I willing shoot you. >> He's going to hurt you. >> Not going to hurt me. >> I don't want a situation. He needs to go to >> In Paduka, Kentucky, officers respond to the scene of an alleged arson. >> No, above. >> We're going to try. We're going to try. Where is it supposed to be at? >> She's in this room. >> What's her name? >> Lily. >> I got that trip. Thank you. Good man. >> There you are. >> I'm going to do a quick walk around. >> I can guarantee you it's the most productive thing he'll do all day today. >> He's just eating right now. He eating poop. >> I don't know about the poop part yet. >> No. No. He's going to hurt you. It's not going to hurt me. Get out of my car. I'm not playing. Get out of my car. >> What are we talking about? >> Her husband. >> Get out of my car. >> No. Get out of my car. >> Hey. Hey. Y'all going to have to tell me something. I'm not going to stand here listening to you argue. >> He's pissed off at her. And he got mad at me cuz I told him that he couldn't do that. >> Who is this? >> Nola driver. I can tell he was getting really mad and I went to shut my bedroom door. I said, "I've got to get ready for work." and he punched me in her face, pushed me down on the ground and choked me, hit me a couple more times and I felt like I need to get off of me. I was going to get the shower and he said, "Where are your keys?" I said, "You're not taking my car." Noah. He said, "Where are your keys? The house is on fire. Where are your keys?" >> He said, "I'm not going back to jail." >> What's he driving? >> He's in my Toyota Camry. >> See what else you find out there, Tom. Do you think that he started the fire? >> I know he started the car. >> How do YOU KNOW? YOU DON'T KNOW HOW he started it, >> but my couch is >> Has Noah been staying here with y'all here? >> Right. She's the victim in it. She wrote a letter that says accident. >> I'm familiar with him >> and he does have some little things, but this is I just I can't give you excuse. I'm not turn your head. I know she's ahead to help you. Okay. I don't know what >> Just Just hold the dog for a moment for us. Just hold her where she's not your head. Okay. >> Oh, I don't I hope her husband died. >> We're working on getting information of a possible suspect for a bolo. >> You the owner of that trailer or this lot? >> The whole thing. the whole thing. >> She's supposed to be by herself and I think it's her daughter and her boyfriend. Her boyfriend's been in and out of jail. We tried to get rid of them. Next month her lease was going to be up and we're going to hightail him out of there. >> Okay. It's going to be arson. We're looking for him. Detectives are on the way out here. >> I just talked to my probation officer. I told him your badge number. He said he'd be out today, but he was like, I'll check in with them. So, I wanted to let him know. >> Did she give you anything? It's under investigation. You put that in. Well, anything she tells? hang with. Don't do anything stupid. It's going to get yourself in trouble. >> I don't get myself in trouble. >> You got to quit hanging around this dude. Not good for you or your health or anybody else. >> He's off his medicine. >> That's no excuse. He doesn't care enough to take his medicine and stay in. >> He was on it. His insurance lapsed and he couldn't. It was going to be like $7. Unless he forces us to. We don't want to hurt anybody. You know where he would go. Think about your dogs thinking about protecting him. >> There would be obvious places that he wouldn't go because obviously >> any ideas. >> She said she's got her going off. >> We're not going to hurt him, but obviously you can't be doing like this. >> He's got multiple personalities. >> I I get it. I understand. >> I know that. But like as far as when y'all find him, he's got multiple personalities and that needs to be taken in consideration, >> right? >> So nobody shoots him. I don't want anybody to hurt him. >> How long has he been off of them? >> The insurance stopped paying for it like a month ago. >> What's he on them for? >> He's on a gray. It's antisycchotics. >> Nobody in this department would intentionally hurt him without having to to protect yourself. >> Don't find them. >> Yes. Regardless whatever people say about cops, okay, we're none of us are in this department or in it for that. >> His mom his mom was like, you can see him call the police and he's trying to come over and do this and do that. He said >> he said he was trying to kill him. I'm so sorry. >> He did. >> I see him come out my crib. I'll call the police. I'll let you know. >> Thank you. He's going to look for He said he was going to kill him. >> Why is he looking for him? >> I think something happened between the two of them. >> Where did you see the fire? at my behind my couch. It went so quick and there was so much black smoke. Black smoke. I don't know what he poured or put on it, but >> yes. >> Well, they were saying Trey's name, so Trey's fine >> as a possible location that he was trying to go to. >> I