on Saturday September 26 2023 at around 12:30 p.m. Albuquerque detectives were conducting a warrant Roundup operation of several individuals who had active felony warrants the detectives attempted to contact The Wanted individual however they were informed by the individual's father that he was not at their residence a short time after detectives left they spotted the suspect walking along snow Vista Boulevard Southwest in Southwestern Albuquerque the detectives made contact with the individual and attempted to get the man to surrender however the man refused to comply and instead proceeded
