she bust my window and all the glass came in my face she bust the window in the glass here I all in my face right here she bust one in the house too yeah 12 628 came shov and it at my uncle look at there she came over here sir she got the shovel that she hit with the window she came over here and threw it at my Uncle where's the shovel it's in the back seat of this car that the one same one she busted that window where she threw up my uncle and he put it in the back seat of the car why is she throwing a shovel at you we was out here watching seeing what was going on we we heard a lot of commotion she came down here yelling at him I was in my room I stepped outside I heard a lot of yelling and whatever argument they had going on over there she came down here with it did you see this all happen with your uncle yes you have your ID on you no when she threw the shovel um where were you all standing I was sitting right in the front of the Cadillac and she came at me uh after she had thrown the shovel she double back she threw it where she was standing on the sidewalk and she threw it here my uncle R was about right here and she was on the sidewalk a little past Uncle R and she threw it towards the Cadillac picked it up and then came back and threw it towards this way so and I was up there and I was on the phone like I've been and she asked me or she scam move back a little bit for me just want to see if I can see any areas where that shovel might to hit this concrete no it hit the grass it didn't hit the concrete okay got it it didn't make it to the concrete gotcha he picked it up from the grass and put it stra in the vehicle he's not going to put in evidence I just took photos of it so shovel is that that is your I don't know if it's our shovel I don't know okay uh where was it to begin with was it left outside how did she get hold of it when you guys picked it up and put or when you Mr Jerome when you put it in there where was it when you picked it up when I picked it up I put it right where was it before you put it in before you put it in the car where was it where' you pick it up from it was and then uh what the girl did come down here with it and what did she do with it and I got it from when she took she boun on so you took it you physically took it from her yeah after she had done B it up dementia is dementia H it and it bounced up see where did from P I need somebody to invest anyway so I went down there cuz y know if you know wol cuz I was in the jail for Miss Kelly on 81524 I'm talking so I went I'm going to tell you so did you knock the 4 years ago Fu [ __ ] he tried the cool shed about 10 years ago gr had s nothing theg me since I was a child and I had babies go van right there at the end he ain't got no more GO train his wife it ain't because I want a sweat or a trick it because they trying me out here like this and I've been trying to talk to y'all but y'all don't listen anyway he got I asked I said g you got some money cuz grandma died so I got charged with child neglect instead of y'all investigating this [ __ ] I got charged with it so this a this this go beyond so I'm already angry I was out last night I I need money I ain't going I'm tired of tricking out here y'all y'all don't talk my child y'all ain't got no money for me but y'all quit to charge me and criminate me and put me in prison and jail or shoot me with medication that I do not want well anyway I asked him he he said I ain't got no money oh that pissed me off why cuz I'm struggling I asked Chris cuz his he let his son hit my daughter she got charged while I was in jail recently so he said no she said she ain't got it I B her windows yes I did what did you use the bus that the um why okay I used that shovel that's why I end up in there cuz she was