just want my car. He took everything else from me. I need to I need to get out of here. >> That makes two of us, honey. I was on my way to do it when I got this car. >> You broke it. It is my car. >> Does your car have one star? >> It does. I don't pay for it, but I know that if I find the number to go home, Toyota should find it, but he doesn't know it has choked me. And I mean, could get even the slightest little bit of breath at all. And then he grabbed my arm and told me he was going to break my arm, but he quit screaming. And then I went and got in the shower cuz I thought I'll just let him get in the shower, maybe he'll think. And I text her and said, "Don't come home." >> Is it okay for me and Jerry to go in and start working the scene? You're cool with that? Okay. Yeah. Yeah. >> Friday, July the 12th at 8:19. I'm going to do a walk through here on body camera at this residence. Possible arson. The victim of the assault stated that she had been punched by the suspect gone into the bathroom and when she came out, there was a fire behind the couch. It looks like fire may have started on here given the extent of the damage. In this bedroom back here in the corner of the house, there was a 6-w week old puppy has passed away due to smoke inhalation. The victim stated that when she came out of this bathroom and into the living room, there was fire coming up the curtains as if the curtains had possibly been set on fire. So, that would be there behind that couch. One more thing here I think that's important to note is from this bedroom where the victim was, that window right there would be her only way to escape the residence. That bathroom only has a skylight and the fire was between her and the main door here. Escape uh route was basically hindered. So, we've got essentially a he puncture and took her keys robbery, >> right? >> The stolen vehicle, arson, animal case. >> I mean, we got a whole slew. >> Yeah. >> No, a driver. You know who he is? >> There is a gun in my car. There's a long sword attached vest to my car. >> Yes. the the grand the gun with my granddad and I heard this evening is connecting I know baby you she's getting antsy and her wonder stay over here and you'll roll down the hill you Let that mother out of jail again. >> Probably going to take himself out. >> He Yeah, he said he was going to do whatever the before they take him out. >> Where's Jade? >> Jade's down there. >> I don't care. She's broke on probation. She's >> She's down there, Mom. >> Where she needs to go with his sister's throat and now here he is. See what frustrates us about. >> Okay. And what's a good phone call? >> I'm a mother. >> Ronnie, what are you doing OUT HERE? [laughter] >> And it's a court system. They just keep letting them out, letting them out, let them out. >> It frustrates us. If they didn't, then we wouldn't have this issue, right? >> No, we wouldn't have this issue. >> She could have been killed. >> He's facing some serious I don't want a mental institution. He needs to go to her daughter needs to go back ass I >> don't call my daughter so far this is going to take a while to work through this >> I don't want to go to jail so I was like I need to go this morning he cut his hair off >> this morning >> because I watched him >> so he was here when he did >> when he first did it through his hair and I kind of like got up there >> you were here when the house. [music] >> No, >> he told me. He told me I have to go. >> Where you? >> He still wasn't calling me by my name. >> Where was y'all at? >> He was standing in my bedroom. >> So you did put that out. >> Yeah. Put his hair out and I was like, "What does that smell?" And he was like, "My hair." And I was like, "Oh my god." He still wasn't calling me by my name. He wasn't calling me bae. Nothing like that. Like when he gets like that, it's like almost like a child. I mean, he kept saying, "Why did you leave me? Why did you I'm like, "I didn't leave you." Well, he's referring to something that happened with his mom like years ago. He has got multiple personalities or did he's got PTSD. He's got a couple forms autism. He was diagnosed with pyromania when he was like eight. Hope you got all those thoughts are still in there. >> Dissociative identity disorder or DID formerly called multiple personality disorder varies widely in how it presents. According to the Cleveland Clinic, it can appear as possession type where identity switches are obvious to others or non-possession type where a person feels detached or not in control of their thoughts, emotions, or actions. Symptoms can include memory gaps, anxiety, depression, self harm, substance use, and thoughts. DID is most often linked to severe childhood trauma, typically harsh physical or sexual abuse, and diagnosis involves ruling out other medical or neurological causes. While there is no cure, treatment typically includes therapy and medication, focusing on trauma processing and reducing memory gaps between identity states. Assuming Jade is telling the truth