Title
Duo recklessly pass Girlfriend's traffic stop, get into high speed pursuit w/ Arkansas State Police
Description
Trooper's Report:
On August 17, 2026, at approximately 10:10 AM, I conducted a traffic stop on State Highway 7 in Ouachita County near the
Coke Plant on a white 2023 Dodge Charger (AR license plate AGN67I) for traveling 77 mph in a posted 65 mph zone.
As I exited my patrol unit, a black Ford F-150 (AR license plate BHP90V) passed the traffic stop recklessly. The driver, later
identified as Bradley Davis, failed to move over, revved his engine, and accelerated past my location. I returned to my patrol
unit and initiated a pursuit. Davis refused to yield and fled southbound on State Highway 7 at speeds exceeding 92 mph.
At approximately 10:15 AM, Davis passed another vehicle on the right shoulder, nearly causing a collision. Davis continued
southbound on Highway 7 before turning right onto State Highway 376 and making an immediate left onto a gravel road. While
traveling westward, Bradley Davis and his passenger, identified as Michael Davis, jumped from the moving vehicle and fled on
foot into a wooded area. Arkansas Game and Fish K9 Officer Doug Martisek was contacted to assist with a track.
While officers were searching for Bradley and Michael Davis, the driver of the white Dodge Charger, identified as Heaven
Leveritt, began circling the area attempting to pick them up. Leveritt parked down a dirt road, where she was confronted by
Union County Criminal Investigator Randy Gilbert. When Detective Gilbert made contact, Leveritt stated she was there to pick
up Michael Davis.
Ouachita County Criminal Investigator David Pennington placed Leveritt into custody. Following her arrest, Leveritt advised that
she had Michael Davis's live digital location. Officers transported Leveritt to the Ouachita County Detention Center, and her
vehicle was towed to the Ouachita County Sheriff's Office pending a search warrant.
The black Ford F-150 was also towed with
a hold placed on the vehicle. During an inventory search of the Ford F-150, Trooper Logan Holmes located a homemade bong
constructed from an Ozarka water bottle on the front passenger floorboard where Michael Davis had been seated.
K9 Officer Martisek tracked the suspects, but his K9 partner eventually lost the track due to dry conditions. Because the
suspects' identities were confirmed and environmental heat conditions were extreme, Sgt. Arnold terminated the ground
search.
During booking at the Ouachita County Detention Center, jail staff located a small silver box inside the left side of Leveritt's bra.
Upon inspecting the box, I observed a clear baggie containing approximately 2.57 grams of a crystallized substance, which I
recognized based on training and experience to be suspected methamphetamine.
Charges Filed:
Heaven Leveritt was arrested and booked on the following charges:
• Hindering Apprehension of a Person Who Committed a Class D Felony
• Possession of a Controlled Substance - Schedule II ( 2 grams, - 10 grams)
• Furnishing / Possession of Prohibited Articles in a Detention Facility
• Speeding
Bradley Davis (Warrants Pending):
• Felony Fleeing by Vehicle
• Fleeing on Foot
• Reckless Driving (1st Offense)
• Improper Passing on the Right
• Fictitious License Plate
• Driving on a Suspended License

Evidence Disposition:
The silver box containing approximately 2.57 grams of suspected methamphetamine and the homemade bong were seized and
logged into the Troop F evidence vault.
