story of them going to Mississippi were conflicting so the trooper then ask Omar for a consent to search the vehicle all right so we got all so I got everybody in the car identified uh that's I just methamphetamines and they also found 31 G of marijuana the front passenger who was a minor and the woman Mia DTE was let free once back at the tro in an interview Mia warte said the vehicle belonged to Carlos Morales her mother's boyfriend and that the group was making a one-day trip from Dallas to Alabama for Morales Mia also claimed they often made trips for Morales for extra money and that she knew they were in possession of something illegal the driver om Margera was sentenced to 108 months the backseat passenger Isaiah Lozano was sentenced to 120 months and record show that M DTE was rearrested and and she was also sentenced to 46 months in federal prison and there is no record if the minor got sentenced or not these are your two charges possession of a schedule two drug with intent to distribute conspiracy to to distribute a schedule two drug okay this is your court date 32 of 2021 it's March 2nd 2021 there's any reason you can't show up you need to call this moment okay
