request, >> we have to release that. >> Okay. I don't care. Can we get on with this though? I don't like my kid outside the car. >> Yeah, they can go sit back in the car, but I got >> He is scared. >> I just want to know if that was the last time you >> yesterday. Yes. >> All right. Go ahead and take back in your car. >> Is there enough in there to get to gas station? >> I don't think she's very smart. >> I don't know. >> Hopefully. It sounds like there's someone. >> She has standards. >> All right. Well, if we need to give you a ride over there, >> whenever you get enough in there, try to start it up. You can shut it off right away. Yep. >> If not, I can give you a ride. >> Yeah, it'll be fine. >> Make sure to get that last drop out. It'll help you get like five more feet. >> I think I'm doing too. I think there should be enough in here to get up there. >> Okay. >> Especially just up the road. >> Well, if you want to try to fire it up now, otherwise I mean, I'm sure you guys on your way. So, I'll leave it up to you. I'm fine giving you a ride. >> Y were you able to get your car started at all? >> That would be too easy. Pump the gas. Pump the gas. Got to get that. >> There we go. Get to the gas station, you think? Okay. So, you're going to get someations. Okay, Nicole. One's for your revoke. So, I oper having no insurance and then not wearing realizing a break on like the ticketing and like not pulling over like turning a blind eye. Literally, sometimes I could catch up and I would have my license back. >> Here's here's the deal, Nicole. Okay. If you just stop driving all in general and you get rides places >> and insurance rides. >> I'm sure you have. >> How about that? How about that little toad in the passenger seat? >> You don't know me. >> All right. So, all the citations, the four of them have non-mandatory court dates. March 27th, same court date for all four. Do you have any questions for me? >> Okay. Well, you're revoked, so you can't drive. So, you're going to have to find a valid driver for me. Okay. Okay. Do >> you have any questions for me? >> Make their quota. Nicole was cited for operating while revoked, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, >> still not wearing >> operator failure to wear a seat belt, and operator failure to have passenger seat belted. >> The citations total to $420. >> Yeah. >> Head over to codelcam.com and check out our great selection. >> The main reason they're letting her drive is so that I have more content like this one. >> July 10th, 2023. The first one was in January, then it was February, now this one's July. All the same year. >> Portage County Sheriff's Deputy was conducting laser speed enforcement in Whiting, Wisconsin. He eventually observed a white vehicle approaching at 40 mph in a 25 mph zone. >> Whatever. >> The deputy also noticed the vehicle had an expired registration, a defective passenger side brake lamp, and a significantly cracked windshield. Due to these reasons, a traffic stop was initiated and the driver was soon identified as a 33-year-old female named Nicole. >> Apparently not. [clears throat] >> Yeah. Everything's a suggestion. Yeah. >> Hey there. >> Hello. >> I'm Deputy [ __ ] Port County Sheriff's Office. I'm stopping you for a number of things. Um, first off, the whole reason I even even caught my attention was you were speeding on McDell. It's a 25 zone there. I had you going about 40. Um, do you know that it's a 25? I didn't. I barely >> Okay. >> Oh, yeah. It's a trilogy. >> I believe your registration's expired as well. I think it expired like I believe. At least the sticker did. Anyway, your windshield's cracked up. Uh, do you know your pass Do you know your passenger side uh brake lights burnt out? >> Okay. That one probably a little bit more bigger deal than like the windshield. vulture from Boston. >> Okay. With the as far as the windshield >> windshield. >> Oh, what's with the uh spare tire? >> The deer. >> That's from the deer as well. Okay. How long have you been rocking that? >> You hit a deer while >> a while. Okay. Gotcha. >> Did the deer have the license, too? >> Proof insurance for the vehicle? >> I don't. >> Um, but it's Nicole. I am the registered owner. >> Still doesn't. >> Do you have insurance at all? >> Okay. Yeah, there's a bunch of stuff going on. Is there any reason why? Like >> I'm just I'm Well, if you know me, well, I'm sure you do. Well, >> yeah, I've obviously >> I don't get a chance to catch up. I really don't. Um and every time >> because you keep driving me, they pull me over and I get more tickets and more tickets and I am a mother >> because you don't have a license. >> Grandparents to dialysis three times a week. >> Okay. >> So, it is I can't drive. >> You're getting buried. You're getting buried is what I'm hearing. >> I can't not drive. >> Gotcha. Like purely out of like I don't want to sound disrespectful, Nicole, so please don't take it that way. Like obviously everybody at our office has probably seen the videos, right? Like it's people in other countries have seen it. >> Lazy and you don't want to pull over somebody with actually where you have to do >> who has a suspended driver's license. >> Um >> yes, people in other countries today are watching this right now. >> Just out of curiosity, is there any reason why you're being so decent today? >> Because I'm usually not like that. But if but if people want to follow me from and hide behind parties and quick trip and when I'm really just going to get milk in the middle of the morning like when >> I was going to get milk at least it's not cabbage. >> I feel like he had better fish to fry than just me. >> Okay. So it normally you're not upset like that but those those days >> to me I'll be respectful to you. Literally have you guys running around in circles for people cuz I know so many people [ __ ] tails. >> But Nicole >> Okay. So, so the reason we're the way we are right now is because I was decent with you when I came up. >> Okay, I can appreciate that. I I operate on the same exact standing. >> Um, >> sorry to pause again, but we saw we just watched the other two videos. All of the officers so far have been decent to her. >> I noticed when I came up you didn't have your seatelt on. Were you wearing your seat belt during Okay, so obviously like you said yourself, Nicole, you got a lot going on. Are are you still suspended? >> Yes. >> Okay, gotcha. I'll tell you what, because you were >> international. you're acting the way you're acting and I really do appreciate that cuz I I really didn't want to have a fight when I come up here. That's >> that's not why I come come to work. I don't want to come to work and have a fight with people. Like it's just not fun. Um I would imagine this interaction is probably a lot better for you than the previous couple. >> Okay. >> Sure. Um I am going to write you a couple citations, >> but I'll tell you what, we'll write some of the ones that are a little less meaningful. I I can't just look the other way on like a bunch of stuff. Obviously, I I think you can appreciate that. Um, so I will do some look. >> I thought Minnesota was supposed to be nice. >> I'll write you some things that probably don't have as much of an effect on your driving record. >> Um, just simply based off of a little bit of mutual respect for one another. How does that sound? >> Okay. Thank you. >> Nailed it. >> Do you have like an ID card or anything? Just something with >> No, no. How you doing? >> Um, what's a current address for you? >> Um, I'm assuming there's nobody else to come and give you a ride or anything like that. Okay, gotcha. Well, you've you've been through this before. Obviously, you'll get that spiel once we're coming to the end. >> I just got to be able to put my grandparents out sometimes. >> I I completely understand. >> At least you're uh >> I mean, I I don't know if you guys saw the the videos in high school in driver's ed, but they would show the like the really graphic videos of what happens to people who don't wear their seat belts. Holy. I ever since then, I'm like, "All right, yeah, as soon as I turn 16, I'm putting that thing on. I'm not going through the windshield." >> Someone's taking care of you now. That's the important thing. Um, when you went by, you had a passenger. I'm assuming you dropped him off on McD there. Okay, gotcha. I was confused cuz all of a sudden I came around the corner. I'm like, where'd the car go? >> Okay, gotcha. Just a friend of yours or >> No, no, they're just having a good time. >> All right, I'll be right back. You just stay in the car for a minute. >> It stops after a while, I guess. >> Mine. It keeps going and the light flashes in front of me. Insane. I know. Please. >> Okay. It is hot. Can you walk over there just so I don't have to worry about getting hit by cars? >> All right, dude. >> Yeah, if you could please. We'll just go on the sidewalk here again. I just don't have to watch you my back the whole time. You know what I mean? >> Yeah. >> So, the exact thing I said I I gave you a bunch of breaks. Okay. So, so much so that like I'm actually a little bit afraid my supervisor might jump my [ __ ] Um >> I hope not. >> So, here's my So, I'm out here. The entire reason I've been working today, I'm on a grant paid for by the Department of Transportation looking for speeders for speeding. Right. On top of that, that area over there that you were in, the sheriff has gotten emails about and he has specifically said, "Go out there and patrol in that area. I didn't write you a war. I didn't write you a citation for the speed." That's something that I'm afraid I might actually get yelled at for, and I'm really hoping I don't. >> That being said, I appreciate how cool you've been with me because again, I've