Killer Doesn’t Realize Victim Recorded His Own Murder

On June 5th, 2022, police in a small Florida city conducted a welfare check on a 63-year-old local mechanic — a devoted parent, grandparent, and lifelong car lover who owned a small restoration shop. When family and neighbors hadn’t heard from him in several days, worry turned to dread. Inside his workshop, officers made a heartbreaking discovery: he had been shot in the back of the head and concealed under a tarp. The news devastated not only his loved ones but also the tight-knit community he had served for years. Detectives soon focused their attention on an unexpected suspect — the victim’s longtime friend and business associate, a respected fire department captain from a neighboring town. #interrogation #interrogationpsychology
