A subsequent exam determined the child had been abused, After an interview with the child’s mom it was determined that the only time the child could have been touched was while she was at her baby sitters, on the day of this interview the mom called the babysitter and told them that her child was sick and would not be there that day and law enforcement moved in to talk to the only male living at the home of the babysitters, after this interview cps and the da’s office was informed and a few days later charges were filed against Terry McFadden for 2 counts of child abuse. The sentencing and remarks from the sentencing judge are at the end of the video.
