September 24, 2026 Officer-Involved Shooting Body Worn Camera footage

The following is a summary of an officer involved shooting involving two members of the Portland Police Bureau and two officers from other agencies, the US Marshall Service and the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office. Unedited footage from the Portland officer's body-worn cameras is included after the summary. This video may contain strong language as well as graphic images which could be disturbing to some people. Viewer discretion is advised. Body warned cameras are used by all Portland officers assigned to patrol and most specialty units. They are worn at mid torso and capture the line of sight from that perspective. It's important to note the camera lens is fixed and does not capture everything seen or perceived by the officer.
