“Don’t Touch Me” — Drunk Driver Fights Arrest During Traffic Stop | Bodycam

Crystal Beverly, 35, allegedly crashed her car into a parked vehicle and a utility pole in the middle of the night — and when Westfield police arrived, the situation only got worse. According to the department, Beverly became belligerent, told officers she would ‘punch’ them in the face, and lunged at one of them. Officers tried to calm her down, but the bodycam shows how fast a DUI crash can spiral into something far more serious. What turns a traffic accident into four criminal charges? In this video we break down the Westfield Police Department bodycam — the crash scene, the escalation, the arrest, and the charges she now faces. All footage is public record, used for documentary and educational purposes. All individuals are presumed innocent unless proven otherwise in a court of law.