about his condition and his diagnosis of pyromania, a disorder where individuals repeatedly fail to resist impulses to deliberately start fires. The failure to obtain medication could lead to deadly consequences. >> Did he know he was in trouble together? >> Yes and no. It depends on what personality you're talking to. So that's what I worry about the most. I don't want anybody to hurt him. And I know a lot of people, especially in law enforcement, don't understand that. >> Well, apparently the car he stole had a handgun. >> I don't know that he knows that. I don't want him killed. >> Biggest concern, biggest fear, everybody's safety. >> Why do you think if he did this, he did it? >> He was in another mindset. >> She said that there's like files and light boxes with his and her paperwork both. So right there at your feet. >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> He has mental issues, man. That's all I know. Look down. City wants to know when it snaps. What happened? on my website. >> Mom, do you have the car insurance app? Where's your in my car? >> Can you give me the VIN number, please? >> Told you this dumb ass out of your house. Mama, I'm trying to get >> It's It's the placement you're already. >> She's also made homicidal. >> And for the mother, she believes that gun that's in the glove box is loaded. The gun is in the glove box. It's loaded is what mom just said. She told me what they're saying now. >> Context clues indicate Noah may have gone to his mother's house but quickly left. It appears Noah's mother may have called in to notify police of his location and he turned right out of the driveway. >> Just now got eyes on him. He's running on belt line 21st in Mayfield. >> Turn right on behind him. Stay with them. >> Might cut over on the next road up here. 13venue. >> City's pursuing. They're at park heading towards downro passing Noble Park. >> I don't have a visual right now. They just lost visual >> again. Passing County Park. >> Passing County Park. He's going in the wrong way now. Down Eagle Double Diamond. >> Pit him out. >> I'm not caught up to him quite yet, but I'm getting close. Permission to pit if I get up there. We're going to have spikes at 0 60 central. We should be approaching a couple minutes. >> We'll be there in maybe two. >> Is that HIM >> going the wrong way on 60? He didn't get spikes out. He's passing steel road. He's on a shoulder in the opposite lane. >> I do not have a current speed. Can't catch up to it. >> Passing Metropolis Lake on known speed. >> He's doing the wrong lane. >> Do we have a unit with stripes back? >> Approximately one mile behind him. Notify Balor and advise him when he spikes a couple. >> All right, he's back in the proper lane of travel. >> He's not leaving. I mean, I don't know. I don't know what's going on. >> What's going on? >> I wanted her to live there with me cuz I know that he was still coming. >> He's not coming yet. >> He's not coming. >> No, I don't want him. >> Well, we're not. No, he's not going to be 85 miles hour. >> No. >> All right. Just if you just want to stay here with her, I mean, that's fine. >> No, I don't want to tell her. He's not going to be clear today. Stop. He's already breaking my car. >> It's still my husband. >> They were leaving the center trying to get that spike strips out. We're going to get updated. >> Get out. Go. >> Ma'am, the only thing I ask you here is don't leave. Okay. You hear me? >> Hey, don't leave this car. >> Do you hear me? >> I'm not. Okay. Please don't leave. >> Just don't want him hurt. We don't want >> coming up on Clark line. Speeds approximately 90 mph. >> Where you at? >> I'm fixing to pull out on 60. >> Get off the road. >> Okay. >> You stupid son of a gun. >> While in pursuit, it appears civilian vehicles unintentionally block officers, creating distance between them and Noah. While officers are not able to witness what happens next, a semiis dash cam happens to capture the chaos. Oh my god. Oh my god. [music] >> Oh, Jerry's got my >> wrecked out. Wrecked out here in the center. >> Wrecked out. Wrecked out here in the center. I give you contact. I got you. I can't see you in there. Let me get something to break the window. Hold. Ready? Keep your hands off. Get your hands up. All right. He's way fast. He's way fast. Keep your hands on your head. GET THIS DOOR OPEN. KEEP YOUR HANDS UP. HEY. HEY. HEY. Get back. Get back. Get back. >> Keep your HANDS ON YOUR HEAD. IS ANYBODY IN THERE? Anybody in there, Sheriff? Yeah. I want to see if this one's all right. I don't give a about that. Gun boy. We're trying to get out. Are they in there? Hey, who else in here? >> Me and my wife. >> Is your wife okay? >> No, I don't think so. Okay, our hips, bro. >> All right, hang tight. We got help coming. Okay, >> we got help coming for you. Okay, >> just breathe, baby. >> Hey, just breathe. Okay, we got help coming. >> 13, if you haven't already, start battling this. >> Keep that other hand up. I willing shoot you. neck up. >> Get your knee off his neck. >> Put your hand. Put your arm behind your back. