on Friday September 13th 2024 at around 1:45 a.m. a New Mexico state police officer was out on patrol in Albuquerque when he observed a red vehicle traveling towards him with what appeared to be Steven was transported to the nmsp office for processing where he gave two breath samples which came back at. 23 and .24 Steven was transported to the Metropolitan Detention Center on charges of aggravated DWI .16 or above above aggravated fleeing resisting or evading an officer improper use of equipment and driving while license is revoked DWI related court records indicate Steven has been arrested several times dating back to 2023 for various crimes to include battery to a household member battery on officers DWI negligent use of a deadly weapon false imprisonment and criminal damage
