Title
Wrong-Way Dodge Charger Sparks Chaos on I-630 in Little Rock
Description
Disclaimer: This description avoids spoilers — all outcomes appear only within the video.
During rush hour on October 2nd, 2025, what began as a routine radar observation on Interstate 630 East at John Barrow turned into a dangerous wrong-way pursuit. Trooper First Class Jacob Byrd clocked a black Dodge Charger blasting past traffic at 105 MPH in a 60 zone.
As Byrd maneuvered to initiate a stop, the Charger slowed — then suddenly U-turned directly into oncoming traffic, racing westbound in the eastbound lanes. Civilians swerved onto the shoulder to avoid head-on collisions as the Charger exited toward John Barrow Road, weaving through intersections and running red lights at speeds nearing 90 MPH in a 35 zone.
Losing sight briefly, Troopers regrouped when Cpl. Ben Ibarra spotted the same vehicle minutes later near Markham Street. After a brief standoff, the driver once again fled — until a Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI) brought the pursuit to an abrupt stop. What followed was a physical struggle to subdue the suspect, who reportedly damaged a patrol car’s camera system while resisting arrest.
