Sovereign Citizen Wilfredo Hernandez of Rise Of The Moors Plea Deal Clarification

Had to come back and clarify Wilfredo Hernandez’ plea deal with Massachusetts Superior Court. His charges are NOT going to run Consecutive, they will be running concurrently- as his plea deal stated. So, the 7 years total, now turns into 2 years (which is the highest out of all charges he was given a very very light sentence), then his 3 years probation. He should be writing thank you letters to his attorney and the prosecutor for the next couple years and during his probation. All other defendants are looking at over a decade in state prison.
