UPDATED: ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A MINOR - Suspect flees Arkansas State Police w/ child in car

For convenience, we have added chapter markers* Suspect: DEZMOND DAYJON JACK First, a little background... Jack was charged with TWO counts of ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A MINOR - 1ST DEGREE of a 4 year old girl back in 2023. In October of 2024, he was given 3 years of supervised probation. Fast forward to this video (August 12, 2026): Pulled over for the expired temporary tags. He initially provided false information to the Trooper who also noticed a young girl in the backseat (possibly the same one he endangered in 2023?). When the suspect finally provided his real info, the Trooper learned he had outstanding felony warrants. When instructed to exit the vehicle, the suspect fled. A pursuit ensued. However, the Trooper terminated the pursuit due to there being a young child in the car, traffic, and the reckless driving of the suspect. Trooper Ramsey sought warrants for the suspect.