seen the videos. I I I don't want that. I don't want that interact. It sucks. It's not fun. It's not fun for anybody. I feel like I'm attacked by the certain ones and it's it wasn't I would never stop it. >> Honest with you, I don't even know it was you when you went by. The whole reason your car even caught my attention was because of the speed. >> I don't know if you saw the little laser I had up. That's the whole reason I even looked at you. >> Yeah, I'm not mad at you. >> So, um I'm just letting you know. So, that that being said, um there's a couple things like I I do get this circumstance once people get in this vicious cycle of ticket after ticket after ticket. It's very hard to get out of it. And I >> I do feel for that. That's why I didn't like completely write every ticket that I could. >> Um, >> yeah, I don't get this. It's not like she's the mayor or something and he's having to kiss her ass. Like just she's just some [ __ ] who keeps driving on a suspended license. Officer, you don't have to look. I'm really not trying to give you a hard time. And I I really want to work with you here. And >> I'm trying to think where I was going with this. I'm sorry. Um, okay. >> But uh either way, has anyone explained to you like you're a vulker? You understand that? Okay. A little bit bigger deal. Yeah. And I'm trying to get um an occupational. Um I just saw the judge the other day. >> I need to go pay $64 to reinstate and I can have my occupational. >> Good. >> Okay. >> Well, that's that's good to hear. Um >> but that being said, so whole reason that you caught my attention is speed, right? >> So there is one more thing that is completely within >> that that you could do to avoid me, right? The seat belt. There is there a reason you don't want your seat belt? I see you have tons of no seat belts. I just I just don't do it. >> Whenever my son is with me, I make sure he does, but I just I don't know. I don't know. >> Sure. Um is it a for like I just I feel too constrained like I have really bad >> and I don't know. It's just something with seat belt. >> You ever been laid up in a hospital bed and traction? >> I say I can't put it on, right? Um but I'm That's just another thing. Throw it on. I wouldn't I probably wouldn't even see you. Um >> you don't have a front license plate is put a front license plate on. That's just another reason to get stopped. Um, yeah, >> the windshield. I know you said you're working on the deer. I give I give you a pass on that one. Right. The uh brake light. You didn't realize that. I give you a pass on that one. Get that taken care of. I I >> If you're out here driving, that's one thing. I don't want you to get rear ended. I don't want somebody to get hurt. >> To dovetail off of that, has anybody ever explained to you like the like obviously I it's no dispute that you know you don't have a driver's license, right, that you revoked. Has anyone explained like the what happens if you get in a crash and somebody gets killed? >> Um, >> has anyone ever run through the door? >> 100% to blame. >> Yeah. So, has anyone actually taken the time to explain that to you? >> Well, I'm going to take the time to explain it to you because I put my risk that people know and it's it's a big risk that if you continue to take it, I at least want you to know that you're taking this risk. >> So, if you're involved in a crash, say you merge out of this traffic lane after work >> and that is what cops are supposed to do. Thank you. They're supposed to teach you about safety concerns and things like that. >> Well, I want people to know the risk that they take, right? Cuz up to this point, it's been a bunch of tickets, right? Lowle ticket type stuff. It's a lot of money, but like nothing that'll land you in jail. That usually works. Like if I'm ever speeding, as soon as I see a state trooper, even if I'm going like 80 mph in a 70, they're not going to pull me over for that. But as soon as I see that trooper just sitting there, he doesn't have to pull out. I'll instantly slow down. >> So let's say, you know, when I leave here, I'm going to give you the spiel. Don't leave. Call for a valid driver, right? And I'm going to go I'm going to go right back to where you saw me, right? So stay here until I'm gone. What you do after that is you've heard this before, right? Okay. Um, but now let's say as you're merging out into traffic, you pull out in front of somebody and and they run into you and they're good. >> They get seriously injured or god forbid they >> you know you're know you're revoked. It's that's now a criminal violation. That's actually a felony. Um simply because you're not even supposed to be operating on the road. You were involved in a crash might be kind of entertaining to know that cuz I think that's important for people to know. That's I'm going to leave it at that because there's nothing more to explain. It's that simple. I'll get to your paper. So this is the warnings. a bunch of warnings. There's some that I probably completely forgot like the I didn't even notice the front license plate till now, but um I just couldn't remember all the stuff he had going on. There's no followup or anything for any of this stuff. So, as far as I'm concerned, you can throw this in the front, right? Um >> thank you. >> Uh warning for the speed. Just make sure you're watching that. That is like $175 fine. So, these things just stack up. You know that. I don't have to tell you. Uh the cracked windshield, get that taken care of, obviously. Um the cracked windshield, while we're on the error of explaining things and why it exists, a lot of people think it's because it blocks your vision, that is not the case. Um the case, do you know the case? >> Oh, so the case is uh that windshield actually has a lot to do with the structural integrity of the roof of your car cuz obviously those two little white beams probably don't do a whole lot, right? So if you roll your car, again, god forbid you something happens, you roll your car and it lands on the hood, that all those cracks are now a weak point and that that roof is going to crash in and seriously injure. >> Okay, I got to pause the officer here. Officer, she's not wearing her seat belt. She never wears her seat belt. If she flips the car, the crack windshield doesn't matter. She's going to be bouncing all around in the car. What are you talking about? >> You were your occup. >> Oh, I didn't know that. >> Yeah. So, another reason that I explained I've been pulled over a lap. >> So, okay. So, that that's the main reason that like that's the more important reason. The the vision thing is a a valid point, but that's the bigger reason. Um, registration, it hasn't been expired for a very long time. Just since June of this year, get that taken care of. That's something that's in your control, right? They don't care if you violate register your car. Register your car. >> Um the stop clamp. We already talked about that on the passenger side of course. >> And [laughter] then that spare tire. As soon as you can get that spare tire off of there. Uh those things are not meant to be driving for extensiveness. Is there anything I'm assuming you're taking? >> Yes. 55. But those damn things really for an extended period of time, especially for the interstate. Really not uh not a good thing. It's for short distances to link you somewhere to get >> 45. Just get that thing. Uh, I can't really look the other way without the driving with other drivers. Like I know I would get an my ass from my supervisor. Okay. Um, it is your fourth offense. These these um forfeite ones, they stack. Um, this one is number four for you. After this, they are all this fine amount. I wish they were not this much, but they are this much. I can't control that. Obviously, three points on your driver's license. Not a mandatory court date or anything like that. Branch number two. I'm assuming I don't need to explain this stuff down here. You're well aware of that. Okay. >> Um, in regards to what's the next >> the seat belt. Throw your seat belt on that like that is not >> I give zero breaks on that no matter what. Um >> crashes that seat belt is going to save I know you said that you having stuff like that but it is going to save your life I've seen. >> Okay. Um and no points on your driver's license for that. The last one is just for the insurance and you're going to appreciate this. >> Oh no no no. >> The last stop they said that was the 27th time. So this is now the 28th time. Not three times. 