on Thursday November 2 2023 at around 8:00 p.m. New Mexico state police officers who were part of the agency's crime suppression Unit were notified by the second district attorney investigators that they had located a wanted fugitive at a car wash in Albuquerque officers arrived in unmarked vehicles and conducted a high-risk felony stop on The Fugitive who was a suspect in at least three armed robberies where he brandished a firearm and had warrants out for his arrest street I'm G to come in through the east side is that a good way to get in guys if you stay east and south in the Bas uh on I get a warrant for your DNA and warrant for that gun will your DNA be on that firearm no no okay okay um but the firearm in there uh I understand you made other statements to to individuals of of uh that you were thinking about shooting it out with with us here just a second ago yeah I so I knew where it was at and I wanted to I wanted to reach for it and do something I don't know okay okay so um the the car you said you had it for a few days um I understand you have a a warrant and you go to jail on on on warrant and I'll see you new char uh your new charges is just going to be um for the stolen car and that gun's being stolen as well and you're being one founding the car okay um um and also uh when when was the last time you got convicted of of any kind of a felony um it's been a while I think it's been a while okay more than 10 years or less than 10 years I think it's five and over over 10 years and at least eight are are you on were you on probation at any point I've been to prison in and out of prison parole when was the last time you were in prison um it was like 14 14 okay I've been out for a while I mean I went to MDC a couple times for some pett charges but but as a a felony you're know you were supposed to not have any kind of firearms correct yeah yeah okay um I in that vehicle other than that one firearm is there any other firearms that you worry about no no you a regulational user of of Narcotics what do you use anything whatever you get your hands on uh is there any large amounts of fentol I need to worry about in there I know I saw some rils and another paraphernalia but that's all there is all right there's no boats or Yachts or nothing like that in there no okay um anything else on your person that I need to worry about no um anything else you want to tell me about about that car have you ever been charged with the solar motor vehicle before um I think I was a long was a long time ago but I I don't remember what happened it got dropped or something okay cuz I was it wasn't I didn't actually steal the cars just I was with the girl reported it stolen cuz I didn't take it back on time and oh yeah when I was scoring girlfriends yeah yeah yeah I gotta uh I I'm just basing off your tattoos here and I see the Ws are you clicked up here in town I mean I used to be heavy in it but it's been a long time once I got out of prison I just have to look at your history just look at your criminal history uh I know right now uh they're very big on on people with long lengthy history so I don't know your history um I also don't know uh what the charges are that that the warrant's for okay um but depending on what uh what happened with those charges they can those can go Federal as well uh based off of whatever the charges were um and I'm sure someone's going to come to MDC and talk to you about those charges okay okay all right sir uh anything you need right now uh no just if I can uh get my phone what kind of phone is it it's a it's to not get those charges we'll charge her with it but we need to know who the hell she is if I don't know her I I'm dead serious know her name you don't know her name how long you been hanging out with her just like it's I've known her for like probably 2 months now but it's been like on and off thing like we this is the first time that we started like your or is that the female driver was never located even after an extensive search was conducted that's what I'm saying like I can't even call it that cuz I don't know her like that got you I don't even know her name like I so you just know her by bunny but we just we we're starting to like we were starting to like kick it like like that got you but so you other than bunny it's again so again you're in the vehicle you said that you're a user and I asked you what you used you said anything so I'm that's I'm kind of hinting of what whatever is in that car is basically going to be yours if we don't know who she is right that's
