Dirt Bike disappears into the woods - Arkansas State Police in pursuit #chase #pursuit

Trooper was stationary on U.S. Highway 167 just north of Misty Lane when I observed a green dirt bike pass me on the right, traveling through the grass. The bike continued southbound before moving onto the shoulder. I attempted to initiate a traffic stop, but the dirt bike accelerated, crossed all lanes of traffic, and turned onto Misty Lane in a reckless manner. The driver was a white male, wearing a grey shirt, blue jeans, a ski mask, and a black cap. The dirt bike then traveled north on Misty Lane, reaching speeds of 74 miles per hour (m.p.h.) in a 45 m.p.h. speed zone. The driver then entered the property on Misty Lane before continuing into the wood line. The pursuit was terminated as soon as the rider entered the wooded area.