28. >> I did not write you for the no insurance. >> Okay. That's $200. >> Yep. I wrote you for no proof. Thank you. >> Okay. So, that's >> I'll be honest, a lot of this had to do with exactly the harassment with me and >> for sure. >> It was It is a breath of fresh air. I cannot tell you. It was a huge breath of fresh air. >> They'll be jealous of you as the as the sheriff. >> Yes. Right. Okay. So, do you have any questions for me? I don't. >> Thank you so much. Thank you for being an officer and not just caring about trying to get somebody in trouble and actually teaching them. >> That's what I'm up for. >> This is going to get revoked again. >> The wind questions. I'm going to take off. You know the rule. Don't leave. >> Get a valid driver. I'm going the other way. Please wait for my car to be out of your sight. >> Okay. >> I can't freaking Grammy though. >> Okay, I hear you. I do hear you. >> Okay, we're almost over, but I had to pause it right there. He just said, "Yeah, I'm going to let you get back in the car, but don't drive until I'm completely out of sight." In other words, once I don't see that you're driving, then you can go ahead and drive, but if I see you doing it, I got to pull you over again. We got to go through this whole thing. >> Yep. >> What the hell? Seriously. As a result, Nicole received written warnings for speeding 40 and a 25, cracked windshield, expired registration, improper sized tires, defective brake light, and traffic citations for vehicle operator failure to wear a seat belt, operating a vehicle without proof of insurance, and operating while revoked. These citations totaled over $400. She has now reached a grand of 30 since 2007. just >> sorry to pause it one minute before the end. But speaking of the hours, I only needed 26 more today and then I've hit the 3,000. So, uh yeah, I've probably already hit that. So, sometime later this week, I'll be able to apply for uh memberships and then we can do members only. And I'll I'll put up a poll at some point once I get some members and figure out what we're going to do >> for driving without a license, which is approximately over $5,000 in fines. [music] Why do you have a hatchet in your door? >> I can have whatever the I want in my door. I can have a gun in my door. >> Okay, thanks. That's all I wanted to hear. Keep it up. >> And I'm going to write you for obstructing for not giving me your ID. >> Please do. >> Also, I'm giving you a citation for not having your passenger or your passenger failing to wear his seat belt. >> Read him. >> Head over to code blue. >> I would actually file a complaint with the police department if I got the same treatment as this. I'd be like, "I don't know what your cops are doing, but they should have arrested me like five times. What are you guys doing?" Of course, I would never drive over and over again on a suspended license. I'd be too afraid of going to jail. And I was in a holding cell in 98 for a few about five, six hours. That was enough for me. I'm not going back. All right. Now, we got uh the video that inspired the title to this video. Uh it's a fight at Wild Wings or was it Buffalo Wild Wings? I'd never been to one, but I've heard the wings are really good. Yeah. This lady uh there was some disturbance they wanted to get her to leave and she decided to do one of the stupidest things I've ever seen somebody do in front of the police. >> 8, 2026, police arrived at a Buffalo Wild Wings after employees reported a disturbance involving a woman near the bar. But as police tell her to leave after being trespassed from the business, >> the situation suddenly escalates. >> So we have her right now. Okay. You want to see real quick? >> You want to trespasser? >> Yeah. >> Are you a manager? >> No. My manager is with her right there. >> On the >> January 7th, 1998, I got a DUI. Not proud of it, but >> it happened. >> The black girl and the black guy right there >> back there by the restroom. She threw a glass of warm glass of alcohol beverage >> across the bar. >> Hit multiple people. Glass went everywhere. >> I don't know what her problem is. I really don't know what happened, but >> she just needs to go. We've been trying to keep her here so y'all can talk to her. >> Yeah. I'm surprised alcohol was all >> I know. I've got one about 5 miles from me. Never been. >> Hello. >> What's going on? You the manager? >> Yeah, she is. >> Um, well, when I came out, they were already arguing and yelling. >> I saw you. >> Yeah. >> And Courtyard subject. >> I just saw you at the courtyard hotel. >> What are you doing? >> Signal. >> You know it by an acronym. Come on. We just saw each other. What were we doing? >> Atlantic eastbound. >> Okay. >> Well, I saw throwing a glass. I don't know if she was throwing a glass at, but she threw it across the bar. That's when they called you. So, I didn't really see what happened. I just >> I got you. Do you want her to be trespassing the property? >> Um I mean, I've never seen her before, but that's >> obviously she's a problem. And now she we recognize her. Someone else called and she's staying at a hotel. That that hotel right there. Okay. >> So, yeah, I'll do it. >> Okay. >> You need to take a couple minutes, right? >> You just got to let her know. You got to let you know something. Okay. >> I just got to let you know I have a trespassing cuz I can't have what >> I think that's just an excuse. She she has some problem with one of the customers at the other side of the bar. We get to meet the Well, she's her face is blurred, but uh we get to meet her. >> Happened in the restaurant again. Okay. So he just trespass you. It's up to one year. Okay? You can't come back here. If you come back and they call again and you're here after tonight, you can go to jail for trespassing after warning. Okay? >> You understand that runner? >> So go ahead. You can go ahead and front. >> Here we go. >> Here we go. >> Don't do it. Don't do it. Oh, she's going to do it. Wait a minute. [laughter] Put >> your [ __ ] Put your [ __ ] hands behind your back. >> What were you thinking? >> And why was the officer just like he's just strolling behind her watching her sprint up to somebody? Come on, man. Yeah. Not smart. Not smart at all. >> I'm a dumb ass. >> Did I hear my phone? >> No. I got your phone. Come back. Okay, she was totally calm and then all of a sudden was like, "Nope, that's it. I'm going to punch this lady." >> We're not going to have a blackout. >> Don't worry, we have a lot more videos. do that. >> I had to talk to the victim. What are you talking about? >> Yeah. >> Stop calling my stuff out. >> I just wanted that one last hit, bro. >> Yeah, I'm good. Thank you. >> Huh? >> I got a feeling she was seething that whole time. She was just sitting there being really quiet and I think she was kind of eyeing the lady and she was like, "Before I leave, I'm going to take one last swing. gave me additional >> 54. You have one to 10 at the top. >> Do you want to press Do you want to press charging? >> I at first I wasn't. Now I am cuz she pressed me. I literally ignored it. I'm going to give you IP and everything. >> Okay. >> You want me to go outside with you? >> Uh, you can hang tight. I'm going to get some paperwork for you. Just hang tight. [laughter] on your model. >> This is the There's one getting off at Gateway 95. >> You good? >> Yes, I'm good. >> Relax. >> What is going on the radio? What is this looking for? >> Let me ask you, >> why did you do that in front of three cops? I'm stupid. >> You know what? Don't answer that. >> Yeah, don't answer that. >> Rage. >> Rage. >> People downing me all the time. >> Didn't say anything to you. [clears throat] >> I'm myself. >> Yes. I hate mother to think I can't take take charge >> cuz I'm a weak ass [ __ ] >> Who? What? Huh? >> Like >> she had to do all that. Like literally, >> she didn't have to do all that. What are you talking about? >> Can you pat her down? >> She pressing charging. >> Appreciate it. Can you pat her down, please? You know what she did? >> She uh >> just ran in front of a chick. Started beating her up in front of us. >> No [ __ ] way. >> Just says what is normal and what's not. >> Yeah, you did. >> I guess you too. >> It was pretty much >> I don't know. >> I literally just got in there. I literally just got in there. Like literally. I ain't even been there for like 10 minutes. I haven't been here for 10 minutes. >> Okay, I got a fact checker on that one. When the police showed up, first off, they had time to for her to do something at the bar. They called the police and the police came. It's that the police weren't like, you know, in the parking lot and there in 20 seconds. She wasn't there 10 minutes. She threw a glass at somebody. The police showed up. Then she sat there for a few minutes and then charged across the bar. >> [ __ ] >> I just got there. No. All right, I'm going to pat you down real quick. Okay. And then you're going to go back in. >> Yeah, these videos get start. >> Huh? >> You saying I have to search you real quick? >> I know, but >> you got anything short that I need to be aware of? Face this way. >> No. >> No. Okay. >> No, I didn't bring nothing. >> Yeah. >> I can't. >> If that gets too annoying, I may turn it off. >> Get something to eat. >> Yeah, >> I did. Did you actually eat? >> No, I didn't. >> Oh, that's crazy. >> I've been there for 10 minutes. >> No way. >> Yeah, she's trying to >> I've been there for 10 minutes. >> My goodness. >> I'm trying to trying to get something to eat and leave stuff again. >> That's not all you were doing now. >> I'm trying to go my way. >> I hear you. >> I didn't expect this. This [ __ ] came out. >> I hear you. It just came out of the blue. I charged across the corner and they arrested me. >> Oh my gosh, that's crazy. >> I'm sorry. Okay, >> what the is wrong with you? >> There you go. >> I just don't >> like this IS YOUR [ __ ] CAN'T DO ALL THIS [ __ ] >> Like they ain't no mother [ __ ] They talking about >> they talking about who car this. They lost the shirt. Tell him bring it back to me. [snorts] >> Like, what is your problem with what's up? What? What? >> The guy who owns the truck has a warrant for what? He has a warrant for what? >> Criminal activity. >> This guy with a laptop. >> What? >> That's what warrants. >> Pretty sure that's the guy I saw in there, man. >> Is he in here? Jeremy Rogers. >> No, I just say no. >> Hello. >> Don't step foot in that [ __ ] house. I'm telling you. >> Hey, sir. >> Cuz my mom don't know her white out of this truck here. >> Jeremy Rogers. >> I don't know. Junior, you got to copy this mother. >> You want me just slide it over and give me that long shot. Junior, go get the long shot with my mom. >> That's the guy I just saw. >> You would tell me that longle >> the guy who came out here. >> She wants a long sleeve shirt. >> I need the long sleeve shirt. >> She wants a long sleeve. >> Ma'am, the owner of this guy, the guy, >> he has a phone. Have him come out here. I don't have a copy of the warrant. He