After she refused to leave the station and the encounter became increasingly confrontational, officers placed her under arrest. She was later taken to the police station where officers began the identification and booking process after she stated that she did not have identification and initially declined to provide identifying information. Based on the conduct documented in this body camera footage, the following charges could potentially apply: fare evasion, disorderly conduct, obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
