Operation Ride Compliance Initiative | Mesa PD

🚲 Starting June 25, the Mesa Police Department's Summer 2026 E-Bike Enforcement Initiative, Operation Ride Compliance, will be underway across all five patrol divisions. As the enforcement phase of Mesa’s broader E-Bike Safety Program, Operation Ride Compliance builds on the education and outreach efforts conducted through Operation Ride Smart over the past several months. Officers will conduct high-visibility enforcement in areas identified through citizen complaints, intelligence, officer observations, and prior enforcement activity. The goal is to increase compliance with Arizona law and Mesa City Code while promoting safer roadways and shared-use paths for everyone.