has >> no come OUT THERE. They don't have to show you a copy. Shut your mouth now. >> Mama, watch the language. >> Check it now. >> So, ma'am, he has a warrant for abandonment of a child. If he comes out here, this can be taken care of easily. He can go with her and he'll be out in a few hours. If we have to get the sheriff anyway, >> I don't, sir. Junior, y'all comment. >> Comment and tell her to come pick me up. Call my Jeremy Rogers, right? >> Yeah, but I already took care of it. >> No, you don't. You got a warrant for abandoning my child. Jeremy Rogers. >> They were waiting for this guy to come out cuz he poked his head out and they were like, "Wait a minute. I recognize him. And he went back and checked his computer and he's like, "Oh, wait. That guy has a warrant, too. Two for one." So, they were waiting for him to come back in. >> If they say they don't want you, we'll take care of it. But it is showing up as a limit of a child. >> Thank you for in the system. It says abandonment of a child. I was here looking for her. I just thought I had the wrong address. So, I checked that tag and it showed you had the warrant. So, >> man, can we just leave? I got to stay here. This too much. >> We'll get out of here as soon as we can. >> I think we can help you out with that. >> Central, he's saying he took care of that warrant. It's still showing active. Will you see if that's confirm it? >> Roll the window down. Have a seat right here for me. Slide in with your booty first. >> 451. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. It was a nice little surprise. Now we get to see the charges. Very tiny print. Awaiting trial. Guilty of obstruction. Okay. Now, let's see what uh >> Jerry Jeremy >> abandonment of a child. >> She doesn't need it. She's not going to be able to take it. >> Dismissed. >> They're not going to let her have nothing. Waiting for >> Jeremy. [bell] Jeez. >> All right. Now, I got to load the uh the rest of the videos individually. So, there's a little more of a gap, but I can keep talking and you guys can't see what I'm what I'm doing here. Uh, let's see. What did we not do yet? Oh, this one. This lady, uh, she lies about her name. Uh, they look up the name and they say, "Nope, this is the person that it belongs to the name that you just gave me." Oh, yeah. That's my mom. Nope. They the DMV must have messed that up and put my mom's picture on my license. Let's see. There we go. >> Cuz I'm done playing this navy. But I gave it to you now and you can verify. >> Yeah, that's great. The first time you didn't. >> On August 13th, 2023, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle displaying suspended license plates. >> NCR, how you doing? >> In the Casey's parking lot. It's going to be David Paul 9052. David Paul 9082 1100 block west. >> Hello. >> Hello. How are you? >> Good. Officer P. Capital Police Department. Reason I stopped you. Your plates are suspended. >> They are? >> Yeah. For mandatory insurance. So, a lot of times the state will suspend your plates if you don't have insurance. At >> least her charges are sticking so far. >> I didn't never get no notice or anything. >> Usually they is your is the address on your plates. Is that a good address for you or No. >> No. >> That's probably That's probably where they sent it >> or they said they do it off the license plate to do. So, usually what you do is whoever your insurance company's through, you call them, say, "Hey, my plates are suspended on my car with the Secretary of State's office DMV." Okay? And then they will um talk to your >> your insurance company will talk to the DMV and figure out where the issue is. >> So, it could have been like if there's a month you didn't pay for your insurance and the state happens to randomly find your plate and didn't update and they probably sent some notices. Okay. >> I'd t your driver's license insurance on you? >> Um, I do. Okay. Hello. >> The daughter in the back seat or is that somebody? >> Granddaughter. >> Granddaughter. >> All right. I'll be right back with you. Okay. Okay. And then if you uh you >> notice she didn't say it was her daughter. She said it was her granddaughter. That explains the fake name she gave. >> Said you don't have your insurance or you do. >> It's It's Nope. It's in the house in the park. >> All right. Give me just a second. Okay. >> I got you. >> I've never dealt with uh Lesha before. >> Hey, Stephanie. >> So, I'm not >> late sure if it's her or if that's actually >> Yeah. The girl in the back looks like she's at most 20, but I don't think she's that old. She said she sent me the picture, right? Oh, there it is. my friends in the car. >> I'd last about an hour and then they'd be like, "Yeah, you're tasing like 10 people an hour. You're out of >> her sister though. I got to run out." >> Her mom, I think, >> she had no uh insurance >> suspended. She says the insurance is somewhere in the house or something. >> For insurance? >> I don't know. We'll see. >> You want to go talk to her? She's coming. >> See if my daughter got an extra card in the back. She said >> insurance card, >> huh? >> Insurance card. Okay. She said it might. >> Yeah, maybe your daughter has a card in the back. >> She's going to check for insurance. >> I always keep my insurance card in the trunk. >> No, she said it might be extra car back here, but we just came from the store, so >> Okay. >> Your daughter. >> Uhhuh. >> All righty. Awful. I was waiting for her to go back in. >> You think an adult kids? >> How tall do you think she was? >> That five. >> Right on, Crystal. >> Five. 5'6. >> You think? >> Yeah. Why? >> Oh, you don't keep it with the spare tire in the trunk. >> It says the mom is 5'5. >> Yeah. >> Lesha is >> 57. >> She's about 5'5. >> She has anything with her name on it or >> her? Yeah. >> Did she give you her driver's license? >> No. >> Like the Ghostbusters thing? >> No, that's fine. >> I mean, I have one now, but >> Hi. Would you happen to have anything with your ID on it? Like a picture on it? Name? >> State ID? >> Nothing? >> Credit card? >> Social security card, library card, >> your debit card, credit card. >> Um, Mickey Mouse fan club. No, nothing. >> Uh, if I live on We can go to the house where they want to do that. I can even show you the lease you. >> Yeah, just follow me to the house, officer. >> You don't have any ID on you, ma'am? >> I don't. We just ran to the store. >> I don't have anything. You >> don't care. I car drove to the store. You didn't run. Everything is in my purse. And that's what I just said. Everything is in the purse. And we live 50/50 Sparrow Drive like on this next block here and the whole bag is there. >> Okay. >> Just my daughter's car like everything is in in the house there. >> Okay. >> That's daughter's car. She lives on 50/50 Spirros. >> Um yeah, Spiro's court. I'm like I for we're going to be speaking to her a little longer. She's lying about her name. No, she's not lying. Come on, officer. Should be more trusting. >> You want to step out for me real quick? >> So, >> yeah. >> The name you gave me >> Uh-huh. >> left her whole purse >> comes back to this person. >> Really? Correct. >> Oops. Really? >> So, you going to be honest with us or [laughter] >> That's weird. >> This This is taken a March of 23. >> Yeah, that's >> Can I see the picture? >> That's the auntie. >> That would be >> Oh, it's your aunt. >> No, that would actually be my aunt. >> That's your Okay. >> I know. That's the name. >> I know. That's what I'm saying. I don't That's That's weird that that's my aunt. Like, and it's coming. >> What's your name? >> Desona. That's That's the Mona. >> No, that that is my auntie. >> That is my auntie. >> You understand? If you're lying about your we find out about it. If we leave, we let you go and we find out about it later, it's a felony. >> That is jail time. >> No, she just keeps lying. >> That is going to prison. >> Okay. >> Okay. If if we don't figure it out >> or >> or we do figure it out right now and you're honest with us, at most it's a class A misdemeanor or nothing. >> Okay. >> That's what we're dealing with. >> So, do you have a picture with your driver's This is not you. >> It's not. I don't I don't have anything. Only everything on your phone. >> What did you pay the groceries? >> I took I took this one to the store. So, wait, let me look on my phone. Hold on. >> So, who paid for all the groceries? >> Clearly not you. >> So, until we find out who you are, we're going to be in this back and forth. >> This is This here's my lease to where I live at over here. >> Your lease? No. >> This is my lease. >> I live right here. 50/50. Uh, >> so what did you use to pay the grocery? >> This I just took her to the store. She have a copy of her own. >> I'm just showing you like just so >> Okay, that is fine. Here's the point I'm going to explain to you. Okay. When I come up here and I ask you for your name, you say you don't have your driver's license. Right there, I can cite you for that. You have to have your driver's license when you're driving. >> Number two, you give me a name which you say is now your aunt's name. That is the exact name you gave me. I wrote it down. I read it to you. You verified, "Yep, that's my name." I go back there, I run it. This is the photo I get. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, >> clearly that is that is that is not you. So, so far you lied about your name. >> She What make you think that she didn't use my name? Okay. The photo, this photo is from a driver's license. If you were driving, you would have in your possession, but you don't. Okay. So, when I get this photo, >> this is the person's name that you gave me. This is the photo. This is not you. So, you have lied about your name. >> Okay. That is a class A misdemeanor right now. >> Okay. >> Oops. >> When you lie about your name and you and there's something else going on, like you have a warrant or something like that >> and you end up getting away from the police and we figured out. >> I don't have a warrant. I just don't have a name. >> What is your real name? D E does D E S A R E R. Write it down. Okay. But I don't have a license. >> Okay. If it's no license, then we can deal with that. Does she have a valid? >> That's too much. That's too much. >> I don't know. >> But um De S. >> You don't have a driver's license at all? >> Probably not. But can I call somebody with a license? >> We'll we'll get to that point. >> Yeah. We're trying We're still trying to figure out who you are at this point. >> Okay. D E S A R E Y >> A R E Y. >> But I don't have >> completely different than what you gave me before. Okay. First name is D E S A R E Y. >> Yes. >> Last name is >> Yes. >> How spell it? >> Yes. >> All right. And all you have is no license. >> Correct. >> Okay. What What would the address be on your license if it's not anyone over here? >> I never had no license before. >> Or do you have an ID? >> On the ID. >> What's the name on your license? And she gives the name. Well, I've never had a license. >> It's expired, but it would probably >> out of Illinois or where is it out of? >> Yeah, it was. It's out of Illinois, but it probably be. Okay. >> Okay. Okay. >> All right. I'll be right back. I'm gonna verify that. Okay. Just hang out with Illinois. >> She's in in Illinois. >> You understand what's going on right now? We're up to speed now. >> Yeah. >> Okay. You have a driver's license? >> Okay. I'm just asking you for your for your name, that's all. Just so I know who I'm talking to. >> Nice. >> Did you tell him to come up here? >> We did. >> Who's coming up here? >> Um her her boyfriend. >> Your boyfriend? >> Cuz he got valid licenses. >> Does he live here in the >> Why wasn't he driving in the first place? >> Uh no, he lived in Chicago. >> Oh, maybe tell him to bring the purse. Tell him. Tell him to bring >> you. Do you have a What's your middle name? >> Desmond. >> Tell him. >> What's your middle name? >> Tell him. >> I don't have a middle name. >> Tell him to bring >> No middle name. >> Yeah. Tell him to bring your purse. >> On the dresser in the room. >> I can't hear anything she's saying. Black. Sit >> in the car while it's raining at all. >> No, not right now. Say again. Yeah. >> I'm sorry that this wouldn't have taken this long if we were honest in the very beginning. Okay. >> Well, if she was honest. >> You have no middle initial. >> No. >> All right. First name D E S. >> D E S A R E Y. >> Last name. >> Another BS name. >> 78. [laughter] >> Correct. >> Okay. >> That is coming back with no record. >> Oops. >> Well, I never got in trouble. I never had no license before. Do you have an ID, driver's license, anything? >> He's bringing up my >> I got my social security off the grid. >> You can verify with the social security number. >> Try it. >> I think it might be a little small for her as well. >> Okay. >> So, you've had you've had an ID before, correct? >> I do have an ID before. >> Okay. And that was out of Illinois. >> Out of California. >> Out of California. >> Okay. >> Wait a minute. Illinois work history. So, that's why I >> Okay, I understand. But anytime you have an ID, your work history, there's a way to run you by your driver's license, by your ID number. There's a way to run you by name, date of birth. >> We did name, date of birth, so it should pop up. And there's nothing. >> But did it pop up with the source? >> That's what we're checking. And and regardless, you already lied about your name. So you're detained cuz I'm done playing this name. >> Well, I gave it to you now and you can >> Yeah, that's great. The first time you didn't >> and that's Welcome back, Tammy. >> Okay. And so you lying about your name is the alternative to take a charge. That is >> I apologize, sir. >> Okay. Oh, that is great. >> That is great. >> You know what's funny to me? Cuz you have an ID hanging right there with the exact same hair as you and it says like he's so be [laughter] honest with us. >> It's literally right there. >> School ID. >> Can you grab that phone? >> Oops. Again. Oops. >> Is that why you don't want to play the name game? >> Is that what it is? >> What? Cuz you're Lisha. >> Yes. >> Okay. Step off for me. >> Disregard as Lisha. [laughter] Turn up for me. You have a warrant for your arrest. >> What's the warrant? >> Retail theft. Lars. >> Retail theft. >> Correct. >> Retail. What? >> Retail theft. >> I never stole anything in my life. >> It's more than likely retail theft. >> Stole the address. >> It's the same thing. It's theft. >> Can you tell me more? >> I came when I get back to the police department. It's not my case. So, I don't know. I don't know any of the facts for you. >> Okay. >> All right. I'm bring you back here real quick. Do you have anything in your pockets, ma'am? >> No. >> Okay. Do you have pockets or no? >> Okay. Stay right here. >> Right there. >> How old is she? >> Almost had him full. >> Um, what? 25. >> I assume she was like 20ish. You can hang out with her. >> Yeah. Look like I steal. And >> you have no pockets whatsoever. >> No. >> Okay. Have you just take a seat over there? You need anything out out of there to come with you? Phone, wallet. >> Um, tell her to just send my two phones. >> You to have them or her? >> She definitely didn't know >> for you. >> Had nothing to do with why she lied. >> That's what I'm asking. You said for her and I was like, uh, >> I'm going to tighten this up on stuck. >> All right. I'll be right back with you. Okay. >> Okay. >> Yeah. There all kinds of whacked out designers designing all kinds of crazy stuff. >> All right. Do you need anything outside of the car? Are you going to let him take the part? >> It's getting towed. >> I could always add more. >> Cuz you lied about your name twice. One part. Okay. And the second part, the plates are suspended. That's the reason I stopped you. >> Okay. So, it's going to get towed and we'll talk about at the police department. >> Okay. >> I got you. It was a headache for us, too, unfortunately. All right. >> How was it a headache for you? >> Cuz cuz usually this would have taken about 5 minutes. Hey, I'm [laughter] Lisha. Hey. Okay. All right. that we take care of the warrant. You might get one ticket for suspended registration and now we're looking at several charges borrowing bill >> and still the same ticket unfortunately. That's where we're at. Okay. >> Did you need anything else? >> Can we get the grocery? >> Yeah, he's coming to So, the car is going to get towed, but the tow truck's going to take a little bit. So, her boyfriend's going to get the car so you can come grab >> administrator here. >> So, I'm not administrator. I can't get the stuff out of the car. You said you don't have >> Bill's in the basement. He's no longer with us. I took his shirt. >> Step up and then I'll talk about the case in there. I just read it. We'll go around this way. >> So, your charge That was for services. >> From the last time your vehicle was towed and you took it from JNS without paying. >> I never took a car from JS without paying. >> Okay. >> That's what it's for. It's on video. So, I'm not really going to talk to you about it. >> You said it's on video. Oh, God. I would love >> JNS. >> I would love to see the video. >> Okay. >> That is fine. >> Yeah. I remember before we had to use the at symbol and the convoluted handles. >> I'm sure they'll probably play it. >> Those are the days. >> I'm sure 100% sure they don't got a copy. >> All right. Can you separate your feet? >> Not yet. >> JNS. >> Thank you. >> Well, Legal Fiction is the managing. >> Uh they there's no reason to call. >> I'm telling you, you have a warrant. It's in your name. Signed by a judge. >> Yeah. Like I never I never um took no car from JS. Like I never took no car. >> All right. Well, it's from quite a while ago. >> I know. I never took a car from this whole company. >> And I love how she's playing dumb like she didn't know that she had the warrant and yet she lied twice with two different fake names. >> That's fine. >> You went to JNS. >> You knew. >> Wait, hold on. You say what you can tell. >> You went to JNS. You got dropped off by another person. >> He is. I I I might fire him. Who knows? >> You went inside the toe placeer. for your car. You then took the car out of there. >> I have a car rental company. So, I have a bunch of cars. You could probably see I got four or five. That's what I'm telling you. >> That's what I'm doing. That's what I'm saying. Like, I know for a fact that they they don't have me taking no car. And so, >> the person who called it in identified you out of a photo lineup. >> They identified. >> Yeah. Like, >> we don't at all. >> Yeah, >> that'd be correct. >> So, yeah, that's what they said. They said that I sold the car or whatever. >> Well, at least she's not sitting like this. Okay. >> This isn't my first day. >> I can't I'm going to I wish you can get them on the phone. They said they saw me and they identified me and I know >> you don't need to get them on the phone. You got to warrant. >> I don't know. This is not my case. >> And you said they dropped the car. And so I can't wait to see the surveillance so that I can see >> they video. I think it's just a photo lineup and the person dropped. How crazy. Yeah. The first video. I know it ain't no video cuz I know they will not. >> You knew you had a warrant. Stop it. Two things. I'm not upset at you, but it's the fact that I know ain't no pro. I know ain't no video. I know they ain't see me taking no car out of no lot. And that >> when there's