PPB 2025 Year-End Review

(For blind or low-vision viewers, after the video opens, activate Settings, select Audio track, then choose ‘English Descriptive.’) As we close out 2025, the Portland Police Bureau would like to take a moment to reflect on a year that has been busy, challenging, and filled with important work across our city. We begin by acknowledging the lives lost this year to homicidal violence and traffic crashes. Each loss affects families, friends, neighborhoods, and our entire community. We remember them, and their loved ones remain in our thoughts. We would like to thank our sworn personnel, our professional staff, our partner agencies, elected officials, and, most importantly, the Portland community. Your support, partnership, and engagement are critical to our success. As we look ahead to next year, we remain committed to building a safer, stronger, and more connected Portland. We wish you all a safe and peaceful New Year.
