on Monday July 29th 2024 Albuquerque police were called out to the Walmart on Wyoming Boulevard Northeast in reference to a shoplifting police were informed by loss prevention that they witnessed the suspect putting unpurchased merchandise into his pockets before pulling out a firearm and placing it into an unpurchased holster and then concealing it on his person he's a SMA wearing like a red shoplifting under $250 officers ran Jam's name through ncic which came back showing he had active warrants for first-degree murder aggravated assault with a deadly weapon shooting at or from a vehicle tampering with evidence and fellen in possession of a firearm online court records indicate the charges in the shoplifting case were dismissed by the prosecutor however a reason for the dismissal was not listed in the case of the murder charge the first-degree murder charge was reduced to second degree murder and the shooting at or from a vehicle charge was dropped the next hearing is scheduled for December 30th just what are two I think two of them two I got a took one I tried to look in the front end and I couldn't find the other it's okay