I can tell you when there's somebody that identifies you, gets you out of a photo lineup and and >> and I I don't even have no photos, >> drops you off or whatever they say they did, they're going to have to go to court. We talk show up. >> You're obviously going to >> there's they're going to have to go on the stand and so will you. I just got to put you in a cell or put you in here cuz I got to go get paperwork done. I can't sit back here and watch all my stuff's in there. >> Can I go back there with you? Negative. >> The woman was charged with obstructing identification and booked on her warrant. Share your thoughts below. And remember, >> lady, I had no idea I had a warrant. Yeah, right. Lady, come on. She's not even a good liar. All right, let's see. I got to go through my list here. We've played everything except Oh, we've got uh we've got a few. I I'm going to play this one. This one is a guy who was illegally camping in a state park. And instead of just packing up his stuff and leaving like the nice officer was trying to get him to do, he decided to fight. And we get a little uh electricity going in here, too. And the the female officer, man, she turns into a beast. Of course, she should have had backup, but uh backup came eventually. How's it going, man? >> All right. Just camping. [ __ ] >> I just don't want you getting in the car. In the car. Just give me your keys. No, >> I can't do that. >> Why? >> You shoot my >> I'm so serious. YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED. DON'T MOVE. STOP. STOP. STOP. >> GET ON THE GROUND. You're under arrest. You're going to jail. Get in the car. >> Well, can you please call for my property? >> Get in the car. >> You do not dictate how I'm not trying to. >> Finally, a female officer stepped in after the woman complained of pain while police continued the required safety [music] search before moving forward. Your >> person your your clothes, your pants, your >> sir. I'm telling you, I my back hurts. I really can't get up. >> Okay, that's fine. As long as you're watching and as long as you're enjoying it. >> Okay. Can you get up? >> No. >> Yeah. >> Okay. I'm going to go ahead and search you. Okay. Do you have anything that could poke me or anything like that? >> Oh, no. >> No. I think the most I've had is a little over 70. >> Once. >> It's getting there, though. It'll grow. >> It's a wig. If the wig >> Okay, ma'am. I'm not talking. >> I'm telling you. >> Yeah. All of a sudden, she's got pain. >> Is there anything under your wig? >> Okay. Can I remove it? >> I'll get there. >> Okay. >> Don't take it off. Please like dig in there like in your hand. You need the bottom. >> Just take her wig off. >> Mom, what did I just tell you? >> You told her she could take That's all we're going to do. She going to put it back on. I'm just going to make sure. Pull it forward, please. >> Oh, then I don't have to get this. No, like the forward part. >> The what? Can you pull it from the front, please? >> Yes. >> Is that fine? >> Yes. >> Yes. >> You're good to go back in there. >> I'll read all the affidavits later. >> Oh, well, I guess that's the end of the video. I hate when they do that. That That drives me nuts when the channels just end it. They don't even do any narration at the end. It's just There we go. We're done. All right. I got one more. Uh, this one was a few days old. You guys might have seen it. It's a couple of people in Florida. They got into a little traffic accident and then they started arguing over nonsense and the guy couldn't understand what a no what it means to be a no fault state, which apparently Florida is. I had to look it up. It's kind of stupid, but uh yeah, the the officer was trying to explain if I do a police report, your insurance is going to pay to repair your car, and you're saying that the accident wasn't your fault. And the lady is just rude. I mean, she is so rude. >> Please stop. You can't answer me. >> Performance is >> Please, please, please came up. >> I can't. It's recording. So, everything you're saying is recorded and everything you just did, you just reversed. >> Look, you came to the back. You can't do >> because I have a stop sign. Sir, why are you coming into my stop sign? >> No, I came here first. You came to do a stop sign. >> You came here and hit the order. >> You mean I came here to stop? Why are you here? >> All right. Why are you not there at this point? Look, I I'll do the reporting. >> Why are you not there? >> So, what happened? >> Well, I was coming from here and he she came and kicked me off this me again. >> Oh. >> She didn't look into it. She came over here. >> Well, it's a no state, right? So sir, you were coming from where? >> There. >> So you're coming there. There's a stop sign here. >> Yeah. >> Regardless, there's I'm sure there's green cameras, right? >> And you were you were coming from this side then. >> Yeah, I was coming straight. Honestly, it's not my car. I know that I was in trouble with you. >> Oh, you got the Brazilian. Okay. Yeah. So, I borrowed my mom's car cuz I can't drive my car. >> She came from this side and hit me the whole way all the way here. So, you know, >> yeah, it's okay. But it's a no false thing, right? >> But she want to settle down before you go to, you know, I agree with that. I settle down. >> Yeah. >> As long as you pay for it. >> Do you want that or no? >> I want it. >> Again, that's Yeah, that's that's up to him or saying if I can I have no problem doing it. If you want to handle it amongst her, do that. No, I have I can >> I looked at it when I when I stopped there. I looked at it. I moved over here. All of a sudden, somebody >> Yeah. >> I didn't hear anything. You know, >> this is the part that I find so infuriating about her in particular. The officer is asking him a question. He's answering the officer's question and then she keeps arguing with him while he's talking to the officer. >> No, I she told him from the front, from the back. >> Okay. What's your side of what happened? So the reason that this damage happened is reversed cuz you wouldn't move >> and this is my stop sign, right? So if he was coming from here, >> so it happened. >> I was saying where were you? You were coming from there. >> I was coming from there. >> So look, accidents happen. I'm willing to settle. Here's my everything. I mean, what do you want from me? >> The thing is my car is not driveable. >> I mean, it is. >> I don't know how how much then look like that. Hang on. She Yeah, she said if you're one of them, >> if you want to take your information, >> take my information, take my report and then through the insurance it >> I could take the report >> cuz it not my fault. I move it. >> You made it. You know, I don't even know where they come from. So that maybe should come fast here. >> I can't go fast. Okay, just let's settle. Okay. Let's have a opponent's report, but I don't report to the insurance company. Is that okay? >> Well, no. So, here's the thing. If I do the report, then it is going to be through an insurance company. But you guys, you're both willing to give information. She said she's willing to give. If you want to do that, you could do that. But yeah, if I do the report, it's through the insurance. It's going to be a crash number. >> It's going to be on yours, too. Whatever you want to do. >> I don't know how much it cost to be honest with you. >> I mean, she's saying she's willing to give her and pay for it. >> Take whatever. >> She's saying she's that that's up to you guys. pay for your damage. >> Yeah. But how are you going to pay for it? >> Do the error. >> And generally for people for people who want to take this route, I tell them the same thing. Like you bring it to I mean I try to do like at least two shops. >> Mhm. >> Show her the estimate and then she'll pay for >> what you give the report. The report's still there. Does it mean anything to the insurance company? >> Well, the thing is if I do the report, it is going through the insurance. >> Exactly. Your insurance is going to go up. So is my parents. It's not my part. Listen. Listen. whatever you want to do. The police is here. They know this happened. >> It's through Annex. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. When he's when uh you got a good look at this whole side of his car was all torn up and it's a Tesla. That's it. That's that's going to be 10 to $15,000. I would not trust some individual to give me 10 or $15,000 for the repair. I I'm I I would just say forget it. My insurance rates are going to go up. I'll just pay my deductible. >> That's what I usually do in this situ. So, if you want to take a if you want to take a picture of her license, take her phone number >> and then what I usually recommend people in the morning, so you bring it to say two shops, >> get the estimates for the damage and then you contact her and get the payment. >> What What if she didn't pay for >> You're blocking the way. >> I get >> No, I will. Of course, if I don't pay for insurance, >> let me just move and I'm going to come back over here. >> Georgia. >> Thank you. Now, >> I'll say that again. >> Yeah, if it was like a door ding and it's like, you know, four, five, $600, okay, maybe somebody's going to pay that. But nobody's going to pay tens of, you know, over $10,000. >> It's up to you guys. The fact that you guys live in the development. >> I mean, I've seen her. I've known her from a call before, >> but again, either way, it doesn't affect me, but >> I give you everything. >> If she's willing to pay that, >> my car is not movable. I don't know what is a dominant. I don't know the cost. I'm not underestimated. >> Again, I've noticed you're doing the poor, but when you're saying about the giant, >> the car is not moving. You can