Sovereign Citizen Takes On ICE, Feds & the Criminal Courts

Most viewers only saw the bodycam. That wasn’t the whole story. What began as another sovereign citizen encounter eventually became something much larger. The Adventures of Sovereign Alpha follows a documented series of events spanning multiple years and involving Maryland, ICE, federal court, and the criminal justice system. Some stories end when the bodycam footage stops. This one didn’t. — CLARIFICATION Oct 13, 2026: Did he “win”? No. — On July 30, 2025 a jury found him guilty in Anne Arundel County C-02-CR-25-000176. On appeal (ACM-REG-1273-2025) that verdict was vacated and remanded — sent back for retrial. Vacated = retrial posture (status: Reopened), not acquittal, not dismissal, not exoneration. He remains in custody at Jennifer Road Detention Center while C-02-CR-25-000176 awaits retrial. On Sept 25, 2024 he received Probation Before Judgment in Prince George’s County C-16-CR-24-000826 (CDS possess-not cannabis + attempt to elude) with 3 years supervised probation. The Jan 2025 Anne Arundel arrest landed ~4 months into that probation, triggering a violation hold.
