American State National arrest: 11/14/24

You need a license to drive on our roads in Florida. During this traffic stop, Anthony provided what appeared to be a passport. The booklet read “American-State-National-Michiganian: The United States-Of-America.” Inside the booklet was a picture of Anthony and a disclaimer of “Private, do not detain, do not trespass." Anthony was transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail on charges of driving without a valid license, resisting an officer without violence, and failure to register a motor vehicle. This is Anthony's second arrest of this nature in about a month. On Oct. 13, he was arrested as "John Doe" by the Daytona Beach Police Department after he backed into another vehicle and provided police with his Michiganian Passport and other invalid documents.