move the car. >> It's not moving. It's not moving. Try it. >> Okay. I don't know how. >> Okay, then get it to >> I wouldn't trust anybody. >> Can you climb down? Who is this? What are you not hearing? >> But again, when you're saying about the reporting that if I do it through the report, it's 100. It goes through insurance because it's a crash report number. I know my laws. But if she's saying she's willing to pay for it, my own insurance, I don't care. >> You have insurance or your mom has insurance? >> Of course, do it. >> But what what's the problem? My question is, what's the problem you're not doing? >> Listen, good for you. Here. >> It's going to be $10,000 all the Come, come. >> I'll have to check that out. Oh man. >> Also, why did you >> That's going to I stopped there. I moved it there. You come here. >> You came here. This is my stuff. I'm stuck here. Whoa. I thought >> Why are you here? >> Who hit me? You hit me. I didn't hit you. Does >> it matter? Does it matter? Do you want to go to insurance? >> I don't want to argue with you. Okay, now you're saying that. Okay. >> You came to me on the left side. You come here and you didn't look at it. Whatever you on the phone. >> My car is no right system. >> Then call the insurance. Do whatever you have to do. I don't care. >> You know that's the issue I have here. Look here. Here's the options here. >> I I do a crash report. A number's generated. It goes to their insurance >> and it's going to put your credit card. >> Both you look both of you it affects her insurance. Option option two. It wasn't moving before >> sir. Opt option two. You guys handled amongst each other. She said she's willing. You can do that. >> My at the good you get points. I get points. You're welcome. Let's go. >> See I cannot move the >> Okay, then do it now. the car move back and forth, but the steering wheel is damn car somehow. >> Okay. Okay. >> Okay. She She said she's willing to pay for it. >> Yeah. Whatever you want to do. >> But again, it's it doesn't affect me either. Put it in park, sir. Put your car in park. Put your car in park. >> Do you see what I'm talking about? >> Sorry. >> Oh, no. That's good. No, that's >> the thing is that I do not want to have >> Why is your car not in park when you just drive? >> Write the report. >> So, what could it be your fault as well, sir? >> Come on. You know, >> and then what? >> He just lets me go on this one. >> You're freaked out. I'm freaked out. Maybe you did this. >> Give me a report. At the end of the day, my car is not moving. I don't know how much it cost. I cannot take, you know, I don't know how much it costs. I don't want to end up in trouble. >> Even though my We just saw you in We just saw you reverse when you were trying to pull the car driving. So that that proves to me that you're >> at one point he does move it forward, then move it back. The steering wheel for some reason is locked even when the car's so he's got to get it towed. I don't know what the hell happened to it, but >> not in control of the car. >> Yeah, I'm in control of the car. Okay. >> Okay. At this point, I'm just going to do the report. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Do the report and your insurance is going to go up. >> Your points are going to go down. No, no, no. Very good job. >> I I have an attorney. >> I'll ask him to settle down before we go to the insurance if that possible. >> Settle down with who? Not me. >> Well, sir, so >> I'm not settling. >> All right, here's the thing. I know it's kind of right now. You're both in the car. >> The thing is I cannot trust people at the end of the day. >> Really? I can't trust all three of them. >> So here, so here's the thing. Look, I've never had >> We just saw you reverse when you put into >> I think it I think his main problem is he doesn't understand what being a no fault state means. He thinks that if he gets a police report that he can file with her insurance and get his car fixed. He doesn't seem to understand that's not the way it works in Florida. >> Let me just talk to So every every time I've done this, I've never had an issue with someone calling back. the fact she's willing. She's saying she's pays she's gonna pay. But here's the thing. So say she doesn't do it. >> She could do that. She could do listen. So if someone does say that here's the options. >> Okay. Can can you do the credit right now? >> Here ma'am. I mean just listen to me. So >> So again, the three options here. I do a crash report number. A number's generated. It goes through both your insurance. Option two, >> you hand it amongst yourself. She's willing to pay. Then there's option three. You could do a self-report. Then you you just go online Florida DM you do a self-report crash number. >> But again you you keep mentioning about the turn in with the insurance. If I do the crash report it's through the insurance because I'm generating your insurance going to go up and go down. >> It's not my fault. She came and hit me at the end. >> Oh really? Because we're just matter please stop. Please stop. You came and hit me. >> Performance issue. >> Please please please. It's recording. So everything you're saying is recorded and everything you just did, you just reversed. >> But here's the thing. In a no fault state, it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter whose fault it is. They don't even determine that. They just do the crash report that an accident happened. >> You came to the back. You can't do >> because I have a stop sign. Sir, why are you coming to my stop sign? >> No, I came here first. You came to do because it's a stop sign. >> You came here and hit the order. But I thought it meant that they don't determine who's at fault for the accident. So each one of them has to go through their own insurance to get their their own property fixed. >> You mean you just stop? Why are you here? Why are you not there >> at this point? Look, I I'll do the report. >> Why are you not there behind me? Why are you at the station? >> If I could just get your and your uh driver's license. >> Yeah, sure. >> And you're you're the rescue of the car? >> Yes. >> And you said this is whose car? >> My mom. >> Okay. >> Here. If she could, if she could, you know, transfer the money right now, I'm okay with that. >> Well, the thing is, you don't know the cost. What I look >> You guys, look, you guys both live in here. She's running. >> So, you have my address, my thing, everything. What am I going to do? Run? >> Yeah. >> Look, I get >> Where am I going to run? I have a son. >> Look, it doesn't affect me. I get where you're coming from. When people I've never had an issue when someone says that. Usually, they lit they'll go get like two quotes, give her it, and then she'll transfer it. But if you want their report, I have no issue. >> Yeah. >> Do you want their report? >> I have an attorney, but he's going to get the other one. >> I have an attorney. Usually I go over to I don't have an accident. >> You're a nice person. >> Wait a minute. I'm nice. >> So I've been totally wrong. So if they do a police report, but what they're trying to explain to him that he would have to go through his insurance, but if that's wrong, then they're confusing him for no reason. And I've had this this whole video wrong all the all these days for the money. I don't know how much it cost. >> What you did today? >> Yeah, that's not that authority of >> I don't think the fine. I don't even know what happened. It's a no cost. >> When I looked there was no caution maybe insurance. >> You have insurance? >> I do. I do have insurance. >> Then my insurance against your insurance. >> Good job. >> Yeah. >> Good job. Wonderful. >> Okay. Again, I have no issue doing their report, but >> Okay. Then if that's the case, Lisa, then the the police officer and this lady are both wrong. And I I was believing the police officer because I figured he'd have some training in it in the law. Okay. So, if Yeah. So if he can make a claim on her insurance to get his car fixed, then it's like two against one. They're arguing with him saying, "No, no, no, no. Don't go in through insurance." >> You keep telling me, you're questioning about the insurance. If I do the report, it's >> I have I have the insurance. >> Yeah, your insurance. >> I want to help but I don't know how much it cost your insurance. >> At the end of the day, I don't want to when I go, you know, >> your insurance going to fix this car. My insurance, your insurance, >> she's she's saying she'll tow it for you and then she'll pay the price. If you don't that's that's something that >> I'm saying a police officer. >> I'm saying look she's saying she'll tow it for you. When you get the quote for the damage she'll pay. >> I'll pay it now. >> You have to sue though. You can't >> do anything now. >> How do you How do you pay now? >> Go now to the tow it to the shop. Get the quote. I'll pay. >> There's no show open right now. >> Exactly. >> I don't want to be with this. >> What do you What do you want to do? No, I'm already being stressful. >> I don't know. It never happened to me. >> Whatever you want to do, but listen to me. >> I never have an accident. That's why you hit me all the time. Somebody give me a m I'm just tell >> again me it doesn't it doesn't affect me either way. It's between you guys. But when you when you're saying insurance, it is going through the when I do a crash report, it's going through the insurance, you know, it's going through her insurance. Like >> she Yeah, it's a no fault. So it goes it's just >> not it's a fault by somebody. It's >> their insurance determines that. >> When you go home today and you fall down your stairs, you will be in a >> Sorry. 