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. >> 1415. We got to check on these others. >> My shoulder by an older lady. No. >> Okay, baby. Hang on. Hang on, sweetie. >> She just >> Are you okay? >> Yeah. >> Okay. They are okay. >> You're going to say a word. Do you hear me? Is there anybody else in this car? >> Yeah, there's one. Oh, in the back seat. >> Is that Hey, is there anybody else in the back car? >> Who am I? >> Hey, we need to start making a hole for this ambulance to get through. If >> I go over there, I'm a nurse. >> Go go go rent aid. under Mercy. >> Mercy's on the way. >> Mercy's on the way. Central just confirming Ballard is asking for assistance for Mercy. That is correct. >> We've got a couple ambulances coming to you as well as fired. >> One bad guy. Yeah, one bad guy. We got him. >> He's detained right there. >> Who they life? them. I >> think there's a male and a female in this car. I called dispatch to let them know we got >> I didn't have a visual on him. I thought he had kept going until I saw the debris. >> That caught my attention. Muting for investigative discussion. >> Several officers appeared to mute their cameras while still muted. Some officers bandaged Noah up before preparing to transport him to a hospital. In the meantime, officers at the scene of the fire informed Jade. >> We have him. He's in custody. He wrecked out. Um he hurt a couple other people pretty bad. Um he is going to be fine. >> Where is he going? >> He he'll well I mean he'll end up at Crank Pan Jail. >> He can't go there even there. >> Matter what it don't matter what he wants, he's going there. It's just how it is. >> Okay. So they'll transfer him out like they do every time and then >> that's where we're going to take him and then from there the jail will make the decision as to where he goes. >> Jade appears to say that Noah was previously a correctional officer at the McCracken County Jail. However, this cannot be confirmed with public resources. >> I can take him. He's not real related to me. He's probably going to have to go to the hospital, but I mean they're probably going to have to drive an ambulance with my nephews, their brother. So, >> next officers are tasked with obtaining evidence from the vehicle. A not so easy task when the car is crinkled like aluminum foil. >> I had to get the jaws. >> No, I don't. >> There's there's glass. There's blood. N get right to them, man. >> Put that on. I know. Do not do anything stupid for me. Okay, Noah. >> All right, partner. We're going to get you to the hospital. >> It's muted right now. >> All right, Noah, let's go. >> We're walking through this car right here. Noah, very bad decision. Noah, I ain't trying to see nothing on you, dude. >> Hide in there for me. >> No. Oh, you going to consent to a blood test for me? >> Yeah, he'll consent. Put it back in that holster. >> But obviously your friends are worried about you. >> They're worried about you. >> I'm not worried about them. >> But they're worried about you. Tell them they cannot off my words. >> But you can tell them I said to kindly um no matter how bad today is, tomorrow's another day, but tomorrow we start rebuilding. >> Tomorrow we start rebuilding. Okay. >> I can go get this stuff. >> Yeah, it's here. I I would caution you not to go hand in. It's a disaster. >> Look at this. What you'll see is this door is open. See the damage the heat damage? This store was closed. See that? >> A So, I'm going to lose my toothpaste. >> Oh, 100%. >> My cornhole boards made it. My bear picture made it. >> Probably worse than what you thought, wouldn't it? >> Right. >> It's always worse than what you think. >> Fire does nothing good. This is always just >> collect your thoughts. That's what you got to do. It sounds like you got some support system there. So, use it. All right. Be careful. >> Do what? >> Not trying to get out of this ball, but we make sure DEA meets us there. >> Who? >> DA. >> Yeah, man. There's not much they can really do for you at this point. >> Tell them I got 15,000 car fitting pills and murder weapons, and I know where they're stashed. Noah continues to tell the officer he has valuable criminal information, including data on his phone as evidentiary value. >> In the house, there's a Nautica backpack. That phone, there's statements on it recording. >> That phone is broken already. It needs to be get to a text ASAP. >> Noah goes on to share those individuals retaliated when he refused to traffic drugs to the county jail. >> You don't tell no. And I did. They were my life, man. They made me watch the video. I got out and I tried to get over it. I just take them out. There ain't no way you're going to put me. There ain't no ISO tank you're going to put me in that they're not going to get to me. I'm probably going to execute my wife and I would give everything to the DA task force and ATF. Guns, murder, raketeering, fentanyl, dope, any thing you want. I can tell you who really