Last night Deputy Schiebner was driving northbound on Alternate 19 approaching Cedar Street when Edward Parsons, driving a Honda Accord, pulled out directly in front of him. Deputy Schiebner sustained minor injuries and Parsons sustained non-life threatening injuries. Parsons was arrested and charged with DUI involving property damage.