12. Go ahead. >> What does that mean, lady? When you go home and pull down your stairs to the same >> I'm 97. >> You don't have children? >> I do. >> Oh, >> it'll take a couple months. >> Okay. What do you need? >> Uh, sir, can I just get your phone number? All right. So, I'm going to start it now. I can either I can type up a driver exchange information which is just gonna have her name, number, and insurance. It'll just take a little bit. Or if you just want to take the picture now, I'll give you a case card. >> Okay. >> Either one. It's just me easier for you guys. So like I'll give you a form. It'll have >> No, that's okay. That's okay. That's great. >> It'll have her name and number, your name and number, or I can just give you the case. You take that. >> Nobody report. >> Yeah, I'm going to give you the case. I'm just saying if you want to wait a few minutes, I'll type that out for you. Okay. and then drive my car. >> I think he might be right. I've been wrong this whole time. >> You know, my car doesn't move as soon as car is not the car is like a >> like it's a student is not move. >> So, yeah. Right now, I'm going to do that. I'm going >> another passenger in the car. Do you want to get her? >> In whose car? >> I don't know. In his car. >> She's ran away. She wants to know because you might more you might want more money or something. Do you want do you want me to call you me to call a tow truck? You >> need the ambulance at all. >> Are you sure? Because >> Do you want me to call the tow truck for your car or you want to leave? >> Let's call a tow truck ambulance. I'll I'll call it for you. You want me to call it? >> Let's call it. I'll pay for it. Of course. Whatever you need. >> No, that's not the issue. My issue is my car is not driveable. >> Are you okay, though? >> I don't know what else would happen. >> Is your back okay? >> I don't know. If it's something small, I'll take it. >> Yeah, ma'am. Let me just let me just confirm with you. No, I get you. So I don't want to be in trouble at the end of the day losing money for this. I like to help her. She doesn't have she doesn't want to transfer the money right now. Go to >> Well, again, she doesn't know exactly how much. She's just saying she'll tell her for you and then when you send her the bill, >> but I'm saying even though you give the report, I may contact her. I'll get the number >> if there something could be fixable. >> Well, if I Well, if I do the report. >> Yeah, do the report. >> Well, here's the thing. Yeah. If I do the report, then you're not going to ask her to send the money. Then it just goes through insurance. >> Okay. >> And just to confirm, I'm sorry. So, do you want me to call a tow truck for your car? >> Uh, let me see if I can buy one more. >> Okay. So, what are you doing here? It says no. >> It's almost like none of them understand how to how a crash works. When you report it to the police or doing a report, none of nobody understands anything. They're just shouting and screaming at each other. >> It says this way. >> Yeah. I'm going to get I'm going to get this story again. >> I'm going to get the count again. No, but let's see. Uh, how could this have happened? Look >> right on. We'll be there shortly. >> How is he that that happened? >> This is mine. >> Get the story. >> Oh, no. >> It's just ridiculous. >> Yeah. Here's where he tries going to make it home. >> He said he did earlier. So I had this lady with her. So here >> was she driving. >> What >> was he driving? >> Well, and I think the way the accident happened was neither one of them were on the road. They were coming from opposite parking lots and they both pulled out at the same time and I think they hit like that and then she scraped down the whole side of his car and then they ended up at the stop sign. I think that's how it happened. >> Yeah. >> Okay. move >> somebody. >> Yeah, if it's not turning, I'll tell you. It's >> not turning. But somehow something happened to the main system or whatever. >> So So here's option. Freaked out. >> So here's option. You live in Coral Springs. We usually I can call the tow truck emeralds and they bring it to 4,000 North Power Line, which basically power sample road, unless you want to call it yourself and bring it to your house in Coral Springs >> because the the toward they're going to be holding it there in power line. >> Right. Bang. >> Is there any way I could uh to talk to to um >> if you want to get your own? I can I'll give you a few if you want to figure that out and then if you do decide you want me to call, I can just call it. >> Give me a number probably. I don't know what to do at this point. You know, >> how much money does he want? >> Yeah. >> He has no idea what I'm going to give you their number. Emerald, you can call them, ask for an estimate, and then if not, I'll just have them tow it and then go from there. Okay. Let me just get the number. That's okay. That's okay. >> Yeah. He he said he said he's okay. Do you have your phone on you? >> Yeah. >> I was going to say here, I'll give you the name of it. >> I have one too, which my husband works at a >> shop. It's cold. You're not cold. >> I am cold. >> I have a towing. >> Yeah. Emerald towing. It's 4,000 north power line. >> Hey, what's your name? >> Sam. >> Yeah, that was a lot of damage. I don't know. >> It is. >> Yeah. If you're able to get a hold of them, just say you're in an accident and then if you want to say like how much it would be to bring to your house with you in it. If you don't want to do that, then just tell them off. >> No, you're not injured, right? I'm going to start typing the information. Just come over and let me I don't want that. I just want to fix my >> Okay. And just to just to confirm the story again, can you tell me what happened? So you're coming from here. >> I stopped here. I moved over here. All of a sudden, this come and run from here to the back all the way to the front. >> Okay. >> Not even one side. Not in the back. It's on the sideways to all the way to the back. >> I was pulled out. >> Okay. >> When I came there, there was no car. I was moving like I know 15 or 15 miles an hour. >> Okay. I think >> no way. You know, some maybe I don't know what happened. Exactly. >> I I have no clue. >> Here we were here. >> Come on. I was here. Happened here. She She stopped the car right there. >> But we were here. I told >> I was coming here. >> See? Doesn't matter. >> I'm sorry. Just again. You were saying you were coming from here. >> So I was coming from here. >> I don't either actually. >> So I have no business over here. You understand? >> No. >> And leave. Accidents happen. >> She did not move it. should know where >> because because we just I had to pull out >> and wonder where did the actual impact happen? >> Yeah. Right here. >> Okay. >> Because we on the side. >> So you couldn't have come here and I shouldn't have come this way. >> Then I'm like what happened? I thought I hit I thought I hit somewhere on the side. >> So I just want to confirm there's no stop. >> You're coming straight here. You come across >> from that side. I was coming from here to the left. >> You didn't see me? >> Well, >> okay. No, no this side. >> There's no side on that. So there's nothing at all. >> I'm going. So you She's coming straight here and then you come and then you're coming across. >> Okay. Where am I going? >> Was I going here? >> Hold on. Look at me in the eye. Was I going? >> Doesn't matter. Okay. You hit my Hold on. I hit you. You hit me. >> She hit me. Technically, she hit me from the back. like we had. >> She just didn't want to listen to these two again. >> So, I'm going to write it up, but I'm just confirming. So, she's coming across here straight. >> I think she's coming from there. >> Okay. When I came here, there was no coming from there. >> You're coming. I Well, I stopped here. >> Do you know? Do you know or do you I stop here? >> Okay. But you're coming across. I stopped here. There was there no stop. How did you hit me? If you stop >> 50, I didn't hit you. You hit me. >> Okay. I'm going to start running this here. Just for now, sir. >> Sir. >> Yeah, ma'am. If you you can wait in your car if you want then sir you can wait in your car. >> I was going to say if you want to wait in your car once you get a hold of him if just come back over to me. I'm going to start typing this. Okay. >> Yeah. Same thing. >> It basically is. >> And now we're done. Yeah. It sounds like cuz I I did think it was kind of fishy how she never explained what she was doing to during the accident. Like she never explained how it happened. She just kept asking him questions like, "Well, how could I have possibly done this? How could I have done that? Where were you? Look at this arrow on the road." I don't know. I I think it might be one of those where it's like 50/50. Who was at fault? I think they were both pulling they were both facing each other, pulled out at the same time, and ran right into each other. Neither one of them wanted to yield. That's just stupid. And then they got to spend 20 minutes shouting and screaming at each other and waste the police time. Yeah. All right. Well, that's all I've got for today. All I've got. Well, it's been three hours. So, uh yeah, I will be back uh what is today? Sunday. So, I'm going to take Monday and Tuesday off and I will be back Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Um I should have some update about uh memberships by then. Uh if not, it might might be over the weekend. Um it depends on YouTube. I've never done this before, so I've heard different things about how long it takes. But, uh, yeah, it should be fairly soon, definitely by the end of the month, uh, unless there's some huge hiccup. But that's all I've got. So, take care everybody, and I will see you all next time.