shot him in the face. Y'all got to get that phone. Did they get the fire out? That's the last thing I remember. >> How many back? >> I make a difference, but I break. I break and I headed for the tree. Was there any kids? >> I don't know yet, ma'am. >> Yeah, I'll make a difference, but I I'm sorry. Wish that I wish I had the tree. How about N? >> I ain't got no freaking >> wheelchair. You got it. >> Yeah. >> Take a walk. This is the suspect. You got two more am I coming with? >> Sounds like it. This is about right. >> We have one. Just so you guys kind of have an idea how bad it was. So his car flipped and other people were doing that. I don't need a blood draw, too. You wish to contact attorney this time? >> Yeah, I'm going to need to contact my attorney before I say anything. Okay. >> Have you ever been here before? >> You said he's been drunk bleach. >> You drank bleach? Okay. >> Do you take any medications daily? >> Yeah, freaking freaking insurance. I haven't took my meds in like four weeks. >> He told me he crossed over and he said he probably brakes on. He aim for the tree. His plan was to go to the kro bridge and send it to the water. You say >> like I know I was speeding and uh I know I took D's car but they died. >> No. >> So no kids. >> No kids. >> I went to where the sheriff's office. >> Yeah. and uh KP and and I walked up the jail for two and a half. >> What' you set the house so far? >> That's pretty good. >> No, >> you're yelling before I ever touch you with a needle, you know. >> Because I've been tortured before. >> Torture. Yeah, but we were held down when you're 13 shot with us via H and woke up and realized you were in the house that you did not know where you were at. Good thing you give me drugs. >> What happened between you and D? >> You assaulted her. >> I didn't. >> Why'd you set the house on fire? >> Stay in there. >> You want to stay in where? >> In the house where it was lighting on fire. >> Oh. What did you light on fire? >> I made a bomb. >> You made a bomb? What kind of bomb? >> Fire bomb. >> Out of what? >> If you take a picture of the chemicals, I'll probably know. >> It's not loable anymore. Did you know that D was still in there? >> But she was right behind me. I did think that. I wasn't trying to kill her. >> She said you choked her. If I did or not. >> Were you trying to kill her? >> Where was the gun at? >> What gun? >> The gun. >> What gun? >> That was Was there not a gun in the car? >> There was never a gun. >> There was never a gun. Okay. >> Can't go buy a gun anymore. >> Oh god. Did you know that D has a gun? >> Yeah, but like I'm not going to use that one, man. I just >> Why don't you put on vest? Like you had your vest on? >> I was going to use it for weight. So when I went down into the river of you, >> that's what they said last time. Yeah, sure. >> Why'd you go to your mom's house? >> My mom was >> Yeah. >> I remember I remember turning off. >> And then when the cops got behind you, why'd you not stop? Because y'all weren't going to shoot me. >> So that's why you didn't stop cuz you knew we weren't going to shoot you? >> Yeah. >> What'd you get so upset at Jade about? >> I was coming down off meth. >> You were coming down off meth and it was what you were wanting more? >> No. So you know my heart rate was 195 when I checked last night. I was like, "Hell yeah. Oh no. I'm not coming down. I 2.5 and I put my head through some." >> And then just before the accident, what what was going through your head? We need deputies got to learn how to throw a stop. I'm just saying >> what what did he do wrong? >> He wasn't quick enough. He was He was literally getting out his car so slow. I don't know why he wasn't putting my ass on that [ __ ] He should have >> I'll address that. I'll address that. >> Like say well >> we'll send him through some remedial training. >> It's all good, bro. It's all good. According to a Kentucky State Police press release, Noah was transported to the Marshall County Jail by the McCracken County Sheriff's Office, adding credibility to his potential but unconfirmed employment as a correctional officer at McCracken County. This case and Noah's previously mentioned assault cases were seemingly processed by the courts simultaneously. Reports indicate he was found guilty on two counts of firstdegree assault, one count of seconddegree assault, one count of seconddegree assault via domestic abuse, one count of first-degree strangulation, two counts of first-degree wanted and endangerment, one count of first-degree wanted and endangerment involving a police officer, one count of torturing a dog resulting in death, one count of theft of vehicle valued over $10,000. One count of first-degree fleeing or evading police, and two counts of first-degree criminal mischief. According to the Kentucky Department of Corrections, Noah was sentenced approximately 30 years in prison. He is eligible for parole in November of 2042 when he will be 42 years old. His parole is expected to end in 2055 at 55 years old.
