Title
This DUI Arrest Involved Loaded Handguns, a Baby, and a Convicted Felon
Description
Police bodycam footage captures a DUI traffic stop in Palm Coast, Florida after deputies receive a 911 call about a driver allegedly dancing with loaded firearms while driving with a baby in the back seat. This police bodycam video shows the high-risk stop, arrest, and investigation that followed as officers discovered multiple loaded handguns inside the vehicle. On May 2, 2025, Flagler County deputies responded to reports of a man waving pistols while driving through Palm Coast. Officers quickly located the vehicle and initiated a high-risk traffic stop after learning an infant was inside. The driver, later identified as Tyler Bradberry, failed field sobriety tests and was taken into custody. As deputies searched the vehicle, they discovered two loaded handguns — including a Glock fitted with a high-capacity drum magazine — along with an open alcoholic beverage in the front cup holder. Bodycam footage documents witness statements, questioning of the passenger, and deputies notifying the Department of Children and Families due to concerns for the child’s safety. Officers later confirmed the driver was a convicted felon, making possession of the firearms illegal under Florida law. Bradberry was charged with DUI with a minor in the vehicle, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, improper exhibition of a firearm, and additional weapons-related offenses. ⚠️ Viewer discretion advised.
