Title
When Police Tell a Loud Basketball Mom She’s Been KICKED OUT
Description
On Saturday, April 19, 2025, the Orange County Convention Center was hosting the AAU Basketball Easter Classic. An officer was working special detail when she was flagged down in reference to a belligerent parent at one of the courts yelling at a referee. The officer, as well as on-sight security, asked her to leave, but she refused. This PRA video serves as an educational resource for understanding the "Trespassing" statute in Florida, as well as the protocols officers follow when a suspect refuses to leave private property.
