Kapil was EXTREMELY compliant and chose not to exercise his right to remain silent, or his right to be free from searches. The officer used his words and the search that Kapil consented to in order to fabricate a story about how Kapil was up to no good in a bad neighborhood, and found cologne in his car which he said was drugs. He arrested Kapil, who strongly respects cops because his father and uncle are cops. Kapil is phucking idiot. Don't be a Kapil.
