All Dispatchers Answer 911 Calls Right? 🤔

Public Safety Telecommunicators are dispatchers, so they answer 911 calls, right? Not exactly. At PCSO, our dispatchers review incoming calls, assign units, and provide deputies with everything they need to respond safely and effectively. That might mean calling for the helicopter, K-9, fire, or EMS. And they're doing all of that for multiple calls at the same time. AND we're hiring. Ready to make a difference?
